Struttura fantastica. Super pulita e comodissima. Letto comodo, posizione fantastica, parcheggio disponibile e terrazzo con balcone fantastico con fiori per fare colazione. Katerina e suo figlio sono meravigliosi. Persone gentili e disponibili. Da ritoranci sicuramente. Grazie per la meravigliosa vacanza. A presto.

Εξαιρετικό το διαμέρισμα, καταπληκτική η ιδιοκτήτρια.Ανταποκρίθηκε πλήρως στις προσδοκίες μας και με το παραπάνω. Μας είχε ένα γλυκό για καλωσόρισμα αλλά μιας και γιόρταζε ο άντρας της μας έφερε και έξτρα ένα γαλακτομπούρεκο ποίημα! Από χώρους άνετο, με πλήρη εξοπλισμό κουζίνας και με διπλό μπάνιο που μιας κι ήμασταν 3 άτομα μας βόλεψε ιδιαίτερα. Ο καλός καιρός ήταν σύμμαχός μας και μας έδωσε την ευκαιρία να απολαύσουμε και την βεράντα του διαμερίσματος.

Für uns gab es gar nichts Positives! Wir haben aufgrund der vielen guten Bewertungen dieses Apartment gebucht. Als wir dort angekommen sind, hat man uns nett empfangen. Aber dann hat man uns ein Zimmer gegeben, was wir gar nicht gebucht hatten. Es hiesse, wir hätten das gebucht und es wäre das nicht mehr frei, was wir wollten!

We had a perfect stay, the hosts were very accommodating and even made us delicious omelettes and cakes some days! I would highly recommends this lovely apartment that is situated in an idyllic, quiet part of Zante :)

Wir waren für eine Woche im Oktober 2017 Gäste von Katerina. Wir hatten eine der kleineren Wohnungen im Obergeschoss. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, frisch renoviert und hochwertig ausgestattet. Nachts war es sehr ruhig so dass man auch mit offenem Fenster (Mückengitter sind auch vorhanden) super schlafen konnte. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Herd, Wasserkocher, Spüle etc. Da wir meistens außerhalb gegessen haben wurde die Küche eher selten genutzt. Im Bad gibt es ein Fenster, Waschbecken, Toilette und eine Dusche. Es war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Schlaf/Wohnzimmer hat ein großes Doppelbett mit bequemer Matratze, sowie eine kleine Couch, Tisch, Schminktisch, Schrank, Flachbild-TV, Klimaanlage und Spiegel. Vom Zimmer kommt man direkt auf den Balkon der sich super zum Frühstücken eignet (Meerblick). Außerdem kann man an Wäscheleinen seine nassen Handtücher aufhängen. Katerina hat uns eine Karte von Zakynthos mitgegeben und uns eingezeichnet welche Strände und Orte empfehlenswert sind. Katerina hat das Zimmer täglich saubergemacht, die Handtücher gewechselt und sogar mehrmals während unseres Aufenthalts die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Da das Haus etwas außerhalb liegt benötigt man zwingend ein Auto. Aber das würden wir ohnehin empfehlen, denn nur so kann man die schönen Orte der Insel auf eigene Faust erkunden. Insgesamt alles super! Klare 5 Sterne!

Vi var mycket nöjda med vår vistelse på Katerina Rooms. Värdinnan och hennes familj var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Läget ute på landet passade oss bra. En liten fin sandstrand med en bra restaurang fanns på gångavstånd. Bil är en klar fördel för att ta sig runt på den underbara ön.

Katerina is a lovely host . The room was super tidy and completely spotless. she was always around and happy to help us. The rooms were cleaned daily. Our suite was big, with a double bed and a sofa. A fully equipped kitchenette and a nice and clean toilet. A spacious balcony with a lovely view through lemon's trees and further away the sea. The place is super quiet with a familiar atmosphere. I have been to many places and never felt so at home like I felt at Katerina's room. I highly recommend.

A very beautifull place where you can listen to birds and have a relaxing time!The service was awsome(every day the hotelier was cleaning the room and was giving us new towels!).We also sometimes had launch or dinner for free (very tasty and well cooked!).Absolutely great choice for its price.....!

Prettig verblijf! Personeel is uitstekend en hotel ziet er netjes en schoon uit. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de hotel kamer en al het nodige is aanwezig.

The hotel Katerina was very nice! The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony. The room had everything we needed, the equipment was more than sufficient. Especially the service was remarkable good! The hotel owner has baked and cooked for us although it wasn't included in the price. They showed us all the sights and beautiful places. Besides the location is perfect, it is 5 minutes to the beach. Summarized, one can say that you won't find a better hotel for this low price. The whole service deserves a much higher price!I was more than satisfied and i'm looking forward to go there this summer again!

Incredible hotel for the price. Katerina is a sweetheart!! Room was cleaned daily, looks just like in pictures. Kitchen in room with pots and pans to cook. Will definitely come again.

Nice,peaceful hotel for vacation. Hosts attitude towards guests is above every expectation. Helpful, careful and friendly owners makes you feel like close friend not guests!

It felt like in you are in a great hotel not a villa. The rooms were clean and kept clean the entire week stay. They provided a crib for the baby and everything we asked with a smile. The rooms are exactly like on the pictures, which surprised me a bit :). Great quiet place and is about 5-10km from all the awesome beaches which is perfect since you can visit them all in 15min from this location.

Jeżeli chcesz uciec od zgiełku resortów na południu wyspy to trafiłeś pod odpowiedni adres. Ustronny apartament w spokojnej okolicy, przestronne pokoje z balkonami to atuty tego miejsca. Z uwagi na dotarcie do stolicy i swobodne poruszanie się po wyspie własny środek transportu wskazany. Polecam!

If you want a cheap, quiet and friendly place, then this fits the bill. There is nothing 'in your face' and the beach and restaurants are a short walk away. You'll need transport if you want to do anything more adventurous than wander around the local village or olive groves. Katerina (the owner) could not be more helpful, even doing things like getting bicycles booked and delivered to the door.

The hotel was no there where is has to be. When a came to the adres, i start to serch this hotel, and finde it at another ilend. So be carfull

Lovely quiet location, walking distance to the beach. Lovely, helpful friendly people.
