사진이 너무 잘 나와있는 호텔, 직원분의 서비스는 매우 좋았습니다. 여기 오는 연령대가 젊은이가 많은 거 같습니다. 밤에 시끄러워요. 주방에 세제나 수세미가 없어서 어떻게 식기를 닦아서 먹어야 하는지 모르겠습니다. 그거 말곤 그냥 그랬습니다. 방에는 와이파이가 터지지 않아요. not working wifi in the room

We felt very welcome here. Everyone who works there is kind and friendly. Maria, the owner has a great sense of humour, always up for a chat and helps you with everything you want. Definitely a reccommendation!

Ótimo hotel familiar, a dona, Maria, é super simpática e prestativa. Se preocupa com o conforto dos hóspedes e está sempre a disposição. Hotel bem localizado, com bom estacionamento, simples mas com tudo o que precisa para Zakynthos, incluindo uma cozinha no quarto. O único ponto a melhorar, é o sinal de Wi-Fi dentro do quarto, mas acredito que seja uma condição de internet limitará na ilha mesmo, visto que tivemos dificuldades em outros locais também. Mas de resto, vale muito a pena ficar neste hotel.

Maria, Nick and the rest of the staff were absolutley incredible. They were so helpful and made the best suggestions. The pool and pool bar is a fun hang out for a rest day or evening. Food was good, drinks were delicious and prices were right. I'll for sure be back!

I stayed at Hera Hotel Zakynthos for 5 nights with 3 of my close friends. We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel, with all the staff being very welcoming and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Maria at the reception who throughout our stay, was extremely friendly and always checking in on us and having a laugh. The rest of the staff members were equally friendly and made our stay there worthwhile. The food and drinks at the hotel were extremely affordable and tasty, and the food came fast as well as tasting homemade and fresh. The room itself was brilliant, with a nice balcony and it was very clean. The cleaner would come everyday and change towels, sheets, and give the room a proper clean. The pool was equally clean and taken care of, and after they shut the pool they would take a few hours every night making sure the pool was clean and sanitary for guests. As a lifeguard I was extremely pleased to see the pool being taken care of, as it ensures that guests can swim in clean, clear water. Overall, I absolutely loved our stay at Hera Hotel Zakynthos, and me and my friends all agree that we would 100% stay there whenever we return to Zante. I highly recommend this hotel, and can’t thank the staff enough for their hospitality.

The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean, the pool was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and the beach was in walking distance.

Perfectly clean and well-maintained hotel with exceptionally welcoming staff. It is located outside of the city, with an amazing view into the olive grove, quiet and beautiful. Great pool and absolutely high-quality rooms, with a modern bathroom and kitchenette. Well recommended!

Booked the Hera Hotel as a last minute holiday and struck gold. Travelled with my 9 & 6 year old and Hera had everything we needed, modern apartment, SC facilities were standard and worked well, spacious apartment. Great pool area, with a pool bar for snacks/meals/drinks. Free wifi and no fight for a sunbed. Inflatables in the pool for all the use and Maria was so helpful. My daughter was unwell when we travelled and Maria put us at ease before we got there and throughout our stay. 15 minute walk into Laganas and two strips, one family orientated and the other for the younger club goers. Lovely relaxing holiday

The hotel blew us away. Not only was it much nicer than it looked. We loved the great food and drinks prices at the bar.

Maria and her family were so accommodating, friendly and efficient! Everything we asked for, we got. The room was spacious and had air con. Towels were changed daily and the staff were always happy to help. We felt safe, looked after and after a terrible experience at Letsos Hotel, we received the welcoming we needed. This hotel is better than a 2 star in so many ways. Hera, you get a 5 starts from us and thank you for everything. Fully recommend to everyone!

property was perfect for a 1 week lads holiday stay. couldn't have asked for anymore

Stayed here for a girls holiday in Zante. Hotel is quite far out from the strip (around 30 minutes walk to Cherry Bay). Taxi to the strip cost between 6-7 euro & the hotel were happy to call one for you (although we found flagging one at the end of the road was much quicker). The hotel staff were extremely friendly & looked after us well. The pool bar is very nice and reasonably priced. Our room was modern & clean. Looked like other rooms in the hotel were also being updated. The pool area was ok, lots of sun loungers available. Aircon was in the room free of charge & there was a fridge to use too. Towels & beds were changed every other day. Overall a nice stay here.

It was just PERFECT.
