Very disappointing. Several things are wrong with this so-called boutique hotel and spa. The offer room with fireplaces – which are an extra charge, of course. No firewood was provided. When we asked, they said they would not have firewood for another two weeks; then they changed the story to a 20 Euro charge for wood; then they showed us how to turn up the wall thermostat (!) And that’s just the beginning… The advertised “gym” is a single treadmill. The Hammam was out of order for two days with no apology from the staff. The sauna is small and cramped. There are strange odors, especially in the floor above the sauna/spa facility. The restaurant is cold and uninviting, and the breakfast selection is limited and unimaginative. (Fortunately, there are several excellent restaurants nearby.) The accommodation included breakfast. The chutzpah was charging extra for the coffee with breakfast. There is no mention of a charge for coffee anywhere. They surprise you with the coffee charge at checkout. This hotel website is full of dishonest advertising. Overall, this establishment falls far short of the quality, transparency, and professionalism one should expect from a Boutique hotel & spa.

The spa was a two person sauna and a pool, which was too small. The gym was a treadmill only. And we were not allowed to use the fireplace even though it was cold out. I would not call this a five star resort.

I booked and paid for the Executive Suite. Upon checking the accommodation provided was a standard room. They refused to acknowledge a problem even when shown photos and details from the listing. They refused to offer the room rate to a standard room. I had to have my credit card company intervene. Terrible desk service to deny and evade this in the presence of photos, screenshots still present on the website. Also, the Gym is a treadmill tucked in a corner. The shower curtain does not cover the tub enclosure. Water sprays onto the floor. The hot and cold tap is connected backwards. Attention to detail and truth is in absence. They overbook knowing you are in the mountains with very few alternatives. They make no accommodation in these situations.

Very friendly staff , great rooms , clean and perfect location. I would definitely go back again!

This is a relatively new spacious, pristine, meditative environment from which to explore a fantastic National Park and all it has to offer. I would enthusiastically return here at any future opportunity!

Lovely peaceful escape in the mountains

The property is beautiful, the views amazing. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Stayed in the family suite, which everyone thought was well designed with 2 twins in loft, and a third twin behind a half wall separating it from the King. It was quite hot when we were there and unfortunately the rolling AC wasn’t quite enough to make the room comfortable during the day, but with windows open at night it cooled down somewhat.

Excellent!! We left early the next day tonattend the zagori half marathon. The front desk prepared for us a breakfast package with all the key essentials without asking. I was astonished! Great work! You gotta stay here!!!

It was an amazing stay at an amazing hotel in an amazing location. Room 301 is highly recommended! The only thing I found odd is that service to the room was given every other day (not really suitable for a 5 star hotel!). Indoor pool looks nice but was closed because of COVID-19 (not their fault, and I hope it pass soon)

My family had a wonderful stay at this well located and comfortable hotel. Our room was sparkling clean with very comfortable beds, quality bedding, and huge fluffy towels. We enjoyed the fireplace on cold nights. The room was spacious enough for our family of five. A few small details could have been improved: music in halls was too loud and could be heard inside the room (and one night was not turned off in late evening), bathroom needed soap dish to avoid constantly wet counter, and we did not like the artificial fragrance sprayed into common areas. That said, the staff was very friendly and helpful to us at all times. We enjoyed the spa and pool after long days hiking and in the outdoors and would gladly return in the future.

Everything was perfect, starting from the service and the personal attitude of every single staff member to the wonderful food. We liked the food so much we ended up every single evening eating at the hotel’s restaurant. The rooms are well decorated and designed and spotless clean. We would be so happy to return

Stunning hotel in a spectacular setting. Loved everything about it, the room, the spa, the restaurant. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer, but we’ll be back!

Amazing hotel. Everything is new and shiny, great design and comfort. 5 star hotel from my viewpoint.

Σε συνεχεια της διαμονης μου εχω παραπονο συμφωνα με την κρατηση το δωματιο επρεπε να ειχε μπαλκονι η αιθριο τιποτε απο τα δυο δεν υπηρχε, επισης το μπανιο λογω οτι ητανε για αναπηρους το νερο δεν εφευγε ολα τα υπολοιπα ειτανε πολυ καλα. πιστευω οταν κλεινεις ενα δωματιο θες να μενεις σε αυτο που κλεινεις
