location is wonderful! great view, great hotel, friendly staff, good brekfast.

We had a hotel.com guarantee for 4 nights. The hotel told us that they would only honor 2 nights. We did not agree to this. We left and went to a different hotel. We were build by hotel.com for all 4 nights even though they knew about the changes. This is all documented via emails. Hotel.com and this hotel can not be trusted.

First off let me say I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews. I've traveled very extensively and have stayed in many hotels and this experience was in the top 3 of all time. The hotel is immaculate. Every angle, every corner, every view was picturesque. The view over the lake and the city was a dream. Now for the staff. Unbelievable service with a smile. Family owned and it shows. The breakfast was one of a kind. Homemade fresh breakfast with variety every day. I will recommend this property to everyone I know. If you are visiting this general area you must stay at this property, you won't regret it.

Very friendly ans helpful staff. Nice decor and homely feel. Very luxurious feel. Everything about our stay was very enjoyable. You will need to car or be prepared for a taxi ride to get about as it is a bit off tyh e beaten track.

I booked a two night stay at this hotel as a gift for my parents. They ABSOLUTELY LOVED it! Every time we talk, they keep telling me amazing things about it and they are so happy. Before they arrived, I called the hotel to ask a few things and they were very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is superb and the view breathtaking. My parents were so pleased with the cleanness of the room and the size of it. They had a lake view room. One of the days, they had to leave before breakfast hours and the hotel management made sure they were served breakfast. The breakfast was delicious with much variety. My parents visit Ioannina regularly but this was the first time staying at this hotel. They said that they prefer it more than any other in that area by far. Now I am looking forward visiting it too! Thank you for making my parents stay so memorable, I couldn't had asked for anything more.

Great place to spend a relaxing night. Staff were great. They even carried the luggage for us to the rooms. Very friendly and family oriented location.

This hotel was our first hotel on a trip to north Greece. The staff was very helpful and gave us priceless tips about the Meteora region. Breakfast was very good!

Beautiful views, excellent upkeep of facilities, fabulous and friendly service and so clean and comfortable! Staff go above and beyond! A true gem of a boutique hotel. A must if you will be travelling in the Ioannina area. Will definitely be back! Thank you Mir and especially Katerina!
