The manager, receptionist, restaurant staff to the house keeping staff were all nice and professional. They went above and beyond, prompt with any requests. The breakfast was great, clean room. The hotel had a wonderful view of the Island and the Aegean sea with a beautiful view of the sunset! The hotel is a walking distance to nearby shops for foods and shopping. I will definitely recommend it and stay there again.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel is. I have traveled all over the world. The hospitality show to my family was by far surpassed anything at the Ritz Carlton or other 5 star hotels. Kate was wonderful and we owe her a debt of gratitude for making our trip perfect.

There is no transfer to & from the hotel, so you must walk next to the cars on this tight road. The staff does not go out of their way to help.

L’hôtel est un peu difficile à trouver et accessible uniquement à pied ou en voiture. Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues mais le réseau internet ne fonctionne pas bien. Le personnel et respectueux et serviable.

The included breakfast was excellent along with the service all day. We especially loved the staff member who waited on us every morning for breakfast, he always made our morning and made us feel very welcome!

The shower area was super tight had nowhere to move within the shower, which was very uncomfortable. There was also a leak which caused the floor to be extremely wet.

It was great! It is close to the airport, all the main shops and restaurants are less than a 20 min walk away! It has local shops, designer stores like Dior , Loui , Gucci (if you in to that kind of thing), everything is close by and walkable, the hotel staff is very friendly, the breakfast is really good and included, the rooms are nice , I highly recommend.

Hospedagem ótima! Tudo organizado, perto do Porto e do centro. Quarto limpo, café da manhã bom e uma vista maravilhosa. Só senti falta de tomadas no quarto. Achei pouca.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean, helpful staff and views that will take your breath away. Quick walk to Old Town. Highly recommend!

Amongst a few other things, the first thing I was told was “you paid for an “economy” room with ocean view however we can upgrade you with a bigger room with a private pool in another resort. I asked is this ocean view as well, they said no, we are the only few with ocean view. I said no thank you. Demeanor changed automatically from front desk staff. Even to being rude while bringing our bags. I was only told afterwards to pay the taxes and that breakfast was at 8 I believe. Not where or any additional information as other places we’ve stayed. Another thing was the room was cleaned at 8am while we had our breakfast. I’ve never had that before as I had left everything out because we went to grab coffee. I did not like that. Long story short, if we would have had information or a better experience, our whole trip in that island would have been much better. I would not go back to this hotel. This was the only place where there was no friendly and/or helpful staff.
