Excellent food, staff and location. Fabulous staff and management.

Rough check in. AC leaking, puddle of water from AC. AC leak was resolved had to call receptionist for housekeeping. Had to pushed them a little Discovered ants on the table beside the chairs. Approach front desk, accused us eating and not clean up when we just checkin. Again, took awhile for housekeeping

Nice property. Dated. Could use a face lift.

A very convenient hotel with a decent pool and private beach. Its right next to the airport so planes land and take off regularly, this didn't bother us but imagine it could of some off. Decent breakfast buffet and bar on site. Several nearby bars and the SkyView was the best. Bus just outside that goes into Corfu town in 20 mins, very handy. Hotel staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating, excellent English. The pool gets a lot of towels placed down very early on, it would be nice if the hotel enforced their rules more. All in all though really nice stay, would go again.

Travelling with elder of limited mobility. Although the hotel was not built with accessibility needs in mind the staff went above and beyond to accommodate requests, eg provision of wheel chair, room service without charge. Excellent service from Charles every morning, who brought mum's breakfast to the bungalow, always with politeness and a smile. Thanks to Naser who pushed mum to and from the main hotel area. Huge portions of breakfast at La Veranda, excellent value for money the buffet dinner at the Eptanissa. Fun at the kefi bar and affordable prices. Our bungalow with private pool and iconic views of Pontikonisi, a small paradise.

#1- you all advertised an All inclusive package that we bought. When we got to the hotel that was far from the deal! I had to pay an extra large amount of $$ to obtain the All Inclusive deal! Unbelievable! #2- the hotel did not honor any deal that was bought and were not friendly about the situation- customer services at a all time low! #3- once we paid the full amount that was needed to make an all inclusive that’s when customer service changed and people were nice, so it’s best said that people are treated well based on the amount of money they spend! Never will return! Overall Corfu is extremely beautiful place worth spending to go on vacation! You have to find the right hotel!

This is not a 5 star experience. For the price I expected much more. We paid extra for a plunge pool that was dirty, the air con in the room didn’t work properly and was noisy, there was also a smell from the drains. While the buffet was extensive much of the warm food was not kept to a suitable temperature. I wouldn’t recommend you stay here if you’re looking for a special treat as we were.

We had stay here for week with our family. It's awesome place . Really liked the beach and the sounding area. Breakfast had buffet dinner had lot of options. But we find it bit monotonous.

My stay at Corfu Holiday Palace was a letdown. The hotel's outdated infrastructure was evident in the poorly maintained rooms, with air conditioning that barely worked, electricity sockets hidden behind the bed, and worn-out towels and bath mats. The rooms didn't match the advertised photos, and when I asked to change rooms, I was told the hotel was full – despite their website showing availability. I definitely didn’t get a garden view yet a a view to the front of the hotel. The food by the pool was of bad quality with the prawn saganaki was frozen and smelling bad. Overall, the hotel's condition and service were extremely disappointing and bad value for money considering a €250 nightly rate.

They change my breakfast with dinner because I have a morning flight. Thank you! And thanks for birthday cake.

Lovely hotel with a great breakfast and pleasant staff. Do be aware that this hotel is close to the airport and there is some aircraft noise. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice place. Horrible manager etc. stay far away from this place is you are the United States. They will treat you like a dog. Evegenia the manager specifically. We Arrived to room and room keys didnt work so we had to wait outside with a less than one year old baby in the heat. They left the windows in the bathroom open with no screens for hours when cleaning the room. Came back to a mosquito filled room. Our baby wound up getting bitten at least 5 times. Shower and bathrooms dirty and not nearly up to par. Lots of problems and they will not compensate at all to maybe make the client happy. Another note the elevator down to the beach is great but the entire establishment is up and down many many stairs. Making it very hard for anyone with a young child in a stroller. Reconsider heavily if you have a toddler. I was able to do it bcuz I’m a personal trainer for many years and I enjoyed the extra work while on vacation but still, not ideal at all! Also. THIS IS NOT THE AREA FOR THE NICEST BEACHES ON THE ISLAND. YOU HAVE TO DRIVE ALL mid west north of island, and northwest all the way up for the best beach.

Die Armaturen in den Duschen im 2. UG (SPA) sind teilweise defekt und bedürfen einer Erneuerung.

I always look at reviews before staying somewhere new and can’t believe the negative comments made recently. Things like only bottled water provided on the first day it was provided every day, air conditioning not working it worked perfectly, problems with the lifts there weren’t any. Everything was perfect the food, the room and the staff. We had a great time and will definitely stay there again.

Till en början ser hotellet fint ut, men rummen är ofräscha, gammalt och inte rent. Badrummet var ofräscht och brunnen var full med smuts som inte tagits bort på säkert flera år. Poolområdet och allt runt om kring är smutsigt. Stranden dock är ett stort plus och utan den hade vi nog inte ens bokat hotellet.

Alles gut bis auf den Fluglärm an den man sich allerdings nach einiger Zeit gewöhnt.

Wir waren in einem Bungalow mit "Sharing Pool" mit sehr schöner Aussicht aufs Meer, Maus-Insel und Kloster, Zimmerservice meistens 2x täglich, Betten waren leicht durchgelegen, so dass wir 1 Decke daruntergelegt haben - damit war es gut. Bad mit separatem WC und bodenebener Dusche, allerdings könnte die Duschwand aus Glas 10-20cm grösser sein, damit es weniger herausspritzt, auch lief nach einigen Minuten unter der Duschwand etwas Wasser hindurch - hier sollte etwa mit Silikon neu abgedichtet werden. Safeschlüssel gibt es an der Rezeption gegen Kaution. WLAN war fast überall gut, Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Wir waren mehrmals im Hotelrestaurant "La Veranda di Corfu" (nicht das Standardrestaurant "Eptanissa") zum Abendessen - schöne Aussicht aufs Meer, lecker, guter Service und trotzdem nicht zu teuer.
