Great amenities, good service and lovely room. The dinner buffet had a wonderful grilled selection, but the breakfast could be improved. The floor in the room was a bit dirty and the door had a little trouble closing.

The staff were really top-notch. I received wonderful service from everyone at reception and the spa in particular. I did not use the bar/cafe myself, but my traveling companion did and the service she received seemed excellent. Servers during breakfast and dinner seemed harried and often forgot to bring the drinks we ordered. I found it surprising that we had to pay for water at dinner, considering we had purchased halfboard. Location of resort is a short walking distance to Potos, where there are lots of shops and outside dining opportunities.

I loved the cleaning ladies were checking my room 2 times a day - changing towels and tidying. The breakfast is absolutely mind blowing- is a buffet with a wide range of products (cheese/yoghurt based many of them) - vegetarian trends (fresh) which for me is great. The coffee included with the breakfast could be a better quality and less panicked staff when get close to 10 am ( when the breakfast is finishing) as they can be at times impolite and rude - so maybe some training for customer care would help. The towels could be in a better condition also. Except that, i did enjoy a great stay with you guys - love the layouts, views, drinks, pool bar crew and beach crew

Very beautiful Hotel ,overall very good job from the Hotel staff.Very nice breakfast,nice choice of drinks and snacks in the pool bar.Beach bar also very good.The average point was only the dinner in the main restaurant.Rooms very nice and clean.Also the Spa area ,and the personal very nice and friendly.

The resort was really good and the room as well but we couldn’t sleep!!! The room was bright and we requested some additional curtains but they didn’t have. Also we chosen the room with the indoor pool but it wasn’t possible to use the pool as it’s not heated and the water was super cold

Es kommt bei diesem Hotel doch sehr darauf an, welches Zimmer man gebucht hat, bzw. bekommt. Mit unserem Zimmer mit Gartenblick waren wir sehr unglücklich und haben uns für ein Upgrade entschieden. Daraufhin bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit direktem Zugang in den Pool und Meerblick. Das war toll und hat viel zu einem schönen Urlaub bei uns beigetragen. Das Meer ist auch unmittelbar zu erreichen.

Grösse grundsätzlich gepflegte Anlage, mit teilweise Gebrauchsspuren (Treppen voller Flecken, Spinnweben) Zimmer Ok, aber das Bad deutlich in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir waren in einem Loft und sind jeden Morgen direkt nach dem Frühstück zum Strand gegangen. Der war immer schön leer und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Außer der Abflussrohre im Meer war es dort perfekt. Das einzige was uns ansonsten gestört hat waren die ganzen Wespen. Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

Leider mussten wir nach unserer Anreise feststellen, dass wir kein warmes Wasser im Zimmer hatten. Und wir waren nicht die einzigen Gäste, die sich darüber beschwerten. Nach mehrmaligem Reklamieren (täglich, auch 2 x tgl.) bekamen wir am 4. Tag unseres 7-tägigen Aufenthalts ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen, was zum Glück auch nicht mehr direkt über der Küchenanlieferung lag, wo täglich morgens ab 6 Uhr die Müllabfuhr den Abfall vom Vortag und die Altglasabfälle abholten, und das nicht nur ein paar Min. lang, sondern schon 15-20 Min. lang. Die ersten Tage waren sehr wettwremäßig wechselhaft, so dass es nicht mal möglich war, sich unter einer warmen Dusche aufzuwärmen. Sehr lästig waren die Horden von Wespen, die einen den ganzen Tag umschwirrten und eine Einnahme von Mahlzeiten im Freien, als es etwas wärmer wurde, unmöglich machten.

Despite the differences in stars across Europe, this hotel is clearly a push at a 3 star, based on rooms & facilities. Our 1st room looked like a hostel. There were no obvious comforts, no tea & coffee facilities & no garden view which was booked - unless you count soil & a car park a garden view. Three things broke in the room after 2 minutes, namely the shutters. The "mattress" was about 3 inches thick and probably 3 decades old - it was like lying on concrete. There were no decent pillows, just small hard ones & to our horror there were stains & holes all over the "bedding". We asked to move rooms initially when we saw the (lack of) garden view & were told the standard response "come back tomorrow after 10 and we'll see if something is available as currently we are fully booked". 10 minutes later, after discovering the stains, I went back to reception @ all of a sudden another room was available. This was better in some respects and worse in others - the same problem with the bed and shoddy sheets, but the furniture was falling to pieces and there were splattered flies across the walls. The shower also looked like something from a horror film. Thankfully our 3rd room was much better - totally different bed & sheets (despite mgr saying all rooms were same) & a lovely balcon with a nicer outlook. - decoration,facilities,room comfort,noise level @ night way past midnight. + location (views&beach). Food ok. Tavern restaurant. Onsite shop. Pool. Nightly entertainment.

We have spent perfect Holidays, as well at the Hotel as outside the hotel

This was worse than a motel - very worn out and tired with barely any maintenance done on it - We paid a lot to stay there and it really disappointed - dirty sheets, paint peeling off, fly screen on door fell off, door lock fell off, bath floor towel not changed by maids, bed not made properly - please take my advice NOT to stay at this hotel under any circumstances

Clean rooms, big and spacious campus with two nice pools. Beautiful sea view from pools and restaurants. They have their own garden where they grow tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini and etc. Breakfast was very good. The beach is big but with pebbles. Food at the Tavern was very good. WiFi was a bit intermittent. Overall this is a good place to stay with family.

Deniz muhteşem.Otel aile oteli. Hotel com rezervasyonu yanlış yapmış.Bize alt kat, çok küçük ve rutubetli, berbat bir oda verdiler.Tüm ısrarlarımıza ve fark verme talebimize rağmen değişiklik yapmadılar.Yer yok dediler, halbuki bir çok boş yer vardı .

nice hotel with beautiful surroundings. the view from the pool terrace is amazing. the rooms are large but a bit outdated. We've got an upgrade and the room was large and with a huge comfy bed. Breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular. I would return to this hotel only if i get a lower rate (this time we paid 130 eur/night).
