We were given an upgrade and the room was perfect. We had a great time.

Excellent breakfast buffet, friendly, helpful staff, lovely beach, clean rooms. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing!! We had issues at another hotel and had to leave after the first night with our entire family. We went over to AP and they took care of us from the second we stepped foot on the property. First cass service all the way around. They have a great restuarant, two pools, two bars and loungers on the beach, which is a 2 minute walk from whatever room you have. We had the best time there and it salvaged what was about to become a very expensive and unpleasant situation at another hotel. This place is a MUST STAY experience on an amazing beach with everything within walking distance.

he Naxos Royal Taxi service we used while at this hotel was amazing! They also had an affiliation with an excellent laundry service called Mr. Bean – so affordable, fast, and efficient. There were two young male bartenders who were fantastic in the property’s bar! Unfortunately, there were some other staff—what appeared to be management—who would sit around a table in the open bar/restaurant area at night, giving off an unwelcoming vibe. When we came into the resort just before the bar closed at midnight, they would almost look us up and down as if we were some kind of alien inconvenience. At one point, my fellow traveller even had to say, “Hi! A hello would be nice!” Go to Three Brothers beside the resort for souvlaki- best we had on Naxos. Ervine “Vinny” is hilarious sandals welcoming! Tables in the sand! pool was cold. Room a tad small but nice balcony. cleaners banged on door, came into bathroom while I was in there after my partner them I was in there.

Anlage war sehr sauber, Personal alle sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut. Die Liegen waren an beiden Pools kostenlos, nur am Meer war ein Mindestverzehr erforderlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings war die Einrichtung sowie die Bäder etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch ein Hotel, das zu empfehlen ist. Das Meer war sehr sauber und klar, Bars und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

We enjoyed our stay hotel is located right near the beach . It is just a cross the road. Only complaint is that you have to pay extra for your chair or bed even if you staying at the hotel. room was updated and very comfortable we booked the suite . Pool was spotless . We got pool towels that had holes and very old and were told these are for our whole stay they do not change them .Good selection at breakfast. Staff are super friendly. Lobby is very outdated but very clean. There are quite a few good restaurants in walking distance with views of the ocean . A mini market and just a few shops in some of the restaurants. Naxos town is about a 20 min drive .

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, der Service äußerst freundlich und die Zimmer den Bildern entsprechend. Das Fruehstueck war abwechslungsreich und für jeden Geschmack was zu finden.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das einzige Manko ist die für mich nervende isoterische Musik zum Frühstück. Sonst habe ich nichts zu beanstanden.

Everything was excellent. Excellent service, beach, pool, room…..just excellent all around.

Hotelli oli kaunis ja selkeä liikkua,aamupala ok. Erikoismaininta henkilökunnan palvelutaso oli aivan mahtavaa! Poreamme oli ehdottomasti hyvä lisä huoneessa. Siivoukseen selkeästi panostettu ja kaikki oli erittäin siistiä. Suosittelen lämpimästi.

Best place to stay in Naxos! Best customer service, very friendly people

The service was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very dated. There was a tall bathtub with a half glass that leaked all over the floor. The closet was so short I couldn’t hang my dresses. Supposedly we had an ocean view but it was really a direct view of the parking lot with an ever so slight view of the ocean. Considering the price, I expected better.

In the reception you ask for the bus that cost 2e, and they call a taxi and make you take it for 40 e

The beach is small but, nice. Excellent clear water. Beach service was awesome ( Daniel was excellent). I like how the shade loungers work, you haveto spend 30 Euros for food or drinks and shade chairs for 2 are included. The remaining days you have to spend 20 Euros. Reasonable prices for food,and drinks. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choices. ( you have to ask for fried eggs). Very nice place for the price. Two negatives. You have to pay for water and, the guy at the reception desk is not friendly. I experienced this on a couple occasions. When we checked outhe didn't ask us how our stay was, have a nice rest of your holiday,etc. Believe me when i say was are courteous and kind to workers at hotels.

Our stay at Aegean palace was great! We had an amazing room and loved the amenities. The hotel is right on the beach and you have everything you could need. Overall a great stay at Aegean palace!

Hotel facilities are great but rooms are very dated
