L'hôtel est très beau, très propre et ceci grâce aux personnel dédié au nettoyage et au jardinage. Il est idéalement placé pour effectuer des excursions et du shopping, plusieurs commerces se situent face à l'hôtel, c'est très agréable et vivant. La restauration est très correcte. Les chambres ont une taille suffisante, elles sont très propres et bien décorées. L'hôtel semble avoir été rénové récemment. L'ensemble du personnel est très agréable et serviable. Le seul bémol reste l'animation. Trois animateurs seulement pour l'ensemble de l'hôtel. On constate un manque de moyens et d'imagination pour les activités qui se répètent jour après jour (aquagym, waterpolo). L'hôtel n'étant pas francophone, les animations sont exclusivement réalisées en anglais. Etonnant de constater que certaines animations sont payantes comme le Bingo... Celle-ci devrait être gratuite, surtout au regard du principal lot à remporter (une bouteille de mousseux pas très bonne.) Etonnant de constater également que l'animateur principal de l'hôtel passe une bonne partie de son temps à proposer à la clientèle l'achat de t-shirts...Passer du temps à réfléchir et à proposer des animations plus ludiques et des jeux collectifs serait peut-être plus judicieux.

More like a 3.5 than a 5*. Overall property was clean but the Cleaning staff was a bit difficult and did not clean our room properly on both days. Not many food options or shall i say good options for vegetarians/ vegan. Reception staff is overall nice and friendly but can be selective with their behaviour at times.

Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Have just returned from a great weeks stay at the Leonardo Kolymbia hotel.. We arrived very late and there was some food left for us in the room. Great location with access to a pretty decent albeit stony beach / harbour. The rooms were very clean and spacious, we had a family room with a divider and sofabed that also had 2 bathrooms and a separate seating / table area and balcony. The staff are really what make this hotel, everyone we interacted with was super friendly and you can tell they love what they do, special thanks to Kiki and the reception team and Magda & George in the bar.. (the restaurant staff and the guy at the pool bar were also great but I didn't get any names) We stayed all inclusive and the food was good, its not Michelin star quality but does the job and the choice was good with lots always available (the kids spag bol was a personal fave) The snacks at the pool were welcome but not too much choice (burgers / chips / pizza / hotdogs) Drinks were good but using local spirits again it does the job and its great to try all the different cocktails. Location was perfect for us but we did have a car (free parking) and used it as a base to travel around the island, (Rhodes old town is a must) Kolymbia does have a pretty decent stip with shops / bars / restaurants all walkable if you want to just stay at the hotel. One thing to note, we went in May and the weather was good but the pool is unheated so was a bit chilly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I left my phone in one of the local buses. The lady at the reception called the bus company for me and made arrangements to retrieve my iphone. The following day in the morning I got my phone back. Also, at the bar Spros and George were both knowledgeable and entertaining that we really had good time. The facility was alright for us. The food was good. The one disappointment was that we thought the resort had its own beach access. They did not. You had to walk 5 minutes to the beach and pay 20€ for beach seats and umbrella. The pictures were a bit misleading. Otherwise we had good time there.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Both the staff and facilities were exceptional, demonstrating great attention to detail and consideration for our children's needs and preferences. The hotel is thoughtfully designed to cater to families, and we would definitely book here again if we return to Rhodes.

Très bien placé, très bon accueil, hôtel rénové

The staff were really friendly and helpful, but the room was very basic. The room was cleaned daily, but there was an issue with the fridge - it smelt and flies kept appearing which was horrible.

We spent 5 days with the family in Leonardo including two 5 years old kids. It was a wonderful experience. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful everywhere in the resort, specially the ladies at the reception desk, Rena and Tsampika did everything in their power to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. There is a great entertainment team around the pool all day long and a show every night in the bar area. As some other reviewers pointed out the rooms and the restaurant can do better to suit a five star resort, but the overall feeling is so nice that you tend to forgive these shortcomings. We are already planning to come back next year.

Tutto perfetto a cominciare dell'accoglienza di Piero che alle 4 di notte ci ha consentito di riposare in un'area dell'hotel in attesa del check in. Posto strategico per muoversi sia con le escursioni organizzate sia noleggiando una macchina. Cibo ottimo, Romeo alla ristorazione è fantastico, il personale tutto, è gentilissimo, cercano ogni modo di venire incontro alle tue richieste cosa che ha fatto amche Tampika e Rena alla reception. Da consigliare sicuramente.

Qualité du service et de l'hébergement, surtout le service all inclusive varié et adapté. La plage (bord de mer) à 5 minutes qui ne semble pas faire partie de l'hôtel

Nice hotel in a good location. Pleasant and helpful staff, delicious food and always clean restaurant. The family room is spacious, two bathrooms, but the sofa bed in the bedroom is completely unsuitable for sleeping, very uncomfortable.
