This hotel is in an unbeatable location — just a two-minute walk to the beach and one minute to the best restaurant in the area. The place is immaculately clean, and the beds are comfortable. What truly makes this hotel special, though, are the people who run it. It’s a wonderful father-and-son team — both warm, friendly, and genuinely hospitable. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. I would definitely stay here again. Between the perfect location and the amazing hosts, I wouldn’t book anywhere else in Naxos!

A delightful spot- quiet while still being central to everything. The staff is very helpful and friendly, it’s clearly a place people come back to year after year. Clean, well appointed rooms, the bed was very comfortable. You have the feeling that you’re staying with friends. We loved our stay here.

I am now a fan of this super cute and super friendly hotel. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left we experienced nothing but warmth, friendliness and comfort. My kids and I absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful family run hotel. And we would surely book there again in Naxos. Right next to the hotel are enough restaurants with great food options and a variety of price categories. The beach is amazing and is a relaxed 5 min walk. Many small boutiques with cute pieces. I recommend this place from all my heart.

Great location for beaches and restaurants

Amazing hospitality, service and rooms. Very close to the best beach in Naxos (3 min walk) with plenty of food options and nearby supermarkets. If you find availability for the jacuzzi room, that’s also highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to downtown/beach and to the bus stop. The rooms were very clean and even had separate towels for the beach/pool that you can use. A/C and mini fridge worked perfect. Very secure area

Stayed in the Apartment room with myself and 3 other girls and it was perfect! We were greeted and given a thorough run down of the island and our particular area. There was daily room service for cleaning and replenishing which was a nice bonus. The beach was stunning and only a short walk away. A great variety of restaurants and coffee shops all around. Overall, cannot recommend this property enough - the hospitality was great and our stay was delightful!

Great hotel with very friendly hosts.

We loved our stay at Hotel Dimitra and will most definitely be coming back to stay. Dimitris and his son Thannasis were so welcoming as though we were family. Dimitris makes the best freddo espresso by the way! Breakfast was delicious and everything was local. The room was always clean and the property was gorgeous. The pool was serene. Just a quick walk to beach which was absolutely gorgeous, the most beautiful beach I have seen. Dimitris also arranged our van pickup from the airport as well as return transportation. It was perfect. We were able to walk to the grocery store, dinner, shops etc all just a couple steps away through the adorable neighborhood.

Everything at Dimitra was amazing! The staff were super welcoming and the rooms were clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again! Would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The first two nights went well - we were in the room we had booked, an air conditioned room with two beds. However, the third night we were moved to a larger 2 bedroom unit, where the second room had a broken air conditioner. I was told we were moved since we were a last-minute booking (on Expedia). I was also told he had called a repair person who would fix the air conditioner. So, I extended our stay by two extra days only to discover that the air conditioner would not be fixed during our stay. I wasn't able to sleep much or comfortably due to the miserably hot conditions and my daughter and I fought over the air conditioned room, a sad ending for our vacation. This hotel was the most expensive one and greatest disappointment of our trip. His original discount on the second room was worthless as it was too hot to sleep. When I tried to negotiate a discount at the end for the untenable conditions, he had me pay a portion in euros so the upshot was about four dollars a day discount for the last two days - not nearly enough compensation for the awful ending to our long-awaited (over 20 years) Greek island vacation. I only gave it two stars because the location was great and a second older gentleman staff member was kind, but he wasn't in charge of our payments.

Everything was wonderful. Thanasis was so helpful and kind. We did not want to leave! The room was clean, AC was ice cold, fresh towels and room cleaning every day, great breakfast exceptional location. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Dimitri is a super host. His property is very clean, his staff and family are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh beach towels everyday. The location is a short 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and numerous fantastic restaurants.
