Very small room,noisy fridgeand lots of noise during night

Great service and great location

Such a wonderful stay. Booked a seaside view room and it had a perfect outlook on the lighthouse. The breakfasts were super lovely and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Bra läge för allt, väldigt lyhört pga tunna ytterdörrar. Fantastisk utsikt från balkongen.

Everyone and everything was wonderful

Great place to stay, in the middle of the old town. Parking is a bit tough, need to park 10 minutes away in a paid lot, the free lot is full. Overall great experience.

Small and simple room. But the view was amazing. It’s the most beautiful view I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Dommage que le wifine se rendre pas jusquau chambre. Au 3e etage la pression deau nest pas très forte. Pour le ereste tout est super, je vous le recommande fortement.

Really disappointed on lack of information available for parking a car. The Old Chania town is pedestrian only. After 30 minutes of following on line driving instructions which did not identify streets that were closed we dumped the car at first available street parking which was about a 350 meters from hotel. There is a lot down by water which we found out about after the fact but it’s no closer. Saw numerous others dragging luggage through the streets. Hotel is internally noisy. One can hear many of the WC activities from neighbouring rooms through the walls. Location is good.

Ci sono piaciuti la posizione nell'antico Porto Veneziano, la vista mare anche parziale con il faro, il letto comodo, la stanza pulita e le lenzuola profumate. Non ci sono piaciuti il bagno, perché troppo piccolo, scomodo, senza aspiratore, con la doccia con la tendina appiccicosa, le asciugamani ruvide e neppure il rapporto qualità/prezzo, perché riteniamo il prezzo chiesto troppo caro per le caratteristiche della stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato No

Posizione centralissima, vista fantastica sul porto

Wonderful location. Our room had a bay view. We spent time with a bottle of wine just enjoying the view.

Extremely tiny hower area, unreliable Internet, limited breakfast selection.

It was a nice experience. The rooms were clean and nice . The hotel itself felt more local and helped the overall experience of being in Greece. The hotel location was excellent because it was right on the waterfront with excellent views as well as being very close to many restaurants and bars . The price was one of the best in all of Crete compared to other establishments. The only downside to the place was the Wi-Fi . The signal was great but the bandwidth was not. It’s bad for me because I’m kind of a tech junkie and I do like internet for updates and streaming movies. That however should not deter you from enjoying a great hotel, in a great location for a great price

Amazing harbor view with balcony. Receptionists were very friendly. The breakfast is simple and the room is tiny, typical for a boutique hotel.

I had a sea view room and the view was stunning. Other than that the hotel rooms are equivalent to a two-star rating. The wifi is not working most of the time and the shower water pressure is very low.

Extremadamente decepcionante. Las fotos de la habitación a la hora de realizar la reserva no concordaban ni por asomo a lo que nos dieron. Pasamos de tener vistas al mar a vistas a un callejón que olía a comida… La habitación parecía un motel sucio de los años 80 y el baño mejor ni comentarlo. Solicité que nos anularan la segunda noche para poder ir a otro hotel pero me indicaron que ya era demasiado tarde. HORRIBLE ATENCIÓN
