Manager인 Dora는 친절했습니다. 다만 주간 Desk의 남자 직원은 친절하지 못했고 호텔리어로서의 자격이 없는 것처럼 보였습니다. 숙박 중간에 전기가 자주 off되었으며, 온수 사용이 불편합니다. 다만 전망은 훌륭하여 숙소에 오래 머물지 않고 피라마을이나 이아마을 등 주변 관광을 하기에는 좋습니다. 2월 밤에 히터가 제대로 작동하지 않아 추위에 떨었습니다.

뷰도 멋지고 조식도 좋았습니다 무엇보다 저녁이 아름다운 숙소였어요

Very quaint hotel. Most likely some of the best we use in all of Santorini, especially in Fira. True authentic experience, highly recommend. The staff was amazing and always there for us.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel has the best view of the sunset, and our room had an amazing view of the sea. The hotel is located in Fira, right close to restaurants and coffee shops. The location is perfect. I would like to thank George and Silvia for making our stay so special. They are very kind and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, but we were mainly outside and would only return to the room for sunset :-) and then to sleep. Special thanks to Silvia for the delicious daily breakfast. The only comment I have regarding our room is the bathroom. It is small, and perhaps there is room for improvement with a renovated, more modern bathroom and shower. I would also like to thank Donna, the hotel manager. My daughter forgot her gold necklace in the hotel and realized it after we had left and arrived in Athens. We contacted the hotel, and I believe Silvia and George found her necklace and kept it safe until we arranged for a courier. Donna was very responsive and communicated with us promptly throughout the process of arranging pickup and delivery. I would like to thank you all for your help.

Stayed 4 nights in May. Delion View Hotel is in an excellent location and room was as described with great view overlooking the caldera and sunsets. George and Sylvia were terrific staff members who provided excellent information about Santorini and responded to each of our requests quickly and with smiles. Room was comfortable and breakfasts met our expectations. It was nice to have options of what to eat/drink and where to have breakfast served. It was a pleasant introduction to Santorini. We would certainly stay at Delion again.

Stunning views, clean and as expected amenities. Steep climb to get there, but the staff would help carry your luggage, call first. George is excellent

George, the house manager, was extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. He really made the stay more memorable with his suggestions and information. I had the terrace room which had an unobstructed view of the caldera and stunning views of the sun setting behind Therasia Island. You'll want to walk down the stairs by the Kameni Bar (painted red) opposite the Metropolitan Church. From Fira bus stop, go up the cobbled street (5 min). Centrally located and yet isolated from the crowds because it's halfway down the caldera. Spacious cave rooms kept immaculately clean by George and the house staff.

Great small hotel with excellent Caldera review. Great breakfast, request the night before, and it's delivered where you would like. George is super helpful and very welcoming.

The property was in a superb location. The breakfast was very good. George and the other staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet at night. Staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Location was central to everything.

Very good location, mostly central and with view of caldera. If you can walk up and down the steep stairs then np with you staying there. The host , George is an excellent person, always helpful The breakfast was good also with varieties and you can have in your room and or patio. We went in off season and it was cold, Santorini was warming up for the summer party 🎉 so I can't comment on the noise level from the late night parties and also crowd level. The bus stop is very nearby from where you can get buses to places but limited timetable and very rude staff, driver and everything there, not a great service level from them. Lots of restaurants and fast food places although most of their were closed due to off season. Things were painted , renovated for the peak season. Try Chinese food from Asia club, very yummy and excellent portions. Veg soup was 😲 It's in market square nearby. The hotel isn't a 3/4 star conventional hotel type and I think all the hotels are like that, cave type. One thing I need to caution you. The patio floor, it's all marble or stone made and the AC units are located there which discharges water and with the hotel sleeper on you can have a huge fall and break your waist/leg.
