Very Good but problem with fridge refills

We had 5 nights at this property and could not really fault anything major. The property is massive and would be quite hard to get around if on crutches or wheelchair etc… Room was spotless, staff were lovely and the variety of restaurants for the All-Inclusive was great. They have 2 bus services running from the property going into Kos old town and the port about 5 kms away.

Service was very friendly and also the food was great. Only anoying was the reservation of the chairs with towels from the other guests. However enough chairs at the beach, The hotel was very well maintained. Water sport center at the beach was really unfriendly, so we didn't shop there.

Zu wenig personal. A la carte war sehr gut, Buffet war nicht gut, zu wenig auswahl, Lift war immer kaputt und mit Kinderwagen war extrem schwierig weil ist alles mit Treppe.

Very Good service and nice staff, the location was perfect, everything was so clean. The food was really tasty, variety of entertainments.

The Mitsis resort looks the part and has a few strong positives. The food selection is excellent, the restaurants are well-run, and the service from the restaurant staff is genuinely great. But there are too many frustrating issues that take away from the experience: • Evening bar service is awful – you can be waiting 30 to 40 minutes just for a drink. This doesn’t feel like a one-off; it seems designed that way due to poor staffing levels. • It’s difficult to get even water – in a 5-star resort, especially during high temperatures, bottled water should be available without hassle. It’s a basic expectation that just wasn’t met. • Alcohol is very low quality – only cheap local brands were offered. For a so-called premium resort, this really isn’t good enough. A decent selection should be available, even if some drinks are at a supplement. • Pool area needs urgent maintenance – the limestone around the pool edge is chipped and sharp. It’s a hazard that could easily be fixed but has clearly been ignored. • Obvious cost-cutting in the wrong places – reception, check-in, and bar staff are all stretched thin. It gives the impression that cutting corners has become the norm. Mitsis has the potential to be a great resort, but right now it falls short in too many important areas. Until these issues are properly addressed, I wouldn’t return

No where close to a 5 star resort. Food available very poor. Portion control mean. Often in the morning my coffee was in a cup no saucer. At dinner had to beg for second glass of wine. Not enough variety or places to have lunch. We will not go back. Room very good. Has a bungalow and shared pool. That’s good but service, choice and standards woefully short - 3 or 4 star at best

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Poolanlage und eine liegt direkt am Strand. Für Essen und Trinken ist immer gesorgt. Es gibt mehrere bars, Imbisse und Restaurants. Die Lage am Hang bietet einen tollen Ausblick aufs mehr. Wir hatten ein Parterre Zimmer. Leider mussten wir aufpassen das keine Kakerlaken ins Zimmer kommen. Ebenso wurde das Zimmer nur mittelmäßig gereinigt. Ein weiterer Wermutstropfen war die Lüftungsanlage. Wir hatten nachts einen sehr lauten, störenden Ton von der Anlage des Nachbarn über uns. Insgesamt aber trotzdem ein tolles Hotel .

Die Anlage ist riesig groß, liegt abgelegen und ist eher etwas für bequeme AI-Urlauber. Bis auf Fitnessraum nur Outdoorsport, allerdings mit sehr guten Trainern. Das Hauptrestaurant ist ständig überlastet und hat eher ein durchschnittliches Speiseangebot. Die Reservierung in den a la Carte Restaurant gestalte sich schwierig. Für den Kieselstrand braucht man unbedingt Badeschuhe.

The Facilities are superb, the weather was brilliant, the staff are second to none very attentive and helpful. The property and gardens are looked after very well. Our housekeeper was so good, we will be going back next year.

We hebben bij 5 sterren hotel (MITSIS Selection) toch een andere beleving. Alles was op zich goed, maar niet uitstekend. Het hotel heeft een mooi strand met genoeg ligbedden en parasols en een strandbar. Ondanks laat in het seizoen konden we nog zwemmen. De kamer was goed, alleen in de badkamer liepen veel kleine mieren. Boven ons was een appartement met een jacuzzi. Die ging ‘s nachts aan om te reinigen. Gaf geluidsoverlast, zorg dus dat je geen appartement onder een appartement met jacuzzi krijgt.

The complex is huge. Involving lots of walking uphill and down. Has very good a la carte options you need to book well in advance. I would say this is a 4* property with good food and staff. We had a good time in the sun, but definitely not 5*.

Toller Service und sehr nettes Personal. Gute Getränkeauswahl, super Poollandschaft und gutes Essen. Leider ist die Anlage/Zimmer doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wofür der Preis relativ hoch ist. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

An excellent holiday. Great range of superb food choices in the many restaurants. The pool areas and beach meant you always had a different view and you could get drinks and snacks from the many bars and kiosks around the resort. The staff were unfailingly polite and hardworking and made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

Wir waren zum 2. mal in dem Hotel & waren wieder mehr als begeistert. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, genau so wie das Hotel an sich. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich & immer hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Zimmer einfach aber ordentlich und sauber gehalten. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Comfortable and clean room good facilities. However bathroom needs a bit of updating also not enough lighting.

Wir waren vor 5 Jahren schon einmal dort und waren nicht zurückgekommen, wenn es uns damals nicht so gut gefallen hätte. Insgesamt gab es beim Personal sehr große Schwankungen, von unfassbar aufmerksam und freundlich bis "die wollen uns mit Macht vergraulen" war alles dabei. Einige der Restaurants wurden nun als a-la-carte umqualifiziert und standen daher nicht mehr für den spontanen Besuch zur Verfügung, das war schon eine erhebliche Verschlechterung. Wir werden für das Geld dieses Hotel sicher nicht mehr aufsuchen.
