Needs repair - door to balcony sealed shut - AC did not work - bed mattress not good - door lock to room too hard - temperamental

The property is very dated. Tiny rooms and toilets. We booked a large room 4 a family of 4. They had it in weired 2 floor setup wirh a domed roof, roof was so low that your head bumps in ceiling every time you climb upstairs. Breakfast was very basic. Sofa bed for the kids was squeaky and uneven.

To address the ongoing issues at this hotel, I believe a change in both staff and management is necessary. While the employees greet guests with friendly smiles, their conduct has been dishonest. I booked and paid for a junior suite intended for three people. However, my receipt incorrectly stated it was for only two guests, although this type of suite accommodates three without an additional charge. The staff refused to honor the booking as it was, and I was forced to pay an extra €200 in cash, as they claimed not to accept credit cards. They also declined to provide a receipt for this payment. The service was equally disappointing. Only two towels were placed in our room each day, housekeeping did little more than make the bed, and they did not clean the room or remove used plates and cups from breakfast. When we tried to exchange our pool towels, we were told we could only do so after two days. I booked this hotel through Expedia, and they are requesting the receipt for the amount I paid to process a refund. However, the hotel never provided it. They claimed they would send it to me via email, but that never happened. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

The room smelled moldy. Nice swimming pool and you can see a beautiful sunset from there. Breakfast was limited, not many options.

My room had bugs crawling on the floor and the shower drain won’t drain properly. I was there for one night only.

The hotel is in a lovely location which is very close to the local town. Access to local buses is also very close by. The pool/bar area is excellent with beautiful views of the island. The rooms are nice but a little dated. Hotel staff were excellent as they couldn't do enough for you.

We had a bad room for the first night with uncomfortable mattress, too strong. The second day, we explained our disappointment to the staff and the lady changed us to another room. This one was great. A big thank you to the staff. We appreciated the quiet in the room and also around the pool. This is great location in Santorini. A car is needed.

I was there for 3 days/2 nights. The early check-in was amazing. The breakfast was a good spread with one spoilt for choice between the cold and the cooked. The layout of the hotel was great and the staff - the staff!! kudos !! my one "did not like" was that laundry was expensive - like stupendously expensive. Take your iron !

We usually go self catering when travelling to Greece but thought we would give this hotel a try. It is our fourth trip to Santorini the first in 1987, so we have seen many changes in the island. This is a first class hotel. We were on the second floor and we could see quite a lot of the island. The pool was good and bigger than we had expected. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing. The diversity of choice incredible. A very big thank you to Mike, Riccardo, Julia and George for making our stay extra special and being so attentive. They patrolled the pool area making sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely go back to this hotel in the future. Highly recommended

サントリーニ島の中で高所にあるので、島を一望できます。西向きの部屋のバルコニーでは夕日がとてもきれいで、FiraやOiaの夜景も見えました。プール隣のレストランバーめの朝食ビュッフェはグリークヨーグルトを始め新鮮な食材です。プールは深いところは2メートル以上ありますが、浅い0.45m の深さの場所が仕切ってあり、小さな子供も安心して遊ばせることができました。車があると島の観光名所も楽しめますが、付近のピルゴスやワイナリーには歩いて行けます。フロントはとても親切で感じがよく、レンタカーや空港へのバン（家族で35euro）の手配もしてくれます。ハネムーンにもオススメですが、暑い夏休みの小さい子連れのファミリーにはまさに最適です。プールにはシェードがないので、ウォータープルーフの日焼け止めは必須です。

One of the most cod friendly places with kids pool and plenty of space in general, convenient restaurant locations and overall location on island

We absolutely loved our stay here. We rented an ATV to drive around the island however we did spent every afternoon at the pool (which is amazing by the way). The staff was phenomenal and we couldn’t recommend staying here more!

Most people might say that this hotel is a little outdated, but it is exactly what I expected for a Greek Island vacation. Super clean, very comfortable, and an Amazing view!! The entire staff was super friendly and courteous, especially Adriana at the front desk. The pool was very well kept and a huge highlight for our 7 and 5 year old boys.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was really nice.

There were issues at another hotel so we booked this one last minute and we’re so happy we did. The staff are so nice and kind, everyone went above and beyond to help us and ensure we had a good time. Breakfast was great, we had a beautiful view of the island. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
