Friendly staff

Generally a very decent hotel. The staff are fantastic, the food is good and the bedrooms are a reasonable size. The pools are nice, but there did appear to be a lack of sunbeds when the hotel was busy. The outdoor gym is very basic and could do with a modest investment. The outdoor seating area would be better in the evenings if there was a bit of music. The hotel is set in a lovely position with the bay to the front and the mountains descending sharply behind the hotel forming a natural amphitheatre towards the bay.

Dans les chambres ,remplacer les rideaux de douche par des portes coulissantes, car avec la ventilation automatique le rideau colle au corps lors de la douche et diminue de moitie la surface exploitable du bac et provoque une gène désagréable.

Hôtel propre et rénové. Très belle piscine avec vue imprenable sur la mer et les montagnes. Personnel courtois et nourriture excellente! Mention honorable à Ioannis à la réception!

The hotel is basic, rooms are the same. Beds uncomfortable. Food Pleasant and plentiful catering for mass production. On tap drinks especially wine, poor quality, beach bar is limited and very poorly signposted.. ipublic areas clean .. reception Niki was fabulous and very helpful and extremely happy.. overall I think it’s a reasonable hotel.. however I won’t be revisiting.

Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids.

En fantastiskt vistelse på detta fina hotell. Personalen har ett trevligt bemötande, städningen var perfekt och maten var fantastisk! Vi har varit på Kreta flera gånger, men detta hotell var på en annan nivå. Hotellet har en egen strand med bar och egna solstolar.

Check in was wonderful, Vasiliki was very polite and professional. Finding the parking of the hotel was a tricky one. There were 5 spaces near the entrance - all taken when we arrived, so we parked on the street and got a ticket. The room was spacious and beautiful. Being on the ground floor, there is no balcony, instead a lovely space with table and chairs, and sea view. There is no mosquito net, though and the isolation allows you to hear everything in the hallway and the next room. The negative surprise was 2 empty mini bars and the fact that you need to pay for a bottle of water, in an all inclusive hotel. You also nees to go to the reception desk to get a key for the safe and, again, pay for it. The next negative surprise was the lack of amenities. There are no slippers, minimum bathroom amenities, no laundry bag and no bathrobe, not even even places to hang the towels :( I would never expect that a 4 star hotel will not have slippers or bathrobes, that was so disappointing. When I called for an iron and ironing board - the hotel does not provide ironing board and the iron you need to take from the reception desk, personnel can not bring it to the room. They eventually found an ironing board and even managed to deliver everything in the room. Last, hopefully, surprise, after calling to ask for a late check out, we were informed that we can use the room until 16:00 with a surcharge. Surclassement à notre arrivée avec une suite familiale, au top Petits bâtiments perdus dans les bougainvilliers très agréables Très bon accueil, un bon prix sur place pour le tout inclus Buffets variés et très bons Superbe vue depuis le restaurant Piscine agréable avec vue sur la baie Une très bonne animation variée Mini club sympa Plage avec transats en contrebas Bref nous avons passé un super séjour de 3 jours avant la rentrée

Bien situé en Crète pour découvrir les environs, le bon petit déjeuner avec de magnifiques vues sur la mer, le personnel très gentil et aimable avec nous et notre petite (quasiment tous parlent quelques mots de français), je recommande vivement d'y séjourner!

L’emplacement est super. L’hôtel est assez calme. Par contre la literie n’est pas confortable et le frigo dans la chambre n’a pas de grande utilité puisqu’il ne fonctionne plus lorsque que nous sortons de la chambre.

Reception staff were very good especially Niki (excellent English!).As others have commented the pool area can be extremely loud at times, not conducive to a relaxing break. That said, the free beach facilities make a decent alternative. Choice and quality of breakfast items was excellent. One minor issue - why are there no locked facilities for storing suitcases for guests leaving later in the afternoon?

Frukost, rum, WiFi var bra. Trycket i vattenledningarna var uselt. Det är en brant backe upp till hotellet. Bra med bevakad parkering.

Séjour très positif bali paradis est super bien par contre nous n avons pas eu les 2 chambres avec la vue indiquée lors de la réservation et les 2 chambres dans 2 bâtiments separes

Schoon hotel, mooie gerenoveerde kamer (120). Prive strand op 200 meter vanaf hotel. Goede ligging, dichtbij de hoofdweg. Elke dag animatie voor jeugd en ouderen. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

super upgrade gekregen een suite met ontbijt voor 32 euro!!!!
