The view of the river is stunning and the staff was delightful.

This is a luxury resort and as such, it oozes luxury. The place was serene, peaceful, and opulent. Bed was comfortable, room was glamorous and all the meals we ordered were on point and delicious, be it local dishes or continental. The pool was clean and the views across the lake from the rooftop balcony were spectacular. The parts that need work are the time it takes to receive your food or drinks when you order. It sometimes takes as long as an hour just to get your food, which should never be acceptable. Also, the breakfast buffet was not it. For as much money as you are shelling out to stay here, the breakfast buffest was very lack-luster and frankly, very unappetizing. Rice water on a luxury resort buffet? Come on man, even secondary school dining halls do better for breakfast. Overall, the experience was superb, and I would definitely recommend the place to anyone, and would visit again, but will probably skip the breakfast buffet until it improves.

Huge clean rooms, amazing facilities and great service. I took a room with a Bridge view, it was a beautiful way to wake up each morning.

They just have to work a little on the road on the hill so hard for our car to get there but in all no complain beautiful view service and staff great view was everything will come back again I enjoyed my stay and the food

I feel very safe staying at this property because there’s a security guard present 24/7. Their customer service is top notch and their staff are very polite, professional and friendly. Very serene environment ideal for relaxation.

I have traveled all over the world and I must say my accommodations at Riverview were number 1. I rented the two room suite for 3 people and both rooms were beautiful and had the privacy you would expect. The balcony was the stunning feature of this suite. The view of the river and bridge and the surrounding area was spectacular. The balcony was like having another room. It also provided access to a private pool that only a few rooms were allowed to use. The staff were all kind and helpful especially Salem our waiter.

The service at Bridge View was among the worse I have an ever experienced. The staff is extremely nonchalant , poorly trained and clearly not knowledgeable about their work. A barrister kept arguing with me that English breakfast tea which was clearly listed on the menu does not exist as a tea but mean whatever tea they have that you are selecting for your breakfast. The rooms smell very filthy. We had zero room cleaning for our stay. Half of the things on the lunch menu aren’t available. This was meant to be a retreat for me to rest and recuperate but the experience was very negative and I regret wasting my money there.

Bridgeview Hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms, location, views, and amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly customer-centric—kind, accommodating, and genuinely caring. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I definitely plan to stay there again.
