It wasn’t at all.The room was dirty and even when they supposedly cleaned it the shower was never washed.The mirror wasn’t cleaned for days.Very dissatisfied.room was on the 3 floor with no railings on the stone stairs.very dangerous for the elderly.the bed was so was so uncomfortable I woke up in pain every day.wished my stay was shorter but made the mistake of booking it for 12 days.Katerina was lovely but the day we left there wasn’t a sole around to take our luggage from the 3rd floor it was very dangerous for us to drag our luggage down so many stairs.my luggage fell on my foot in the way down and I have a huge bruise.i realize we were on an island just not what I was expecting.i believe they show pictures from their other properties because the room and the bathroom was not what I was expecting.the only picture that was true was the pool.the breakfast was not good and the staff doing the breakfast wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t replace things when they ran out.when you asked for something different they weren’t helpful and you knew they were talking about you.so very sad because we waited 20 years to take this trip.the only good thing was my boyfriend was with me and he is Greek so they had to be careful talking in front of us. Lol

Det er et rigtig hyggelig hotel. Perfekt til børnefamilier hvis man ikke vil have larm. Der er bus stop næsten lige ude for døren og buketter kan købes ned på hjørnet

Staff was amazing!! So helpful in getting me anything I needed and was so safe, I never felt like I was in any danger at all. Good price, I would only recommend adding a paper signal for housekeeping to keep from any scares.. Property was fine. Good area, close to a cinema but a bit of a walk to the busier areas, worth it!

Naxos holidays hotel was great for family or couples it had a huge pool great breakfast with a good a selection of food.. dairy alternatives available.. flexible laid back staff very helpful. Good value for money we loved our stay. Could be even better if they offered gluten free bread at breakfast to cater for coeliacs like myself

Great location, a proper supermarket next door and a beach 5 minutes away with all the facilities you need. A short stroll into town passing lots of restaurants.

The included breakfast and the pool was perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was just a quick walk into the center of town.

The property was nicely located about a 15 minute walk from the shops, restaurants, and the port. The room was large but not well laid out. It did have a nice balcony. The pool area was quite large. The included breakfast was quite disappointing and didn’t have much to choose from. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is great for relaxation since it is slightly out of the main town. It is right next to a bus station that takes you to the main beaches. Pool is lovely and rooms are clean and a good size. Would recommend!

La posizione se non si ha la macchina e perfetta, vicino a spiaggia, centro e supermercato proprio di fianco. Servizio nella media, ci aspettavamo qualcosa di meglio dalla camera, almeno un sapone e un bagnoschiuma

This hotel was great. The pool was very nice, as well as the bar area.

Okay hotel. It’s nice there was a pool, but the cleaning around the pool could be better. Good beach nearby.

Staff at the hotel were very accommodating of our needs and always pleasant and helpful. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the centre of Naxos Chora (main town) and close to a nice beach. Would stay again and would recommend

Where do we begin? We bought ice cream from the supermarket next door, brought it to the pool side and quickly got approached by a staff member to tell us that we cant eat that or drink anything here but while looking around, other people had bags of outside items eating and drinking with no issues. This one all day one. Then in the evening. When we decided to turn in to sleep. There were ants everywhere, bathroom, kitchenette area, inside your bed. It was completely disgusting. We then realized they didnt even provide us with blankets and folded covers that didnt hold on the mattress, so if you turn at night, the sheet turns with you and you are sleeping on the nasty mattress that everyone sleeps on that smells like urine. We went to ask for blankets and NOONE at the front desk so we are left with no blankets for the night. Next day we went to the beach came back, room is made but we are a party of 3 and they left us with 2 towels to use. Completely ridiculous. Would not recommend this to anyone!

Very good check in and friendly staff. Nice and clean room overlooking the amazing pool. Walk to port in 20 mins and right next to good supermarket. Breakfast was good too and would stay here again

Beautiful hotel, friendly accommodating staff, great breakfast, the kids loved the pool, would definitely stay there again.

If you want to feel right at home look no further. This hotel is so homey and nice and different. The people that work there make you feel like family. I loved it. And all in our party loved it too. We stayed at the room that has the huge balcony and you seat outside and the breeze is so great.
