시설은 소박하지만 테라스가 있는 방은 매우 좋았습니다

숙소가 매우 깨끗하고 역에서 가까워서 좋습니다

방이 생각보다 작습니다. 싱글침대도 너무 작습니다. 청결한 편이고, 화장실도 깨끗합니다.

Kamer had wat missende onderdelen, maar was goed schoon. Kamer was groot genoeg voor 3 personen (incl. genoeg bedden, handdoeken en beddengoed).

Excellent communication from the Sleep Inn Dusseldorf team and very friendly at check in/out. We had a family room with 4 beds - it's actually 2 rooms with an adjoining door and this was perfect as we then had 2 bathrooms! Location is excellent - 10 mins walk to the main train station and only a short distance into the town (for the Christmas Markets). Highly recommend, especially for families of 4.

First of all, the room was different from Hotels.com's listing, with the description and photos completely different from the actual room. The hotel manager explained that all rooms on Hotels.com have the same photos, and they aren't responsible for that, and they can't do anything about it either. When I asked for an additional pillow and blanket, the receptionist said that the hotel is fully booked, so she isn't sure they have extra pillows and blankets, which I have never heard of from any hotels I've stayed at. When I said that it's meant for my son, and she responded, Well, you didn't tell us that you are bringing a kid to the hotel. I booked the hotel for 2 adults first and decided to bring my son, but the attitude was really not very nice. The elevator is very small and also broken, so we had to walk 4 floors up. the MOST DISAPPOINTING part is that the trash from the previous guests has NOT BEEN CLEANED!!!! Now this makes me doubt if the room was cleaned properly at all. Overall, not very pleasant experienceience and wouldnt recommend it.

Das Hotel kommt für uns leider nicht nochmal infrage. Es fehlte im Zimmer der Rauchmelder, das einzige gute war, dass das Personal bemüht war, alles zu beheben. Dafür wurde ein anderer Melder aus einem anderen Zimmer geholt 😄. Die Zimmer sind sehr, sehr klein, fast schon kleiner als in einem Hotel. Leider fehlte die komplette Ausstattung für die Küche. Keine Töpfe oder so, lediglich zwei Teller, zwei Tassen und zwei mal Besteck. Dafür gab es Kaffeekapseln umsonst. Die Schränke sind auch Reparaturreif. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr freundlich, aber das macht das nicht alles aus, weil eben das Zimmer nicht stimmig war. Fahrstuhl gibt es, aber der ist total klein. Worauf man sich noch gefasst machen muss, ist die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Wir hatten sogar Ärger, weil wir unsere Koffer gepackt haben und die Nachbarn sich darüber beschwert haben. Dabei hat das nicht wirklich Lärm gemacht. Unverständlich.

This is my second time staying here, and I’m really happy I made the right choice again. The staff are truly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the super handsome staff who helped carry my luggage upstairs during the power outage on the day I checked in, and to the lovely lady stuff who helped me call a taxi to airport when I left the hotel at 6 PM on November 18. My stay was wonderful once again! I’ll definitely recommend Sleep Inn to my colleagues when they travel to Düsseldorf for business.

Everything was good.

The Sleep Inn in Düsseldorf was a pleasant surprise. Booked last minute, I didn't have high hopes, but it exceeded my expectations. It is not grand on the outside nor the lobby, but my room was completely renovated with a well-equipped kitchenette and new, clean bathroom. The lobby desk personnel and cleaning staff were very friendly and although I did not eat breakfast there, the food and custom coffees looked delicious. Room price was great for such close proximity to Königsallee and Die Alt Stadt. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Sehr zentrales Haus, modern, freundlicher Empfang, alles gut. Bis auf das Zimmer mit der Trenntür und dem schreienden Baby dahinter....sowas weiß man doch vorher und plant anders, oder?

We stayed for just one night and had a good experience overall. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. The room was clean and well-kept. It was a little noisy at night if the window was open since it faced the road, but with the windows closed it was quiet enough to sleep well. A nice place for a short stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. It is conveniently located in the city where everything is in walking distance. Whenever we are in Düsseldorf we are definitely staying at this hotel. The only thing is the parking garage is not conveniently located within or across the hotel, but it was not an issue for us.
