Mercure Hotel Koeln Belfortstrasse

Location is not very good. Very small room. Not competitive price. Matress was good though

satisfied with the size of the room and the service. yet, i stayed at a building away from reception. inconvenient when u have luggages to carry around!!

Ich habe das Hotel gebucht, da es in der Nähe zum Zoo ist. Dann eine Sauna und einen Pool hat. Beidedwsr jedoch nicht verfügbar. Ich glaube, daß ich bei der Buchung auch die 4 € für den Wellnessbereich bezahlt habe fand ich das Hotel zu teuer. Ich könnte das aber nicht mehr nachvollziehen, da ich eine Prämienacht eingelöst habe.

Clean and good size rooms. However they close on the 23rd of Dec after 12 noon so we could not leave our luggage as we had a later train and we were not aware of this. Sumptuous breakfast spread.

The staff was polite. I booked this hotel because of the spa. The spa wasn’t available. Due to renovation. Therefore the spa should have been removed from the facilities

Apartments haben anders als hier angegeben KEIN separates Schlafzimmer. Zimmertüren sehr dünn und hellhörig. M.E. stark unterdurchschnittlich für ein Mercure

Parking was 24€ per day and breakfast was also roughly 24€ per person so even though the price for the stay was reasonable, the after costs were relative to a more expensive hotel, closer to the cathedral. It was a nice hotel though and staff were really nice! We would stay closer to the Cathedral next time because there were more food options closer and walking back was a bit tiring after a long day out. Al

Great clean, modern hotel. It is a bit off the beaten path, but there's a train station a couple of blocks away that takes you to the Hauptbahnhof, so very convenient. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a long time.

Die Gebühr für die Sauna ist nicht angebracht da zum einen sehr klein und das Ambiente leider sehr traurig ist. Alles in allem dennoch ein toller Aufenthalt in einem tollen sauberen Zimmer.

Middle quality, i expected same quality as other mercure hotels. Lo ation is not bad, 10 -15 min walking to main station.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was ultra clean and bed was comfortable. They booked my reservation not in the main building so i had to walk to the building everytime. It is a four star hotel and they don’t have fridge inside the room. The AC is so noisy and it doesn’t work well, thank God the radiator in the wc was working. The water flow in the shower is not good. They have a big TV but you can’t connect to Netflix or Youtube bc there is no internet connection. And the most funny thing is the phone in the room is always busy so you can’t contact room service or reception. When you ask they give slippers. I don’t think that I will stay at this hotel again.

Great breakfast options and friendly staff!

A lovely clean and comfortable hotel in a quiet area but still close to the city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The fridge in the room was useful.

Central location Clean and tidy rooms Safe and clean neighbourhood Late night walks around area safe and recommended Limited breakfast options for vegetarian people. A lot of dairy and meat products and bacon spilling into eggs etc so we were very careful.

Went to Cologne for Rheinpark parkrun. Perfect location for city centre and both parkruns in Cologne. Would stay again

This hotel saved our trip to Cologne. After an awful stay elsewhere the night before, we were able to get a late booking. Our apartment was spacious and cool - in the oppressive heat outside - clean and well equipped with its own small kitchen area and a nice bathroom. The breakfasts were amazing and the pool was nice to use as well, if a little on the cool side.
