1. A much smaller room than expected, where it is difficult to even open two suitcases 2. A very small rooftop pool (closed at night) 3. A dripping air conditioner(It stained my clothes) and refrigerator, 4. Woke up to the sound of a motorcycle 5. A veranda that looks directly into the veranda of the room next door This is a very exaggerated accommodation. It was so bad I forgot to take a picture

Property was lacking in many ways

The front desk staff is incredible and very helpful. The hotel is nice. We were excited for the stay until… We asked for help with something unexpected but discovered that management or the owner of the hotel does not care one bit about any complaints even when warranted, so buyer beware if you run into an issue you are on your own. We had massive construction each day at 7:30. Though it’s apparently been planned for a while the hotel didn’t bother advertising this or compensating in any way for it. By construction I mean impossible to ignore or rest. Drilling and hammering on our actual wall for hours. When we asked to be put in touch with senior management or ownership they hid conveniently behind their staff and ignored us. If it weren’t for the following issue I would have rated this much higher. This isn’t a massive chain and so one would assume they care about the individual client - but whomever they are they don’t. I would avoid this hotel regardless of the great reviews which drew me to it as well.

The hotel transportation between airport / hotel / cruise port terminal is very good and reasonable.

The location was good in that it was easily walkable to many tourist areas but the specific location of the hotel was set among some construction with graffiti. There was however a supermarket close by and many restaurants. The room was nice and clean and roomy but a little awkwardly laid out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall good for the price.

Relación calidad precio excelente

Amazing staff and not far from all the tourist attractions. Don't be fooled by the outside...the room is super clean and comfortable! My kids and I walked everywhere with no worries! There are a plethora of super yummy restaurants, cafes and shops all around the area! You will not have to wait long for an uber or taxi to pick you up from that spot! We had an amazing time in Greece! Thank you!

Excellent experience overall. Spotlessly clean room, stylish design, friendly and attentive staff, and a fantastic location. Everything was smooth and comfortable - highly recommended.

It was a great hotel for our family of four. Rooms were very clean-water pressure was awesome-staff was friendly and very helpful for information on places to eat-groceries and navigating in Athens. The roof top area was perfect at the end of the day to have a cold drink and relax. The only downside was that the pool water was very cold. If we go back to Athens we would book here again.

Spacious rooms with nice staff and good location

Room was clean, sufficient towels. Pool on roof which overlooked the Acropolis was excellent for photography.The staff was excellent throughout our stay and recommended good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Great views from rooftop

Camera spaziosa, pulita e con tutte le dotazioni necessarie. Spaziale vista notturna su acropoli illuminata. Unica piccola pecca un po di rumorosità dalla strada, sarebbero bastati degli infissi più performanti. Per il resto ottima struttura, a 10 minuti a piedi da acropoli e centro città. La piscinetta sul terrazzo vista acropoli è un plus non da poco

Clean room and friendly staff. Location was great... close to Acropolis, supermarkets, some decent restaurants and metro station. We had an issue with a very cold shower on our last night, otherwise all good.
