Property was stunning - be warned it’s a walk to the property on the walking route and you will get your stair workout - but it’s so worth it. Our junior suite was perfect, beautifully detailed and the view is incredible. Less crowded than Fira or Oia, quiet, lovely. Be sure to go to Avocado restaurant nearby, Greek food was amazing and clearly a family business.

From the moment our reservation was confirmed, Grace Hotel provided a seamless process. Lia from the reservations team was highly professional, accommodating, and remarkably flexible in managing changes to our travel dates. She ensured that all arrangements were accurate and followed up promptly with confirmations. Once we arrived, the concierge team including Angela, Matina, Haris, and Lara demonstrated exceptional service throughout our stay. Their knowledge of the island and thoughtful recommendations were invaluable, and they handled logistics efficiently. It was clear that they paid close attention to our preferences and tailored their support accordingly. The food and beverage team was equally impressive. Theo was particularly attentive and ensured that our dining experiences were smooth and enjoyable. Together with Alex and George, the team delivered a consistently high standard of service. The six-course breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with a different menu presented each morning, beautifully prepared and consistently of excellent quality. The hotel itself offers refined accommodations, striking views over the caldera, and an atmosphere of calm that makes it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The rooms are well accomodated and extremely clean servided twice a day, every day! The hotel's location is well placed for direct access to Skaros Rock as well as to the bustle of nearby Fira town. All in all, our stay was exceptional in every respect.

I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to share our experience to help others make an informed decision. We booked what was marketed as a luxury suite in Santorini, expecting tranquility and comfort — unfortunately, it fell far short. Most disturbingly, a male hotel staff member entered our room unannounced after 9pm, claiming he needed to “check the minibar.” My partner was naked in bed at the time. There was no prior notice, no knock, and absolutely no justification for this intrusion. It was an unacceptable breach of privacy. Second, the approach to the hotel is extremely unpleasant — a rough, dusty construction zone that’s nearly impossible to navigate with luggage. It sets the tone for what’s to come and feels more like arriving at a worksite than a luxury property. The suite itself was disappointing. Although it was marketed as high-end, the “lava rock” wall outside our window meant we had virtually no natural light or view. Can't recommend.

The Grace Hotel is 10/10 in every respect; views, staff, service, food, pool, and rooms. We’ve traveled all over the world. My wife and I put the Grace Hotel on our top-10 list.

I cannot say enough. From the girls at the front desk, Angela and Matina, to the managers Jerry and George and the servers George and everyone! They made our stay amazing. Rooms are beautiful and amenities are amazing. The bathroom products are so nice and the treats every night are such a nice touch.

The Grace Hotel is one of the absolute BEST hotels we have ever been to! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and it is an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives. If you are going to Santorini, Grace Hotel is THE BEST place to stay. The viewed from Grace Hotel are simply unparalleled - you get a complete panoramic view of the island, with the most beautiful sunsets (way better than Oia). What stood out most is the attention to detail in every single encounter - whether it had to do with reservation staff, the small gifts left in our rooms each night with turn-down service, the memory box that the hotel provides, the way each staff member greets you and genuinely wants to know about your stay -- or any questions we had regarding touring. Matina & Harris from reservation staff were so sweet & accommodating - they went out of their way to make sure our stay was exceptional. Evi and George from the restaurant staff were some of the friendliest staff and made sure our breakfasts (which were DELICIOUS) were some of the best, ever. And George Arnapoulis (general manager) was always such a delight to speak with -- he would come by every day to check up on us and was wonderful. Every single staff member went above and beyond. In addition, the food was absolutely spectacular (both breakfast & dinner)! Thank you all for the best anniversary trip!!! <3 RUN, don't walk, to stay here. There is a reason Grace Hotel is the best hotel in Greece :) 20/10!!!

This was an amazing stay at the Grace Hotel. For the entire stay, the whole staff is extremely friendly and engaged. Every staff member was very helpful and made our stay a very pleasant and hospitable experience. This was hands down the best service I have received at any 5-star hotel (or any hotel) I have stayed at. Definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel when staying in Santorini. In addition to the service, the rooms and facilities are well maintained and property is beautiful with great view of the sea and top notch restaurant. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Santorini!

The property of the Grace hotel was exceptional. The rooms and the views were breathtaking. The service was exceptional. The accessibility should be noted that in order to access this property and most you need to be able to walk many many steps. The hotel pool was gorgeous, and the staff were wonderful.
