There was no shortage. The staff was kind, the rooms were comfortable, the location was good, and the accommodation was relatively cheap. It's about a three-minute walk to the downtown area. I was very happy during my stay at this hotel. I had to check out early in the morning, they prepared breakfast box carefully

The breakfast was quite fantastic. Menues varys day by day. I thought the services and rooms were good untill I found the roaches. The first time was infromt of our room, but it was okay and they got rid of it very quick. But the second one was found on the floor at breakfast corner.
Besides the roach problem, everything was good.

박물관 등의 시내 관광지와 가까와 도보로 이라클리온 여행 가능합니다.
호텔 건물이 2개인데 부분 리모델링 되어 있는것으로 보입니다. 예약할때 어느 건물 객실인지 미리 알려주면 좋겠습니다.

Rooms were clean but shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty.
Staff checked us in ut didn’t offer any help or asked if we had any questions.
No AC in the lobby and hallways.
The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to port , shops, restaurants and several attractions.

Nice hotel, decent location close to local bus station and harbor. Wifi in our room had a poor connection. Elevators a little small, fridge in our room had a weird smell and safe was already locked (only stayed one night so didn't bother). Breakfast buffet was very good and staff very friendly and helpful. Herb garden restaurant on the 4th floor was excellent, nice view and great food.

A beautiful hotel in downtown Heraklion. The room was spacious and had a terrace overlooking the harbor. 15 minutes walking to at least 4 great restaurants: Plani, Antipoda, Athali, and Peskesi. Also great rooftop restaurant in hotel. The included breakfast was wonderful. Also all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Konumu itibariyle Heraklion merkezde ve kale manzarasıyla harika idi. 3 kişilik ailemle yapmış olduğum seyehat neticesinde çok memnun kaldık. Odalar temiz personel çok güleryüzlü kahvaltısı da çok iyiydi.

Hotel com boa localização. Perto do calçadão, Marina e Porto. Muito bom café da manhã. Elevador ruim, apertado e antigo. Banheiro pequeno. Sem box completo. Molha o piso. Área ao redor do hotel muito escura. Da um pouco de medo à noite. Bom custo/benefício.

The hotel was lovely. Our room was very spacious with a living area and bathroom (with shower) separated by a door from the bedroom with king size bed and another bathroom (with soaking tub). The only challenging part was parking.We had to illegally park to unload the car and then drive it down to the port parking lot. It was about a five minute walk back to the hotel.
Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side to enjoy the gorgeous spacious balcony that we had overlooking the harbor and the sea.
