Πολύ καλή επιλογή συνολικά στην περιοχή της παλιάς πόλης. Αψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Φοβεροί οικοδεσπότες. Πανέμορφο αρχοντικό. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία.

Nice Hotel, beautiful location and at walking distance from the lake. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was quite small, but very clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The slippers and bathrobes were missing, although included in the reservation/ price. The breakfast was nice, nothing special or homemade though.

Really clean ! Amazing and very comfortable place to stay ! Very close to restaurants and cafes and at the famous lake of course ! I use to travel a lot , this place was extreamly clean with happy and polite stuff that always helps you with everything ! I’m coming back soon !! Thank you for everything !

This is not a luxury hotel - it is more of a bed and breakfast, with small rooms and tiny bathrooms. Good points: a great location by the lake, and good bicycles for guest use to do the wonderful ride around the lake, a pretty front courtyard. Not so good points: the photos of the room types posted on Expedia are misleading. We ordered the superior room (with a higher price) because the photos showed beautiful stone walls, but got a room that looked exactly like the photo of the standard room with no special features at all. When I complained I was told that each superior room is different and that if I wanted the room with stone walls, I should have requested it! I think the nicer rooms were being held for reservations made outside of Expedia, since I saw these rooms were unoccupied. The breakfast was mediocre and the breakfast room is in the basement.

After 4 weeks in Europe this time and from previous years this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. So close to everything in the old town of beautiful Kastoria. It is spotlessly Clean and the staff are wonderful and so friendly. Breakfast is lovely too. I could have easily stayed for a lot longer and look forward to returning in a couple of years. Thankyou Doltso staff you were a pleasure to talk to everyday

The hotel is amazing luxury hotel, very nice decorated and the hospitality is welcoming and helping.

Wonderful boutique hotel located one block from the South promenade. The rooms are quaint, well appointed and in keeping in the Kastorian style. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast was an added plus! I highly recommend a stay here.

Schönes Zimmer, neues Bad und gutes Frühstück. Sehr zentral gelegen, nah am See, aber doch ruhig. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten.
