Peaceful traditional Gasthaus only 25 minutes by train to Munich. Very easy to get to the train. The setting is beautiful, right in the forest and a few miles to the river Isar. Ideal for a run or bike ride. Friendly service with a personal touch and very tasty breakfast and dinner. The owner rents out his classic cars. I took a 1963 Volvo for a ride around the Starnberger See. Fantastic experience.

We were in a 3 bedroom ‘apartment’ within the hotel. It was fantastic! Spacious, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Lovely setting.

Wunderschön gelegen mitten im Wald und doch direkt einen Anschluss an die S-Bahn. Man muss also nicht unbedingt mit dem Auto anreisen.

사진에 있던 객실과는 많이 다르고, 객실이 좁습니다. 엑스트라베드로 세명이서 자려면 정말 그냥 2인실에 쇼파베드 하나 구석에 끼워 넣어주고요, 그거 들어가고나면 트렁크 펼 자리도 거의 없어요. 직원친절도에 대해서 말하자면, 일단 호텔에 가면 이름 확인하고 열쇠 줍니다. 그게 끝입니다. 몇층에 있으니 오른쪽 코너 돌면 엘레베이터 있다, 그거 타고가라. 이렇게 안내하고 사라집니다. 보통은 방까지라도 같이 확인하는듯한데... 처음 만남이 참 인상깊었네요. 호텔보다는 식당에 치중하는 느낌이 듭니다. 나중에 시내 나갈때 여자분께 어떻게 가야하는지 따로 물어봤을 때는 자세히 가르쳐주시긴 했습니다만, 스스로 물어보지 않으면 더 이상의 친절은 없습니다. 그냥 딱 절차만 따른다고나 할까요. 호텔은 청결했고, 가장 큰 장점은 아침 식사라고 할 수 있습니다. 아침은 유럽 여행 한달 동안 최고였습니다. 사진도 남겨뒀는데, 정말 첫날 감동적이었습니다. 그런데 둘째날에는 늦게 갔더니 음식이 별로 없긴 했습니다. 가려면 일찍 가세요! 일찍 가서 먹으면 최고의 아침을 드실 수 있습니다. 위치는 그냥 보통이었습니다. 시내에 트램타고 한번에 갈 수 있다는 장점이 있지만, 트램이 2분, 22분, 42분에만 오기때문에 시간을 잘 맞춰가야하고 약 20~30분정도 잡으면 될 것 같습니다.

Sov der en enkelt nat på vej hjem fra ferie i Kroatien. Nem og venlig indtjekning, restaurant på stedet, der lukker kl. 22. Super hyggelig og autentisk indretning, af syd tysk/Østrigs stil. Værelserne var meget varme og uden AC eller vifte, og der var en masse små fluer/insekter særligt på det ene værelse, og der kører et tog hver 10. Minut lige udenfor. ellers et meget fint ophold.

Lovely hotel with great restaurant and beer garden on the outskirts of Munich, been coming here for over thirty years. Rooms are sweetly traditional Bavarian, breakfast is good. S-bahn train into Munich is 100 yards away, and you are right on beautiful trails for biking or walking.
