미노아 팰리스 리조트

비성수기지만 숙박갯도 꽤 많았어요. 하지만 규모가 크고 쾌적해서 괜찮았습니다. 하니아에서 조금 떨어져있어서 렌트카도 다녔어요. 바로 주변에는 조그만 상권이 있어 구경하기에 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 너무 만족한 여행이었습니다만 나중에 영수증을 보니 저의 국가 정보를 다른 나라로 작성했더군요. 분명 제가 체크인 카드에 잘 작성해넣었는데도 말이죠. 그 부분은 조금 아쉬웠습니다만 전반적으로 모든 서비스와 시설에 만족했습니다. 어메니티의 퀄리티도 좋아요

수영장이나 전용해변의 관리가 잘 되어있고 직원들의 대응이 매우 좋습니다. 아침식사와 객실 관리상태도 우수합니다.

This resort is unbelievable. They upgraded my room to a room with a small pool in the patio area. They gave me a present before I left the property. The food is amazing, and the private beach is within walking distance. It was a memorable moment in my life. Thank you for all your accommodations.

Smukt sted! God service og høj kvalitet hele vejen rundt. Ikke så børnevenligt med trapper op til værelserne dog. Det kunne være rart hvis man kunne få lov til at købe drikkevare-pakke eller all-inclusive

This place was amazing! The beach view was so picturesque and the staff were all really helpful in planning our activities to the restaurant recommendations in nearby Chania!

Établissement un peu « old fashion » mais très bien entretenu. Le bâtiment proche de la plage (de galets) est plus moderne et la chambre Impériale 815, grandiose, celles du bâtiment principal plus basiques ! Deux espaces distincts de part et d’autre de la route, reliés par une passerelle. Deux restaurants pour le petit déjeuner ; celui face à la mer est particulièrement agréable. Équipe extrêmement sympathique et efficace, notamment à la réception. Vastes piscines (non chauffées) et jardins. Plein de boutiques et bars aux alentours.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Very accomodating and personable. I would tecpmmend this hotel!!

Phone and mini bar fridge did not work. Dated and some stairwells were locked. The 1 and only hot tub is tiny and over run with kids.

Good overall. We stayed in an imperial room on the beach side of the hotel. Very good facilities overall, but some of the rooms need to be updated and soundproofed. Management is very good. Great attitude, service, and helped to solve problems. The manager also called us at the end of the day to check if everything was all right. The one thing that was the biggest miss for us was inconsistency of service from hotel staff. Some are really great, friendly, and proactive, especially the cleaning staff. But others seemed to have an attitude and a scowl on their face when serving you.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. They have for sure the nicest staff ever. So accommodating. Great food the breakfast buffet is so so good. Definitely will come back and recommend highly.

Minoa Palace in Chania is one of the best resorts out there. All the staff are so kind and hospitable. A special thank you to Almera, who took care of our stay from day one until our departure; she is so kind and one of the best at what she does. Thank you also to Labrini (I hope I'm spelling their name correctly). The accommodation was beautiful, located right in front of the beach, and we had a private pool & private cabana by the beach that was exclusively for us during our stay. The food was excellent. The location is the best. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Elafonisi beach, arranged by the wonderful receptionist; our trip to the pink sand beach was a highlight. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you for your VIP treatment of us; I can’t thank you enough. Thank you, everyone!

Fantastic!

The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time.

We had a lovely time at Minoa. Everything was super smooth with a very friendly staff.
