Superbe vue Mais offre mensongère ! La chambre en fait pas 85m2 comme indiqué lors de la réservation.elle faisait à peine 30m2. Le personnel n est pas très accueillant L hôtel revendique 5* alors qu il n’y a pas de room service et la porte d’accès à l’espace privatif ne fermait pas Donc plusieurs fois nous nous sommes retrouvés avec des personnes qui rentraient alors que nous étions dans notre piscine

Amazing hôtel every thing are so beautiful

The staff were polite and helpful but the property is dated and needs some upgrades. The view from the property is great but pretty far away from the city center.

Nice property

Nice property. Poor breakfast selection not covered from flies, and staff was unfriendly. No real restaurant to speak of. The room pool was cold and it is incredibly windy in Mykonos so not able to use. Getting around is expensive and challenging. Room had a beautiful view, check in and maintenance staff was very responsive. Phone in room did not work. check in staff said to call if need anything however the phone did not work to do so and at times we needed help it was not available. Hotel pool was never used (by us or others) as the wind is too much. The best thing about this hotel is the view and our 2 bedroom room was nice. However for this price I would have stayed elsewhere.

nous avons reserve une suite junior avec bains a remous exterieur mais les photos lors de notre reservation ne sont pas du tout les memes .le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas l eau etait sale froide avec aucun jet.j ai prevenu a l accueil et le gars qui est venu pour mettre en marche etait lui meme d une froideur je lui ai dit bonjour qu il n a meme pas repondu.sur les photos le jacuzzi etait integre dans la terrasse et le notre hors sol et je me repete hors service.la salle de bain nulle et l eau de la cabine de douche coulait de partout.le nettoyage vraiment a revoir.la plage n est pas comme ils le decrivent à 200m.vraiment tres decevant pour un 5 etoiles.par contre les filles a la reception super tres gentilles sans oublier costa et le gars du baret du petit dej super gentils eux aussi.

Devo dire che il la struttura e meravigliosa ma purtroppo estremamente scomoda. Il personale e cortese ma non all'altezza. I servizi mancano completamente. Non rispecchia un 5 stelle. Non ci torno.

My wife Monique and I Greg decided to visit this hotel to celebrate 20 years of marriage. This was the best choice we could have made. The staff made us feel welcomed when we arrived. When we left we were extended family Eugenia, Spediro, housekeeping, kitchen staff, transportation property manager eveyone there was awesome. We will definitely recommend this hotels

Sejour mitigé, vétusté des chambres, pas d'eau froide le premier soir en arrivant, jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement, en piteux état et franchement pas très propre comme le reste de la chambre ( taches sur les coussins du lit, traces dans les wc, rainures sales paroi de la douche ...). Point positif: très bel emplacement, le charme de l'hôtel et personnel sympathique. Il faudrait revoir les chambres et le servuce d'un 5 étoiles.

My wife and I came for our honeymoon. The hotel told us they "upgraded" us, meanwhile the "upgrade" was not to our liking. We were put into a room that was nothing as I had booked on expedia...beware of this...the rooms smell pretty bad and there are stains everywhere including on towels. George the maintenence guy of the hotel was great and always checked in on us. The rooms only lock from the first door and not the door to the actual room. The view was amazing but I definitely would not consider this a 5 star hotel....at best 3 star. They need to update and clean their rooms, furniture, and towels and show real pictures of what your booking. Overall, Mykonos was great but definitely overrated.

A stunning boutique hotel with amazing views. We had a junior suite with a seaview. The room was beautiful and we had a big balcony with amazing views of the bay. The staff were very helpful and they made us feel welcome and special. We received a beautiful fruit basket & cake upon arrival which was delivered to our room. The fridge was fully stocked with lots of bottles of water. The room included a robe, slippers, nice toiletries & a good hairdryer. The room was bright & spacious with lots of mirrors. We could see the bay and sunset from our bed. The breakfast was outstanding. The dining area looks out onto the beautiful pool and has amazing views across the bay. The pool and spa were beautiful. We would highly recommend the spa treatments also. The hotel is situated up a extremely steep hillside which is difficult to walk up but as it’s higher up the views are amazing. It’s only a short walk to the beach (just takes a little longer as it’s so steep-approx. 20min walking slowly). We could have done with a few more lights in the bedroom and a few more sockets but these are just minor comments. To sum it up, this is the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Wish we had stayed a lot longer! Beautiful hotel, amazing staff & stunning views! Wish we were still there!

I stayed at Say Mykonos for my first time vacationing in Mykonos. I am really happy that I chose this hotel. Pros: 1. The staff - they went above and beyond in making my stay enjoyable. For future guests at the hotel - please tip them and be kind! 2. Location - VIEWS from the hotel by the pool is amazing. 3. Peace and quiet after a busy day in town or the beach. 4. Clean room!!! 5. Massage from their spa was amazing. 6. THE STAFF!!!!!! Cons 1. The wind - But Mykonos is also known as the windy island.

It is a very nice hotel but overexpensive for what it is. This applies to Mykonos overall so the hitel is not the exception. The transfer from the hotel is also outrageous expensive 50eur for 10km.... It has a nice view over the bay. Beach is nice but mostly private. I was there end of May... nobody beside me in the hitel. It may be more living in other periods... It is tom of the hill so was really windy when I was in. Other parts of the bay are more protected.
