Beautiful property

Love the breathtaking seaview we receive when we step out of the room. Relaxing and tranquil feeling as we sit on deck chairs enjoying the sun on our face. The room was small but comfortable. The staff were friendly and helped with our luggage as there were many stairs. Found parking nearby. Conveniently located near Fira, we appreciated it is a quieter area. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. It would be nice to have more amenities provided in the room eg tissue paper, toothbrush sets. Bathroom was tight in terms of space.

Beautiful view, very clean and spacious rooms. There are many stairs to climb. We had a great balcony. The pool is not that great and closes at 8. Wish the hotel had a bar.

Sitution centrale dans le village , entourages charmants . Tres belle chambre , tres belle terrasse, vue fabuleuse .Personnel efficace , discret et chaleureux.

The view is amazing, and the service was great. Be prepared to climb many stairs; the only downside was that the entrance to the hotel can be easy to miss.

Friendly staff and awesome views!

Cliff Side Suites have some of the best views in Santorini. They are located in a quieter area so the walkways don't get as crowded as they do lower on the mountain. The beds are very comfortable and our suite was quite spacious. We had a shared balcony but never saw our neighbors. There is so much to do here; sharing a balcony shouldn't be a concern. And the views from our balcony were stunning. We had a sunset photo trip planned but we cancelled it since our balcony was probably as beautiful plus no crowds. As with virtually all accommodations on the caldera there are a lot of stairs. This is the price we pay for the view. Visitors with mobility challenges shouldn't stay on the caldera. More conventional hotels downtown would be a much better option. Also, let the guys from the hotel carry your bags from the taxi drop off location. Just call ahead and they will meet you. It makes finding the hotel easier and it will save you a lot of work wrestling roller bags over cobblestones and carrying them down stairs. We tip 5 euros (total) going down and 10 euros going up. They sure earn it but tipping is not required. Finally, the staff was wonderful. The Greeks take hospitality very seriously and everyone at Cliff Side Suites made sure we had the best experience possible. If we come back to Santorini we absolutely plan to stay at The Cliffside Suites again.

Cave like room

What a wonderful 10 day stay in Santorini. The view from our room was outstanding! The staff were gracious, friendly, and always so helpful. We will be back!

We highly recommend! The service and people were so fabulous, we cancelled going to another island to spend remaining part of our trip right here in Santorini.

Hotelli sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Firan keskusta. Hotellista on erinomaisen silmiä hivelevät näkymät Kalderalle. Hotellissa oli rauhallista majoittua ja palvelu oli kiitettävää. Fira sen sijaan on varsinkin tähän aikaan päivisin täynnä turisteja, ahdas, kaduilla ajaa autot, mönkijät ja muut kulkuneuvot.Kujat ovat täynnä turisteja ( suurin osa risteilylaivoista). On melko paljon ääntä ja meteliä. Henkilökunta hotellin niin vastaanotossa kuin uima-altaalla oli ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli ok, mutta sama joka päivä, ei kovin kattava. Aamiainen tarjoiltiin uima-altaalla, joka sijaitsi hotellin alemmissa osissa, paljon rappusia, jotka voivat olla liukkaita. Upeat maisemat Kalderalle. Huoneen koko (superior double) ei vastannut sivuston kuvausta kooltaan ehkä enemmänkin standard huoneen kokoa, vaikka maksoin enemmän huoneesta juuri suuremman koon vuoksi. Koska hotelli sijaitsee rinteessä siellä on paljon rappusia. En suosittele huonokuntoisille, lapsiperheille rattailla tai liikuntarajoitteisille. Hotellissa on terassi kaikissa huonetyypeissä, mutta se on standard ja superior huoneissa yhteinen toisen huoneen kanssa. Terassisi ohi kulkee muita asukkaita. Allas on hyvin pieni. Lisäksi on muutama jaguzzi, jotka ovat kaikkien majoittujien käytössä. Matkustin yksin ja pidin huoneen hintaa melko arvokkaana melkein 300 euroa per yö. Jos haluat nähdä Santorinin saarta kaikkialle on pitkät matkat, Rannat ovat kaukana. Parasta näkymät.

The apartment was amazing. Location was stunning. We visited the main tourist spots while in Santorini and the apartment location was by far our favourite place - stunning views, room service with delicious food and cocktails. We hope to be back, worth the money.

Great location for the views, but the rooms were small. Be careful on the stairs, particularly when wet. The breakfast was ok, but the eggs were cold so we chose the yogurt and fruit option.

My room had a balcony with the most amazing views of Santorini. And the location of the hotel was good, as it was away from the crowds, yet near enough to Fira. The breakfasts were good as well.
