Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel due to poor service. I had to wait a long time for someone to arrive at the reception for the check-in. It was also very hard to get an invoice and required multiple reminders. Nothing is digitalized and everything is on paper. The breakfast selection was very limited. The last point might not be the hotel‘s fault but when we ordered a Taxi, we were being told that it would arrive in 10min but it arrived in 40min, which made us almost miss our appointment.

Nice and Quaint - Staff was exceptional and hotel vicinity on beach is great. I will definitely stay again.

Very relaxing and peaceful setting. The owner and workers are very friendly respectful.

At best this is a two star hotel. The price does reflect it. When we went to open our door, which would not latch closed, blocked us. Had to reach in and shut the closet door, then had to place our own elastic band to keep both doors from opening and blocking our way out. Beds were hard as rock and the inly cover was a thin bed sheet, so if you put on the AC, you froze. Room didnt look vacuumed. Bathroom ok. overall a shabby hotel with shabby lounge chairs on a rock beach that hurt your feet

Pas le gros luxe, un peu isolé, pas trop d'options autour en début de saison, mais les gens sont super gentils et prêts à aider. Directement sur la mer avec une eau super limpide !

Google it, it is near Corinth oil refinery (MOTOR OIL HELLAS), so I did not swim there. Very old, very dirty, says parking, but u can't t find parking, because they let all the village to park there (to get money from their restaurant obviously). No safety, no hygiene rules. Danger of robberies due to lack of security measures. Wouldn't t recommend it, not even to my enemies.

Hotel is extremely dated. Sign in the elevator asks guests not to use A/C above 25 degrees Celsius (77F!) so as not to trigger a blackout. Beds are awful - hard & lumpy. Received only a single sheet for bed covering. The beach is nice. Water very clear. Lounge chairs on the beach mostly old and uncomfortable and in need of replacing.

Hôtel plutôt modeste au bord d'une plage agréable. On entend peu le trafic autoroutier au dessus. Chambres assez spacieuses, fonctionnelles. Hôtes très accueillants.

L'hôtel SUN fait de la peine. Il a dû être super, mais le manque d'entretien fend le coeur. Remarquablement situé directement en bord de plage, il aligne des chambres dotées de larges terrasses donnant sur la mer. Sur le devant de l'hôtel, large terrasse au bord de la mer, donnant sur la très grande et très propre plage privée de l'hôtel avec matelas fatigués et parasols, permettant la baignade dans une mer d'un bleu magique et ultra limpide. La température de l'eau y est plus douce que dans le reste du Péloponnèse et bien entendu que dans les Cyclades. La baignade y est magique. Bref, tout serait idyllique si le bâtiment, les rambardes, les locaux, les portes, etc, étaient repeints et remis correctement en état. Matelas qui ont du caractère. Toujours ce confort spartiate décidément. Accueil charmant. Environs pas folichons. C'est en quelque sorte la banlieue d'Athènes. En résumé, bonne solution sans chichis pour une étape en allant à Athènes ou en la quittant.

Very nice and cozy hotel ! Amazing beach in front of the hotel. You could have drinks and something to eat at the beach too so you don’t need to go outside too much. The hotel have private and safe parking. Very friendly people working there , the feeling was that it’s a family business. Really great price if you think that the rooms have daily cleaning , air conditioning, private parking and private beach . Restaurant and bar at one place ! I’ll go there soon :)

A notre arrivée nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservé sur le site. L'hôtel est vieillissant et pas propre. L'hygiène est à revoir Le personnel est plutôt sympathique. L'hôtel se trouve dans une zone qui a brûlée donc il ne faut pas s'attendre à des paysages verdoyants. Les photos sur le site sont trompeuses... Heureusement la vue sur la mer a sauvé notre séjour.

This is a great out of the way hotel on one of the best beaches near Athens, giving a great authentic Greek hospitality.

The property is nothing like it looks in the pictures. It is in need of a major update. Beds are not comfortable and Baths are small and very dated. Not recommended if you are exp2cting anything more than a 2 star hotel.

The road to the Sun Hotel is blocked during the busy season with parked cars. Very hard to get thru to the Hotel. They were not timely in returning our passport and we hard to go back later to get it. Not acceptable.
