From the moment of my arrival, the staff was wonderful. My room was wonderful, it was exactly like advertised, "ocean view'. The sound of the waves was great. The breakfast everyday was a dream, the food was cooked to order. Nice touch! Not a bland generic buffet. The staff ~ what can I say, Titus and the crew, EXCELLENT customer service. Rest, relaxation in a serene environment is what I was looking for and it was what I got. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much.

Had a good experience here! The staff were very helpful. Rooms are nice and it’s close to the beach. You can literally walk to the beach and it’s right next to the Cape Coast castle.

Top. Die Lage, die Ausstattung, das Ambiente, Essensauswahl, Driver Möglichkeiten,… wirklich sehr gut. Der einzige negative Aspekt: das Personal für das Restaurant/ die Bar waren sehr unaufmerksam. Man musste sie darauf aufmerksam machen, wenn man etwas bestellen möchte. Wir würden zu 100% wiederkommen!

Alte durchgelegene Matratze. Kein heißes Wasser in der Dusche. Laut bis spät in die Nacht. Mini-Frühstück ohne Kaffee und Brot. Insgesamt viel zu teuer für über 100€ die Nacht, aber das Hotel ist halt direkt am Strand.

My stay was great, but a little more variety for breakfast would be nice since they have a restaurant on site. Beverages not included in the breakfast plan. I would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, the stay fell far below expectations. We were not told the hotel was undergoing renovations, which became clear on arrival. Our first room had a balcony door that wouldn’t lock, so we moved. The second room was well located but had major issues: the toilet never flushed (we were given a bucket), there was mould on the walls and curtains, the fridge was broken, and the water was often unavailable or ran brown without warning. We also experienced drain flies in the bathroom, regular power outages, and poor ventilation because the doors and windows couldn’t be safely secured. The mosquito door was off its runners, and the windows weren’t one‑way, so we had to keep the curtains closed. When I raised these issues, the receptionist said a late checkout would still incur a fee, which felt unreasonable given the unresolved problems. We were also told we had to leave for incoming guests, even though the toilet hadn’t been fixed. Although breakfast was included, we were told tea and coffee would cost extra because it was “complimentary,” which was confusing. We also observed poor food hygiene, including pizza dough left uncovered with flies on it. We reported everything to the manager at checkout. While staff were polite, the visit was overshadowed by serious maintenance issues, poor communication, and a lack of follow‑up.

Nice relaxed place. Air conditioning in the room didn’t work though.

Great place to stay with an amazing staff! The beach parties on Saturdays are the place to be and the restaurant crew is the best!!

Wonderful stay overall

We had excellent room location, right there at the beach on the beach. The food was excellent and the service was what we expected, excellent!

Absolutely stunning place! Spotless rooms, unreal ocean views, and a great breakfast included. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable - one of our best luxury stays ever.

Absolute heaven on earth. Claude, Joanna and all the other amazing staff made our trip to the Cape Coast, beyond amazing. We loved the fact that it was on an open beach, offering opportunities to engage with the locals of the area. Perfect definition of eco-luxury meets humility!

Oasis staff was amazing... especially Claude our concierge. He always ensured we had a hot complimentary breakfast....always double checking that our eggs were made fresh to order.

Food options were varied and mattresses ultra comfy

The staff was very flexible with the check in time. Our flight was cancelled and because of that we made us very late. Also the ocean and the property were absolutely stunning and breakfast was delicious. I was very sad that we got to be there only for one night. I definitely recommend staying here.
