항구와 가까우며 메인 쇼핑 및 식당과 가까운 위치로 접근성이 아주 좋습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 조식의 구성과 신선도가 좋습니다. 다음날 일찍 이동시 간단한 음식과 쿠키 등의 간편식을 챙겨주셔서 아주 좋았습니다. 다음에도 재이용하고 싶네요.

아름다운 이라클리온에서 비교적 저렴한 가격에 깨끗하고 위치 좋은곳에서 묵을수 있어 좋았습니다. 가까운곳에 모든 관광지, 큰 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다.

전반적으로는 만족했던 숙소 입니다. 헤라클리온 버스 정류장과 페리 선착장까지 걸어서 10-15분 정도? 부담스럽지 않았고요, 시내 중심부에 위치하고 있어서, 3분이면 번화가에 닿을 수 있고, 또한 바로 번화가 옆은 아니기 때문에 소음문제도 없었습니다. 건너편 작은 식당에서 저렴한 가격에 맛있는 해산물을 먹을 수 있었던 것도 좋았네요. 조식도 과일이 조금 덜 신선하긴 했지만, 기본 이상이었습니다. 리셉션에 계셨던 남자 분은 조금 무뚝뚝했지만, 다른 직원들은 다 친절했구요. 청결도에서 조금 아쉬운 부분이 있었는데, 화장실에 양치용으로 비치된 컵 안에 새 치약 입구를 막아놓는 은박지(?)가 붙어있어서 그 후에 전체적으로 엄청 청결하다라는 인상은 받지 못했네요. 그렇다고 엄청 별로인 상태는 아니었습니다. 처음에 말했듯이 전반적으로는 만족합니다.

크레테 시내, 그리고 해변가와 가까운 숙소. 방이 조금 좁은 것에 비해서는 충분히 편안하고 안락한 곳이었습니다. 제공하는 조식도 좋았습니다. 혼자서도 크레테 이라클리오를 맘껏 즐길 수 있을 만큼 좋은 곳... 아쉬운 점은 뷰가 골목길이라는 것.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My only complaint was my room faced the street and at times it was quite noisy. Parking is a premium on the street but the hotel has an arrangement with the city for parking at 8 euro/day The breakfast was first rate!

Pros: The hotel location, beds , breakfast buffet and cleanliness were all fine. Cons; The check in was not smooth at all. The reception was rude in communication . The washroom was a bit smelly.

Had a really nice stay at Kastro! The staff were all so lovely and helpful whenever I needed assistance from start to end. The breakfast was also great and location was perfect. Definitely would stay again!

Room was very clean. The Sheets changed every day. Room was always tidy. Bathroom was clean every day shows attention to it. All appliances were clean and new. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The only problem"" No fox American English station on TV. Only CNN and Blumberg business. The breakfast and offered were plenty and coffee was excellent (two machines) Pancakes,Scrambled Eggs Tomato and Sausage. Fresh fruit,Butter for toast,Rolls,Bacon.Very tasty.For the price for a room who get allot for your money! YES. I reccommend this hotel.

The hotel was fine except for one thing.The aircon. It was not possible to control it for our convenience, it was locked at what the hotel thought was adequate. Also , it was switched off completely during the night, ensuring a terrible night sleep,, or lack of it. I would not recommend.

Établissement bien tenu, calme et propre. Le petit déjeuner buffet est compris. Le personnel est agréable et serviable. Les chambres sont plutôt bien insonorisées et la climatisation fonctionne bien.
