1. A much smaller room than expected, where it is difficult to even open two suitcases 2. A very small rooftop pool (closed at night) 3. A dripping air conditioner(It stained my clothes) and refrigerator, 4. Woke up to the sound of a motorcycle 5. A veranda that looks directly into the veranda of the room next door This is a very exaggerated accommodation. It was so bad I forgot to take a picture

Friendly staff and great views from roof deck. Walkable to Plaka area.

Despite a lot of construction and congestion in this neighborhood, the hotel itself was lovely and well kept. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. The only disappointment is what they describe as a swimming pool was extremely small and honestly ended up feeling like more of a hot tub because it is on the roof and was not controlled.

The area itself is a bit shocking when you first arrive, but then you'll discover that all of Athens looks like this. A bit dirty and worn down. But once you step inside, you'll be pleasantly surprised. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath room and it was very clean, very spacious and a great location within walking distance to the Parthenon, museums, restaurants and shopping. The staff was very helpful, the pool is really just a hot tub but we used it several times in the evening.

Hotel is not in a bad area, very safe. Within about 5-10 mins walk you are in the main area. Room was very nice but there was no net curtain so we could not let in natural light without everybody outside seeing directly in as it was close to the road. Extremely loud construction nextdoor. Drilling began at 7.30am and it’s by far the loudest construction i’ve ever heard while at a hotel. It sounded like they were about to drill through our wall. Walked downstairs to tell reception but it was just as loud down there and in the corridor on the way down. This was not advertised. The hotel should either not be operating or it should be advising customers of the noise and offering discounts in advance.

It was fine for a couple of nights but definitely more of a serviced apartment than a hotel. Furniture was basic and the noise proofing in the room wasn't great which is an issue if you want to get to sleep before midnight. The location is ok - walkable to a lot of sites but there aren't many shops etc in the immediate location and the bus that runs on the road is not frequent. We found out the pool was closed when we arrived - it would have been helpful to have been informed in advance. On the plus side the room was clean with plenty of room, the beds comfortable and staff helpful. Overall, an ok stay but I wouldn't book again as there are nicer hotels in better locations for the same price.

The hotel staff was great and the rooms and rooftop deck were very nice. The balcony of our room faces an old tenement building and the neighborhood is a little seedy but I never felt unsafe walking around. There is a great vegan restaurant called Veganita about a five minute walk from the hotel.

Marissa, George, and our driver Emmannuael were so kind and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and go, as well as directions. Our room was quite small, but clean and the bed and pull out sofa very comfortable. The rooftop was amazing with an awesome view of the Acropolis!

This hotel is very lovely. Friendly staff and great location to walk to major sites and tram stops. The room has everything you need and an amazing shower and comfortable bed! Amazing value compared to other places we looked at. Highly recommend this restaurant close by Ψητοπωλείο ΠΑΥΛΗΣ 4 min walk and unreal food and value!

Lovely clean room with AC, balcony that had a secondary window to help with sound proofing. Staff were great and welcoming, rooftop drinking area and pool had great views of the acropolis and Athens.

Location is great, the room was nice and clean, staff was accommodating. Perfect place for our family to stay.

Wonderful small boutique hotel walking distance to the Acropolis Museum, shops, and restaurants. George recommended a small local restaurant visitors wouldn’t know about and we ate there each evening of our stay. Cold water bottles are available each morning. Be sure to book room 401, the panoramic view suite for a picture perfect view of the Parthenon. Quiet, comfortable, helpful, a good place to stay.

Great hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff. Roof top pool with view is amazing. This is a small boutique style hotel outside of the main touristy area of athens but easily walkable to main attractions.

Hôtel à recommander si vous voulez etre bien situés près de l'acropole et pas trop cher. Chambre familiale en duplex spacieuse. Le personnel au top, des bouteilles d'eau en libre service. La piscine avec vu sur l'acropole. Tout est très bien pour le prix.

Booked and the high price specifically for swimming pool compared to other properties at same time. But unfortunately were told it was getting repaired. No update re this nor compensation. Otherwise location and transport services close by to all major attractions.

Rooms were spacious and clean, good air conditioning. Some traffic noise but not too intrusive. Area is quite run down but didn't feel unsafe and was with walking distance of most things we wanted to do/see. No restaurant or bar at the hotel which would have been nice but plenty nearby. There is a small pool but was closed for maintenance while we were there.
