Hög kvalitet på hotellet och servicen. Hade inte rekommenderat för yngre par då området är så off. Fräscht och modernt men lite businesskänsla. Väldigt rent!

Prachtig hotel met erg goed ontbijt en diner buffet. Service is top en het is schoon. In de buurt is niet veel te beleven dus heerlijk om te relaxen

Sehr guter Empfang! Das Hotel war ausgebucht - uns wurde gegen Aufpreis eine bessere Zimmerkategorie angeboten und dieses Angebot nahmen wir an. Die „normalen“ Zimmer sind wenig komfortabel. Service super. Frühstück sehr gut. Meer vor der Türe! Toller Pool. Poolbar etwas teuer. Alles in allem, ein schönes Hotel!

We recently stayed at Myrion for 10 nights, and we absolutely loved our time there! The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the best parts about the location is the convenience—there's a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you directly to Platanias in just 10 minutes, which made getting around super easy. The only downside during our stay was the long wait time for food at the hotel restaurant. We had two meals there, and while the food was good, it did take quite a while to be served. Because of that, we chose to eat out in Platanias for most of the other nights, where we found some great dining options. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Myrion and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing vacation.

Beste hotellet og beste ferieopplevelsen jeg har hatt. Nydelig hotell og fantastiske ansatte. Frokosten var noe av det beste jeg har smakt, variert, friskt og nydelig. Restauranten hadde også perfekt mat til lunsj og til middag. Resorten blir litt langt unna diverse, så det kan være anbefalt å leie bil, men vi så ikke behov for det da vi hadde bassenget og Stranda gådistanse fra rommet. Deilig med servering rett til Strand/basseng stolen:) vil absolutt på det sterkeste anbefale dette hotellet.

Toller Pool, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Freundliches Personal. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die DJ-Sets am Pool fanden wor überflüssig, die Playlist welche den ganzen Tag gespielt wird, ist sehr gut. Der DJ Auftritt ist laut und trägt am Pool auch nicht zur Stimmung bei.

Een pareltje met een schitterend uitzicht aan het strand, hier kom je helemaal tot rust, super service en vriendelijkheid van alle mensen wat er voor zorgen dat je niks tekort komt..

Hôtel magnifique, tranquille, loin du centre, mais on y est vite en voiture. Bus à proximité. Accès à la mer avec transats. Très propre et le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse. Seul bémol, mais je ne sais pas si c’est dans leur culture, on a pas le temps de poser les services que l’assiette nous est ôtée, même que notre partenaire n’a pas terminé son assiette. Peut-être attendre quand même 5 mn avant de débarrasser. Sinon le choix du buffet et les propositions grecques sont au top. UN TOUT GRAND MERCI!

We were upgraded to a Junior Suite which was fabulous and well situated.

Ortszentrum-Hauptstraße, ähnelt eher billigem Massentourismus, es ist laut und viel Verkehr. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten, viele Souvenirshops mit gleichen Produkten, Imbissbuden, Restaurants mit überteuerten Standard Menüs, wenig Lokale und traditionelle Küche, kaum Fisch Angebote. Um Preisgerecht und im schönen Ambiente essen zu können muss man zwei bis drei parallel Straßen Berg aufwärts gehen.

The contemporary design of the rooms and hotel is so beautiful. The gluten free dining options were limited which I did not appreciate, as they ask you for your fietary restrictions beforehand. The property is beautiful and large, it made sraying there for an entire day quite easy. They had water aerobics in the pool and I especially loved the sunbeds in the pool to stay cool. It is a bit farther from the city centre which makes cab rides a bit more expensive but there is also a bus stop right outside of the hotel.

Hervorragend: - Location & Infrastruktur (Balkone & Grösse des Hotels & eigener Strandabschnitt) Nicht einem 5* Hotel entsprechend: - Service (Personal nicht entsprechend geschult) - Keine 24/7 Restauration (Menüabweichungen nicht möglich) - Dreckige Zimmer & eher klein (Ameisen unter dem Bett, fremde Haare auf dem Sofa, Sand and den Wänden in der Dusche, dicke Staubschicht in den oberen Fächer des Schranks) - Keine einzeln verpackte Hygieneartikel - Hälfte der Steckdosen nicht funktionsfähig - Telefon nicht angeschrieben - Frühstücksbuffett schlechte Qualität (keine frischen Säfte sondern Sirups) - Pooltuch Management - Kein Kontakt zum Manager möglich - Zu wenig Schattenplätze am Pool Insgesamt Service eines 3* Hotels. Für den Preis miserabel.

Great quality breakfast

Good property with beach side and excellent pool. Lacks in room service. Also the bathrooms are very small.

We staid at the hotel for 9 days. The hotel was all in all very nice but I would not say that it is a 5 star hotel, rather a 4 star or 3 . The staff was very kind and friendly and the service very good. Breakfast was ok with many options but they could have offered more fresh fruits, not the ones from cans, and they could have offered different variants of bread, not always the same. Also the jam and the cereal were of very bad quality. The dinner was very good and they had like different themes for every night, ones Greek, ones Italian, ones Asian... so very nice! The desserts were also very good! What we really disliked is that there were wild cats and dogs running around the dining area and were jumping up the chairs to try to get some food! This is really unacceptable and they should really do something about this problem and have these animals removed! The fitness room was very small and the equipment was outdated! Also the opening hours were not good as the fitness room did not open until 9 AM. Therefore, as the breakfast was only served until 10 AM, it was impossible to go to the gym before breakfast. The room was spacious with a large balcony but the cleaning of the room was not good as there was still sand and dust on the floor. The area of the hotel (Gerani) is very empty with only two bars in the neighborhood but it was easy to take a cap to the next larger village (Platanias) were you could find clubs, restaurants, bars and shops. Pool and beach were excellent!

Stayed a week at this beautiful luxurious hotel. Asked to change room as it didn’t match the booking spec (no sofabed), sorted helpfully and quickly by exceptionally good staff (Yanis & Elena). Great pool area and near to the beach. A bit off the beaten track but enough facilities nearby – supermarket, car hire, tavernas. Easy to catch a cheap and frequent bus from Gerani to Chania. Food was outstanding, both for breakfast and in the a la carte restaurant by the pool. The charming Manager (Manolis) makes sure everything runs smoothly. Would highly recommend.
