All was amazing

Spectacular property. Wish we had more than an overnight stay.

Amazing hotel. Gorgeous rooms, great restaurants, but the service is what stands out.

Toller Service und super schöne Zimmer. Man spürt die Exklusivität vom ersten Moment.

Fantastic clean, beautiful rooms, with every possible amenity provided. Hotel facilities were first class, the odd lapse of service at breakfast but staff generally very good. I would highly recommend staying.

I really enjoyed my stay at One & Only. the resort staff is very friendly, the breakfast is delicious and very healthy, the design of the resort is modern and sophisticated... the only thing that I'm not so happy about is the sunset bar was closed for 2 days for private events during my stay. So I weren't able to have a drink there.

Exceptional FIVE star … Our best experience yet. Stayed for four nights. Exceptional facility, location and stafff the room was amazing: spacious, luxerious … thank you for the upgrade (being gold status with Expedia pays off 😀). Breakfast was a fantastic experience and the dinner choices were all exquisite. The facility: pools and beaches were all amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for an out of the world experience.

el servicio terrible desde que no había Shower Gel en el cuarto hasta cotonetes y palillos en la terraza , arena en el cuarto , sin reponer las amenidades ni el mini bar, hasta que me dañaron una camisa de seda en el servicio de dry cleaning , en verdad no recomiendo esta propiedad para nada , si gustan pasar un buen rato y disfrutar por el dinero que están pagando vayan a four seasons astir palace. Ese lugar vale la pena cada peso que se paga.

The service for a hotel at 3000.00 a night was bad

The hotel grounds are very nice but the view from the main beach isn’t good. The adults only beach is much better. Service needs a lot of improvement.

Amazing stay. Everything was perfect. A few good restaurants in the area as well.

The property is new, different, and exquisite! Our bungalow was probably the nicest and most accommodating room I have ever stayed in! They truly thought of EVERY detail to make the stay enjoyable. I did not want to leave the room! The grounds are also gorgeous. Compared to other O&O resort stays I've had, their service, however, has a lot of room for improvement. Many of the people were wonderful, professional, and what you expect for a One and Only. However, I will give several examples of things you don't expect with a property of this caliber. First, we had room service dinner both nights and asked that the dishes etc. be picked up at 9:30 when they asked us for time. Neither time were they picked up. The food sitting out outside attracted wildlife (which was cool but just not pleasant to wake up to remnants). When we first got there, we went to change in the spa, and, after requesting a ride back to the pool, we had to wait over 20 minutes for a buggy/golf cart. The first morning at breakfast, our coffee did not arrive until after we were done eating (after several requests). The most disappointing service aspect was the pool and beach service. Perhaps they were understaffed. It was VERY hard to get service; waited forever just for menus. The pool service was especially bad. I asked a server if I could order, she basically huffed and said later and never came back. Two different items our drinks took so long that they comped- but we'd rather just get them on time!

We had a fantastic stay at One&Only Aesthesis - the staff are lovely and the facilities perfect. Thank you so much to the team for upgrading our room as well. We would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Easily the most relaxed yet service forward resort we have visited. From a comfortable check in experience on a couch rather than standing at a desk, to being driven to our bungalow, every detail is thoughtful and considered. Our bungalow was immaculate with a private pool and courtyard with a fireplace. Communicating with the staff via WhatsApp makes any request or question easily handled in such a timely fashion. The grounds are peaceful, the spa a revelation, and the view cannot be beat. We will be back.

Overall it was a little disappointing. Our bungalow was beautiful. However breakfast was below par for this class of hotel. Service was hit and miss. Furniture was dirty and shabby in restaurant and pool area. Too many cats around the restaurant area for our liking. However the Peruvian restaurant Manko was exceptionally good. The gardens and walkways were beautiful. The reception area does not have formal check in desk which we found rather annoying. The cocktail bar made the worst margaritas we’ve ever had. The pools are not heated. So we are 50/50 on whether we will return.
