메트로폴리스 호텔

3인실을 예약했는데 워낙 좁아 캐리어 펼 자리도 없고.. 화장실은 1인이 이용해도 너무 비좁은 공간이었고 워낙 위치가 좋아서인지 밤에도 바깥 소음이 그대로 전달되는 방이었습니다.. 방음장치가 부족하여 다른 방 수도물 소리까지.. 직원분들은 매우 친절하지만 시설이 좀 부족한 그런 곳이었습니다..

방 크기가 다소 적었지만 도심에 위치하여 접근성이 좋은 점을 고려하면 어떨수없을 것 같고, 대신 테라스에서 보는 파르테논 신전의 주간/야간 전경이 매우 뛰어나 매우 만족함

공항및 다른도시로 이동할 일이 많아서 교통 고려해 이곳으로 했습니다. 신티그마광장과 가까워 교통이 매우 매우 좋음. 가격이 저렴한만큼 시설은 많이 노후되고 좁아요. 신티그마 광장 근처는 다비싸서 가격대비는 괜찮지만 경제적 여유가 있다면 좀 더 비싼곳으로 ㅠ

Amazing location, helpful staff, clean, perfect air conditioning, but the mattress was a little older/well used than we expected. Also, the church nearby has a loud bell that chimes at least once every half hour. It did not bother us much, but it could be something to be aware of. Roof top view of the acropolis was great, and having a balcony in the area was lovely for relaxing when we arrived and after running all over Athens. We would likely stay here again!

Small room, small bathroom, hardly any room to lay out luggage. Has a small warp around balcony. Very good location, nice bakery across the road, walk to Plaka, Acropolis, Erechtheion, Musuem and lots of dining options. View of Acropolis from the roof top.

My room got polar bear cold… loved it. 24/7 coverage at the front desk. Perfectly located near Plaka restaurants, shopping, attractions.

The property is located in a great location about a 15 min walk to the Akropolis, and about 10 min to the Metro 3 to the airport. The rooms are tiny, as is the bathroom, but the shower was modern with good water flow from the top as well as a side spray. We had a very enjoyable dinner at a restaurant just around the corner. Breakfast at the rooftop is a definite highlight as you see the Akropolis. Since we weren't planning on spending a lot of time in the hotel, it didn't matter to us that the room was so tiny. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. There is a tiny (2 person) elevator that was working well and helpful since my husband had sprained his ankle a few days earlier. About 10 yards from the hotel entrance is a small Maria Callas (the opera singer) museum that we very much enjoyed . The Parliament (the changing of the guards every hour) and the National gardens (free) are about a ten minute walk and also a nice place to walk around. The hotel is about a two star, but because of location and rooftop breakfast and cleanliness I would definitely consider staying there again, especially if it is just one or two nights.

Wonderful view of the acropolis from our room! The rooms were small but the beds were very comfortable and the location and service/ staff were excellent! The 8€ breakfast was amazing on the rooftop deck! Would definitely stay here again!

This property has such an amazing rooftop view with the church and the Acropolis, it makes this place worth it! The property is older, but the view and location can't be beat. You walk through the Plaka neighborhood to get to the Acropolis, and it's a beautiful area. Walkable from the Syntagma subway stop in the business district. Walkable to the Monastriki neighborhood, which is NOT a lovely area because of all the graffiti. A walking shopping/ eating street is 2 blocks away, but i would recommend the atmosphere of the restaurants in Plaka. Front desk is on property 24/7 and wonderfully friendly and helpful. Helped us get a cab for 4 am. I highly recommend if they are available!

Rooms were ready for us when arriving early, well before check in time, good value breakfast on rooftop.

Great location…property older but clean and perfect for just resting and sleeping. Nice rooftop view!
