돔 부티크 호텔

원데이 투어들이 이른 새벽에 출발했는데 호텔에서 식당을 일찍 열어주어 간단히 아침을 싸가지고 나왔습니다. 룸상태도 매우 좋고 구시가지에 있어 도보로 다니기에 편리합니다. 다만 이른 새벽과 밤에 어두운 골목을 다니기가 무서워 가까운 곳인데도 택시를 탔네요.

The hotel is in a good location, fully renovated modern facility with nice breakfast buffet. It does not have a good view, though it was not a problem for us at all.

My wife and I booked the Deluxe Room because the online photos were very appealing. Unfortunately, the room didn’t quite meet our expectations: there were no wardrobes, the furnishings were very minimal (just a small chair), and the frosted glass bathroom door meant that any nighttime use of the bathroom disturbed the other person due to the light. From our perspective, a more comfortable setup and greater bathroom privacy would help the room live up to its “Deluxe” label. Overall, we felt the price-performance ratio was not entirely balanced and would consider other options for a future

Overall a good stay. The hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was quite good and we were surprised by the number of options. The dining room is noce with an exterior portion. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures though. They were fine, but those pictured are probably the suites. I think the rate was a bit expensive for what it was to be honest. But it was still nice and convenient for what we needed (only 1 night.

The hotel is very modern, clean with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. It is close to all the bar’s restaurants and shops although the area around is a little sketchy. It has a good parking in front and good breakfast.

Nice hotel. Service was not so friendly. Room was not well cleaned with hairs everywhere. Housekeepers were not polite and were always blocking the elevators. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. The bed was very comfortable.

Not a boutique hotel. It is a 3 star hotel. The rooms are misrepresented online. It is listed as a Courtyard View and the two balconies face a wall. Reservation was chosen for quite nice view for one week and we faced a wall. It was quiet but not what we booked. Especially for a Business suite in a Boutique hotel. Look elsewhere. There are many options close by.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four nights in late June 2025. Overall, the Dom Boutique Hotel is not as nice in person as pictured online, however, the biggest selling point of this property is its central location. That said, there are several reasons that left us disappointed with our stay and we don't understand why this hotel has a 9.4 rating on Expedia. CONS 1. Room was not as pictured with low quality finishings. 2. Low quality linens. 3. There was no running water for a period. 4. Walls are thin, we travel with a noise machine so at least sound from neighbouring rooms were drowned out, but we were awoken 2 out of the 4 nights from loud alarms going off outside. 5. Of the four nights, we only asked to get fresh towels on the third and they didn't have enough to replace all of them. 6. Second, the front desk staff are not very friendly (fine), but when we asked about the gym they said it was downstairs. They failed to mention you need a key to enter, so it was always locked and we had to ask about it since they did not offer this information. PROS 1. Location 2. Beside a paid valet parking lot We would definitely look elsewhere if we were to visit Heraklion again.

Very nice hotel good location. If you are driving there is a parking lot across the street. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great. I would definitely recommend this place.

The location is perfect. Close to the bus stop if you choose to do so for Knossos or airport. 5 minutes to heart of town, Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I’d stay again,

Wonderful hotel in conversation location. Staff really nice and helpful. We were given an upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Room and bathroom very good. Parking is available at a reduced rate in the car park opposite. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would recommend and stay again.

Been for the second time and we love the place even more! Very nice staff !!
