완벽한 호텔이지만 길가에 간판이 없어 찾기가 힘들었음

픽업에있어서 배를 타고오시면 항구에만 픽업을 해주십니다 저희는 피라시내에서 숙소하고 가느라 좀 어려운점이있었습니다 ㅜ 피라시내로는 픽업이 어렵다하셔서 ㅋ 그래도 항구 까지만 가서 픽업해주셔서 편하게 갔습니다 하루만 묵고 다시아테네로 가야해서 아쉬웠습니다 정말 숙소가 너무 이뿌구요 직원분들 다 친절하시고 정말 손님대접 제대로 받았습니다^^ 수영장도 너무좋고 수영도 한번밖에 못해서 아쉬움이 남습니다 가는날에 하고 ㅋ 그래도 테라스는 정말 경치도 좋고 너무 좋았습니다 조식도 맛있고 저녁에도 시켜먹고 음식들도 하나같이 다맛있었습니다. 좋은추억 많이 쌓고 갔어요^^ 담에도 기회가 된다면 꼭 다시 묵고 싶습니다 ㅋ

호텔이 절벽밑에 붙어있어서 위에선 보이지도 않음. 108계단을 오르락 내리락 외출할때마다 힘듬. 호텔내 조리시설 없음. 수영장 작은편. 조식 별로. 사람들은 친절함. 경치도 좋음[근데 산토리니는 어딜가나..]그 돈 내고 묵기엔 아깝다는 솔직한 생각.

방이 좀 습해서 환풍기를 계속 켜놓아야 합니다.

Our room had its private hot tub on our balcony. We used this a lot since the pool water was chilly this time of year. The reception staff George and Kostas were very friendly and attentive. Daily Breakfast is included and was great! You are able to select from numerous breakfast options. This location is close to Akrotiri, so you are away from the chaos of the busy tourist areas.

The view from the room is just fantastic. Inside room jacuzzi is pretty cool! Don't forget to switch off the pump for a silent sleep! The restaurant proposes amazing dishes. The wait earns the taste. The team is very professional and available. Only pain point was the lack of bus to get to the location, this requires good legs if you didn't rent a car.

First class place with first class service. The views from every room are breathtaking! Highly recommend!

This hotel is the perfect place if you're looking for a relax hotel to stay at. At times I felt like no one else was staying at the hotel because it was so peaceful and everyone on the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here at Asarte Suites again!

5 star hotel, staff, and experience.

When we were booking online the picture they show for senior suite was different from what they have provided us and we had to pat additional €235 for changing the room to what we had seen online. They didn’t accomodate us because of their incorrect website information. Then they arranged the rental car for us stating that they are doing business with this company for over 10 years and the company is trustworthy but we ended up paying €200 additional on top of the rental price for the scratch to the car that was already there and they blamed us for that scratch. Hotel staff arranged the rental and refused to communicate at the end saying that they don’t have anything to do with rentals. Terrible terrible experience. Would not recommend anyone to trust Astarte suites staff please do not ruin your vacation.

Do not stay at this property, what they say on the website is very misleading. They are in the middle of nowhere, they are not in walking distance of any place. The closest place to this property is at least 20 minutes Drive. On the website it said it’s closed Oia city but it’s not it’s about 40 to 45 minutes Drive. The Hotel is built on a cliffhanger and it’s so windy that you can’t get out of your room to enjoy the view and can’t even leave your door open. The property is so outdated and not clean there are bugs everywhere. The door to the rooms still uses an ACTUAL KEY with Key hole NOT Key Card. The Wi-Fi does not work and it keep saying no internet. Their TV didn’t work. Also we asked for a Do Not Disturb sign for our room and they didn’t have it. We asked them that while we are not there no one should enter our room but they did go to our room for even the short time that we were not there and my iPad is missing and got stolen.
