The location of the hotel was really great and staff was also helpful and attentive. But the room we stayed had no view and blocked by some curtain who lived next building. Also there was literally no sound proof at all. if someone talk or walk in the stair or hallway, we can hear everything like the person is next to us. Overall good considering the price we paid though.

I was unable to get to the hotel due to ferry’s not going on Easter Sunday. They gave me a refund without any problems. Looking forward to using them next time

I arrived a day late due to inclement weather and was given a free day stay. How fair is that?

Good, clean place to crash, but not a place to relax. There is no breakfast or view for the sea. But they were helpful and inexpensive

Good hotel with newly refurbished bathroom. Located next to the port which can be convenient but it is far from Chora and noisy (despite having soundproofed rooms). there are no common ammenities just your room.

Nice, fully renovated hotel! Perfect location at a walking distance from Pireaus or easy with tube to the center of Athens. Great Team!

There was no hot water. The room was small and barely fit two people comfortably. There was no coffee or water included.

Friendly staff although half way through check in went and dealt with others. Tea/coffee making facilities but no tea/coffee (very odd), just a shower gel and soap bar in the bathroom, no shampoo/conditioner. There was water in the fridge though and our beds were made each day. Offered a deal on car hire but when we went back it's like we made it up. All this said though when we thought our ferry was cancelled, they happily made calls to get answers. I honestly think we just got the end of season experience. The hotel is very well place 30seconds walk from the port with restaurants and a supermarket in close proximity.

Newly renovated, gem of a hotel, just steps off the ferry. The room was clean, sharp looking with everything you need. Shower was a delight, little balcony overlooking the port. Walk up the steps to iOS - 10mins, a 3min walk to the nearest beach with cafes, restaurants and mini supermarket right at the port. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. After a traumatic few nights at another hotel we moved here for our last night. It was so clean, lovely room, great shower and perfect spot. Would recommend ti anyone looking to stay in a more peaceful spot with great restaurants next door

Very nice staff and clean handy rooms. The location is amazing at the harbour - close to everything.

Fantastiskt hotel nere i hamnen på Ios med utsikt ner att titta från balkongen på alla båtar som kommer o lämnar hamnen. Trevlig personal också.

They chose the hotel because it is easily accessible and because it is walking distance from the 'city' and the harbour. Soundproof windows so the room was comfortable. Staff not very empathetic, hasty and not particularly helpful. Defect of not having a welcoming reception, basic services while waiting for the room. Basically an office counter in the midst of car rental, travel points and other commercial counters. To be considered if for 1-2 nights.
