初めてサントリーニに訪れましたが、このホテルに泊まれて本当に良かったです。 フィラやイアに比べると落ち着いた雰囲気で、周りは雑多なもの、雑多な色がなく、白い建物と青い空、青い海というイメージ通りのサントリーニの景色を見ることができます。

Beautiful place lovely room excellent breakfast and a relaxing wonderful time. The in room hot tub was an amazing feature !! Enjoyed the entire experience!!

This place is unreal! Best service of any hotel anywhere in the world! Super friendly staff willing to do anything for you. If you are visiting Santorini this place is in the perfect location. Our room was so cool with the most amazing views.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Konstantina was a very charming and helpful with very good island and restaurant information. Henri helped us out with a lot of heavy luggage. Breakfast was nice with option to have it brought to your room or on their terrace. The view was fantastic and we had the 2-story room overlooking the sea with a hot tub on the deck. I would highly recommend this place, located between Fira and Oia but closer to Fira and away from the crowds at both locations but just a short drive to both. Thank you for a great stay!

Room was amazing. Breakfast was great hospitality was out this world by far. The best part of it was the communication between the hotel and myself. Traveling for California I was really worried about situating transportation and other things once in the island but the front desk made everything pleasant

The staff are so lovely and friendly. View and location cannot be beat. 10 min walk to skaros rock, a very nice view point. Woudl describe as a honeymoon spot.

This is really beautiful hotel, so clean and the view is amazing, make sure to book the room with hot tub because it is bigger than the others. Konstantina ( the receptionist ) was so helpful, staff was soo professional and great.. Highly recommended

The view from this hotel was stunning and unforgettable. The staffs members took care of us in every possible way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant!! Having breakfast with views of the caldera view was incredible. A special thanks to Konstantina & Victor for the arrangements & accommodations during our stay.

They took care of us in every way possible and made our stay very comfortable and pleasant !! Having breakfast with views of the sourounding caldera was immensely enjoyable and unforgettable !!! We can’t thank enough all the staff for their care and hospitality but most of all their KINDNESS !!! Thank you Nefeli hotel and thank you Golden Star Hotel for making our stay on this incredible island so special and wonderful most of all UNFORGETTABLE !!! The hotel was amazing. We had the room with the private hot tub and balcony and it was absolutely stunning. It was nice to come back at night and relax in the hot tub. The staff were amazing - very helpful with taxis and information.. Every morning they brought us a wonderful breakfast to our room. They had a pool right outside our room which was a nice refreshing break during the day. We found a great roof top bar near the hotel which had the most amazing views of the sunset. Highly recommend

This place is simply perfect! From when we arrived to when we left we only have amazing memories of it. The people working at the hotel are super nice and friendly. They always make sure that you feel good and have everything you need. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, well equipped and smelled very good. The view from the hotel is trully incredible. The breakfast was delicious, filling and the presentation was nice too.

As a smaller hotel, Nefeli homes was able to provide the best service my girlfriend and I have ever received up until this point. They contacted us a couple days earlier to arrange a private taxi from the airport to the hotel. They also gave us their WhatsApp so that we can easily message them for anything we needed. If that wasn't enough, they even knew of our departure time and thus, prepared us a robust breakfast earlier than usual to ensure we had food to eat. Also, the staff was some of the most kindest you'll ever meet! Shoutout to Konstantina and the rest of the staff for contacting me and providing a great experience. To add to that, the hotel has one of the best views of Imerovigli that you'll ever see in both the day time and the night time. You get a great view of the Caldera and the hotel itself is easy to access. Feel free to use their nice pool or sit and enjoy the sites. You're within walking distance of getting coffee or food. You're also not far from other places on the island such as Fira and Oia. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we are definitely staying at this hotel the next time we visit Santorini.

スタッフは全員とても親切でフレンドリーでとても快適に過ごすことができました。 ホテルに到着後、すぐにペットボトルを出してくれたり、周囲の観光場所を地図でわかりやすく教えてくれてとても親切でした。また、朝食会場でもスタッフがいつもフレンドリーでしたし、朝食も毎朝お洒落で素敵な朝をスタートさせることができました。 お部屋もとても綺麗だったし、水圧も問題なかったし、ロケーションも最高で文句の付け所のないホテルでした。次回もサントリーニ島へ来た時はぜひこちらに泊まりたいと思っています。素敵な思い出をありがとうございました!!!

This place is better than 5 starts they were amazing ! From communication to property management and location it was great ! If your going on your Honeymoon I suggest coming here ! We go the room with our own private pool and we didnt want to leave ! 100/10 !

Most beautiful hotel for dream Santorini trip !! This place is in Imerovigli which is literally 20 min walk down to Fira and 20 min via bus to Oia town , We are so glad that we stayed here as it’s Instagram pictures place we all dream of taking !Staff is beyond expectations from day one of booking , all questions answered , Special thank you to Konstantina for helping with all our questions , advice , booking our airport pick up and drop off , Highlight of our trip was sunset cruise booked by hotel and would highly recommend it , no trip to Santorini should be with out one as you get to experience sunset in magical way Staff was super helpful with our luggage and Aleanna was so friendly and professional , our breakfast was deliver to our own private balcony every morning, it’s just perfect in every way , our flight back was super early and still they made sure that we have our coffee and light breakfast before leavening Highly recommended!!

We started out our vacation at this hotel and it could not have been a better start. They were very welcoming. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in, but they prepared the room for us so we could check in immediately. The staff was extremely nice and helpfull. The room was great and very clean, and the view was amazing. The breakfast was also great. It was prepared for us fresh every day and it was different each time. Would recommend.
