The hotel is beautiful, the views from the hotel are breathtaking cant get any better. I have to say that best part of our stay was the staff. Starting with the lobby at check in , Dionisius, katerina and Angela were so nice and polite, they made us feel very especial at all times. Every request we had they made sure we received. At breakfast we were greeted by sylvia and Amare, again very polite and the breakfast was exquisite. Dinner was delicious and the food in general was very good. The infiniti pool had the best view, claydi Socrates always was ready to bring us drinks and food or whatever we needed. I am so amazed at this hotel with its employees, with the genuine care and confort they provided all their guests. I most definitely recommend this hotel and I am looking forward to come back.

This is was perfect for our 25th wedding anniversary. The location, staff, room, pool, breakfast, all exceptional. We felt very pampered. The little touches like the bottle of champagne, chocolates and other amenities make a huge difference.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would! Everything is absolutely superb….the views, the sunsets! The service is top notch and the food is sensational. There are a lot of steps which is great for working off all those calories but if you have any issues with walking this hotel is not for you. Imerovigli is a lovely little town much quieter than Oia and Fira although we did walk to both places, we were so glad we did not stay there. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful hotel.

The staff and amenities were really good. The room was very small, not sure if that’s common in Greece. The view was the highlight. However the property is located at the bottom so it was almost a 7 min walk from the main square. It was hard on the knees so if you choose this place be prepared to make that climb everytime you want to go out.

we loved many things about this property. The staff was attentive and friendly. There is one thing about this property that the reviews and the description fail to address. This is not a property to stay in if you are an older couple. There is no elevator and the steps connecting you to your room and the restaurant and pool can be daunting. we had 75 very steep stairs steps from our room to breakfast. 250 stairs steps from our room to the square where you arrive and depart to any activity. After 4 days of doing this sometimes 3 times a day we are exhausted ! Please be cautious if booking this hotel and you are over 70 or not in very good athletic shape.

Everything was truly amazing!! The view, the atmosphere, the restaurant and the service!! Silvia at the restaurant/pool was fabulous!! Will definitely go back!

The property was lovely, staff amazing, the rooms are only ok and in need of some TLC in terms of bathroom fixes and repairs, and patio furnishings were worn and unserviceable which made sitting outside to enjoy the view less desirable. Lower rooms have more tourists foot traffic which was unexpected, surrounded by drones and photographers.

The champagneBreakfast was amazing every day! It was top rate service at every turn.

The location is spectacular, the staff all exceptional and the champagne breakfast delightful! Be prepared for many stairs on property and to the pick up and drop off area. We loved our stay!!!

Our stay at Grace Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional — they truly made us feel taken care of throughout our stay. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made it even more relaxing to unwind. And the breakfast… honestly one of the highlights — fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start each day. Everything about our experience was top-notch. We genuinely loved our stay and would come back without hesitation.

Overpriced for what it offers. The staff and food were great, but you can get a very similar experience at neighboring hotels for half the price. Surprisingly, complimentary bottled water is not included even though Santorini tap water is not drinkable and water costs €7 per bottle plus tax. Coffee pods are included, but having to purchase basic drinking water at this price point felt unreasonable. The main pool, advertised as heated, was never heated during our stay, which was disappointing since it was cold in April and the pool is one of the property’s main amenities.

Property was stunning - be warned it’s a walk to the property on the walking route and you will get your stair workout - but it’s so worth it. Our junior suite was perfect, beautifully detailed and the view is incredible. Less crowded than Fira or Oia, quiet, lovely. Be sure to go to Avocado restaurant nearby, Greek food was amazing and clearly a family business.

Once we arrived, the concierge team including Angela, Matina, Haris, and Lara demonstrated exceptional service throughout our stay. Their knowledge of the island and thoughtful recommendations were invaluable, and they handled logistics efficiently. It was clear that they paid close attention to our preferences and tailored their support accordingly. The food and beverage team was equally impressive. Theo was particularly attentive and ensured that our dining experiences were smooth and enjoyable. Together with Alex and George, the team delivered a consistently high standard of service. The six-course breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with a different menu presented each morning, beautifully prepared and consistently of excellent quality. The hotel itself offers refined accommodations, striking views over the caldera, and an atmosphere of calm that makes it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The rooms are well accomodated and extremely clean servided twice a day, every day! The hotel's location is well placed for direct access to Skaros Rock as well as to the bustle of nearby Fira town. All in all, our stay was exceptional in every respect.
