Front desk uncooperative! I had to spit blood to get an appropriate room

The hotel is very nice and deserves 5 stars in many aspects: _Gardening: beautifully maintained. _Swimming pools: always quiet and never crowded during our stay (mid-September). _Beach access: we didn’t use the hotel’s beach services at extra cost but instead enjoyed the fantastic free beaches nearby, accessible on short walks on both sides. The sand and water quality were excellent. It’s worth noting that the large hotel complex next door was closed for renovation during our visit, which added to the tranquility and likely contributed to the water quality. This might change once it reopens. _ Parking: convenient and available. But might need to walk or request a golf car ride available anytime when the room is located on the lower side of the resort _Staff: kind, professional, and attentive. _Food: good quality, considering the scale of a self-service system. However, several aspects need improvement: _Breakfast coffee: only filter coffee is included, served by waiters. A proper espresso is available, but only at extra cost, which is not appropriate for included breakfast. My suggestion: invest in a self-service quality espresso machine, as found in most hotels of this category. _Room quality: although we paid extra for a sea-view room, the view from the balcony was quite limited. In addition, the furniture and bathroom are clearly dated and in need of renovation to meet the standard expected of this hotel class.

Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns herzlichst Willkommen gefühlt. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. So ein kompetentes und überaus freundliches Team, in JEDER Abteilung.Sehr schmackhaftes und abwechslungsreiches Essen. Vielen Dank an JEDEN Mitarbeiter !! Es war der schönste Urlaub!! Amazing hotel with friendly and eager to help staff. Dining options include half-board with wide range of dishes for every taste. If stay in upper hotel, there is a golf car service availabie to take you go the beach (3 min) and back. Shops with clothes, shoes, bags and jewellery is available on tge territoty. About 6-7 swimning pools are available as well. Bigger, smaller and several pools for kids. Doctor is also available in cade of necessity. Hotel offers w8de eange of spa treatnents. Rooms equipped with A/C, bathrobes, good towels, etc. The territory of the hotel is rich with greenery. Parking is also available for those travelling/arriving by car. Small supermarket/souvenir/greek products shops are in walking distance (max 5 min) from the hotel. Tge bus stop is also hear the hotel. Most rooms have balcony with comfy chairs for having pleasant evening. The hotel is about 80 km from Thessaloniki, the beach is sand and amazing sea, good for kids. Hotel offers rich dinner menu (different every day). Live music every night after dinner, bar offers good cocktails menu. I've enjoyed every day staying in this hotel, definitely coming back.

Where to begin?? We stayed for 3 nights. The view was beyond amazing. We had the Elegance Suite Sea View and it was beyond our expectations. The quality and design of the property is amazing. The grounds are kept impeccably. The staff are wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The beach was lovely. Well kept. The buffet was very good! Great selection of Greek dishes and continental food. We highly recommend!!

Wie in anderen Bewertungen schon zu lesen ist das Essen top. Die Auswahl lässt keine Wünsche offen und geschmacklich eine deutliche Ausnahme zum sonstigen Einheitsbrei. Unbedingt HP buchen. In fussläufiger Umgebung gibt es sonst nichts. Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön angelegt und super gepflegt. Ich war im unteren Teil in einem Bungalow und würde das auch jedem empfehlen. Insbesondere die Badezimmer sind nicht mehr Up to Date und gehören renoviert. Badewanne mit Duschvorhang bei 5 Sterne geht gar nicht. In dieser Kategorie die Liegen am Strand extra bezahlen zu müssen habe ich auch noch nicht erlebt. Die Getränke zum Abendessen fand ich total übersteuert. 0,33er Flaschenbier für 6 Euronen. Öhm, nee dann lieber Wasser. Was mich auch gestört hat war die Kaffeeversorgung beim Frühstück. Jede Tasse einzeln besorgen zu müssen ist nervig. In anderen Hotels gibt es eine kleine Thermoskanne mit 3 Tassen und gut ist. Auch mit etwas Kritik würde ich das Hotel doch weiter empfehlen.

Tolle Anlage, die sehr gut gepflegt wird. Zimmer und öffentliche Bereiche sehr sauber. Jede Menge Pools, die Anfang Oktober quasi menschenleer waren. Auswahl beim Essen top, einzig die Überfüllung und die dadurch entstehenden Wartezeiten zum Frühstück haben genervt. Dies trat am letzten offenen Wochenende der Anlage auf, als verschiedene Gäste aus den Balkanstaaten vergünstigt Urlaub machen konnten. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Çok güzel kumsal bir plajı ve kum bir deniz var. Deniz çok temiz ve çok güzel. Şezlonglar ücretli. Havuzlar çok sayıda ama derin değil. en derin havuz 1.5m. Akşam yemeklerinde su ve diğer içecekler ücretli. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri güzel ve çeşitler yeterli. Akşam yemeklerinde peynir çeşidi sabah kahvaltısından fazla. Otel temiz ve çok sakin. Çocuklu aileler ve kargaşadan hoşlanmayanlar için çok ideal. Biz memnun kaldık.

Prima kamer en mooie tuinen. Diner en ontbijt is perfect te noemen. Heel veel keus en smaakvol. Enige nadeel vind ik dat je als gast moet betalen voor een strandbed en parasol. Daarom voor mij net geen 5 sterren

Schöne Anlage die etwas veraltet ist. Leider alles andere entspricht nicht den Standards eines 5 Sterne Hotels. Schade ☹️ wir werden dieses Hotel bestimmt nicht nochmals besuchen.

Stunning location. Very clean. Wonderful staff

first we got a bad service in check in. the room was foor and we had bad smell in room. almost no water in bath. we had 2 single beds unstead king size bed. the service was not welcoming. we heard a lot of "no" to our requests. only after complaining we were recognized as a vip acsses and got only late check out. we didnt feel the 5 stars even not 4 stars. the ressort is very beutiful. we were told that we cant swim un the pool near the restorant for no logic resson

The hotel was based on two sites either side of the road, both sites had similar facilities of a dining room, bar and entertainment. The residential buildings are low rise and spread around the property. There were a number of swimming pools spread around the sites with ample sunbeds for guests. We often had the nearest pool and pool bar to ourselves or just a couple of other people. The lower site was on the beach, just a short walk from the main building or a short free buggy ride for those with mobility issues. There were a good number of sunbeds and parasols by the beach, each pair having its own safe for valuables. The pool bar was good and very popular. Not a great lover of buffet style dining, but the breakfast buffet was impressive, a wide range of food, fruit and a cooking station with a chef making omelettes. Likewise the evening buffet tried to present a variety of dishes, hot and cold and some local dishes. A good a la carte restaurant for occasions. We found all the staff very friendly and keen to please and thoroughly enjoyed our week there and wished it could be longer. Have to say that a car was essential to get out and about to explore.

Wunderschöne weitläufige Anlage. Schöner Strand. Weite Wege werden mit Golf-Caddys überbrückt. Freundlicher Service, wenn auch nicht immer auf 5 Sterne Niveau. Essensauswahl HP war groß, nur Fleisch und Fisch qualitativ nicht ganz hochwertig. Die Getränke sind relativ teuer. Keiner der Pools ist beheizt, auch nicht indoor. Hammam war ausgeschaltet. Massage war sehr gut. Gäste kamen aus vielen verschiedenen Regionen. Wir waren bis zum letzten Öffnungstag da. Es war ziemlich ruhig. Kinderanimation gab es leider nicht mehr. Am letzten Tag war die Bar am Strand geschlossen. 2 Liegen und 1 Schirm ab 8€ pro Tag.
