Second time staying here. Tram across the street so easy access to Athens centre. Spacious apartment

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay in our 2 bedroom suite which is hard to find in this area for that price!

Friendly Staff, tram right across the road, beaches in both directions. Road noise can be a little loud but bearable

Excellent location. Near the beach.

Fridge didnt work, shower hose blew up and couldnt get a proper shower. Manager let us use another room for shower only. Bewarey of this hotel a lot of things are old and out dated

Die Apartments sind wirklich gross, es ist alles da, was man braucht, wenn man geschaeftlich unterwegs ist. Die Strassenbahn ist vor der Tuer und die Marina ebenfalls. 30min Fahrzeit, um in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Die Klimaanlage hat zwar keine Temperaturanzeige, sonder nur "high, middle, low" funktioniert aber einwandfrei.

Perfect sized apartment for our family of 4. Pros: Large living room, equipped kitchen, huge balcony, 1 1/2 bathrooms, proximity to tram, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF Cons: Road noise, but the triple paned glass blocked out 99% of the sound. Apartment needed some modernizing but no surprises as that was stated in all the reviews. Would definitely return!

Great view. Close to town.

L’appartement était bien mais la baie vitrée du séjour est usagée et ne filtre aucun bruit de la route très passante . De ce fait le séjour est extrêmement bruyant.

Great rooms

Clean and as expected. Little away from tourist crowds and sites. Residential neighborhood. Friendly gricery nearby. 24hrs food place nearby.

All was well. Just shower head needs ti be replaced

We stayed twice here, 2 nights in a basic apartment before our sailing trip and 1 night afterwards in a premium apartment. The location is great for the marina and I’d pay the extra for a premium apartment as the basic one is very basic! The premium apartment was much more tastily decorated, had better quality furniture and bed linen and a coffee machine! Both apartments were clean. The concierge and check in was great, we could leave our luggage until the boat was ready and similarly we could leave luggage until our rooms were ready when we came off the boat. On our last stay our room was ready early so we could check in straight away and had an upgrade to full sea view. The downside is the road outside is like a 3 lane motorway and is so noisy 24/7. The tram and bus stops are opposite too but that does make it handy for catching the local transport into Athens or the airport. You have to cross the busy highway to get over to the marina. The double glazing in the basic apartment does nothing to block the noise but the quadruple glazing in the bedroom in the premium apartment did make a difference to the noise levels. Ear plugs are provided though we didn’t use them. Would stay again if using the marina but book the premium.

Needs renovation. Serious road noise. 19" TV!!!! No water pressure.

Easy access to the marina

Das Hotel ist in den Jahren gekommen. Die Badezimmer Türe gung nicht richtig zu. Einige Badetücher war nicht sauber. Usw.

Staff are very polite and helpful!
