First time in Crete and had a wonderful experience overall. Ostrakon was great, extremely clean. Maria was extremely helpful and gave us some great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Highly recommended!!

Not only was it the perfect location with the nicest beach in front of us steps away, but the service was spectacular! From reserving our beach beds to setting us up with a couple private tours that we wouldn’t have otherwise found! Maria our hostess was amazing! We are at play and she sent us videos on how to get in without any issues & The apartment was fabulous, tons of space, a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean and super clean!! Would recommend anyone stay here who is looking for luxury and is within footsteps of many restaurants!

Ganz tolle Unterkunft, alles neu und sauber. Wir sind abends sehr spät angekommen, wir haben genaue Instruktionen bekommen um in die Anlage und das Zimmer zu gelangen. Die Geschäftsführerin Maria hat sich auch gleich am Abend telefonisch gemeldet und wollte sich vergewissern ob alles reibungslos geklappt hat. Maria war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich immer wieder erkundigt ob wir was brauchen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und neu, wie auf den Bildern. Das Frühstück im angrenzenden Restaurant Me Gusta war lecker und mehr als ausreichend. Der Sandstrand lag genau davor und war sehr schön und das Wasser war sehr sauber. Der Service am Strand klappte auch super und die Preise waren ok.

We had a wonderful week at the Ostrakon Suites! Everything was PERFECT! The rooms have a very modern and sophisticated interior, an absolute wow factor when you walk in. You have everything you need in the room (even a pretty beach bag!) and the cleanliness was excellent. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, absolutely perfect. It is right on the beach, so you can even hear the waves from your room. The beach area was the best on Agia Marina Beach. All the good beach clubs and restaurants are within walking distance. The bus stop for the bus that goes to Chania is right in front of the hotel. But the best thing about the hotel is Maria! She is the most amazing host we have ever met! No matter what you want or need, Maria was there. She had the best recommendations that never disappointed. She surprised us one day with something that won our hearts and that we‘ll always remember because it was such a lovely gesture. She made us feel like we were good friends and without her our vacation would not have been the same. A wonderful personality, who you want to meet again, so one day we will hopefully be back!

Maria was absolutely fabulous, the customer service and accommodations she provided made our trip. The property is very new, spacious and well located. We loved everyone we met there as at the adjoining restaurant Me Gusta. We will definitely be coming back soon!

The property was located near the beach, bus stop, restaurants and shops. Maria was very helpful and provided everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if we are in Chania.

We had an absolutely incredible time at Ostrakon Suites! We loved Crete but spent the majority of our time at the hotel relaxing as a family. Maria took such incredible care of us, she attended to every need, especially when we arrived with two small children after a VERY long 24+ hours of travel, she made sure I had the right milk for my baby and the suite was set up so I could get the kids to sleep right away. We truly can’t say enough good things about our stay here, it was perfection thanks to Maria and her staff, we will definitely come again soon!

Our stay was exceptional, Maria was very kind and an exceptional person. Sheade us felt welcomed, recommending places to visit. Also being there when needed. The hotel itself had everything we needed and much more. Exceptional clean and being a new hotel it had all modern amenities. It also right next to a very good beach. I can’t say enough great things about our weeklong stay at Ostrakon Suites. Firstly, I would give this place 10 stars because of our amazing concierge Maria. She is so incredibly kind and genuinely loves to make sure all of her guests have an unforgettable stay. She always went above and beyond for us, offering fun recommendations and helped us arrange everything from romantic dinners to an awesome boat adventure to Balos beach. The property itself is pristine, spacious and beautiful, while being in the best location in Agia Marina. Everything we could ever need was conveniently just a few steps away. I have already recommended this place to everyone I know and already plan to be back next summer! Thank you thank you thank you!

Fantastisk leilighetshotell, vi bodde i leilighet med front havutsikt. Leiligheten har høy standard, var rent, komfortable senger, god plass for en familie, og nydelig utsikt med stor og flott terrasse. Maria i resepsjon er en stjerne, strålende service, alltid positiv og tilgjengelig. Hotellet samarbeider med Me Gusta restaurant, som gir gratis solsenger som holdes av, hvor betjeningen er topp klasse og serverer gresk, nydelig mat. Stedet kan anbefales.

Établissement exceptionnel qui propose des prestations haut de gamme autant dans la qualité des appartements que des services. Accueil très attentionné dès l’arrivée et tout le long du séjour avec Maria constamment aux petits soins à l’hôtel et Olga à la plage. Appartement haut de gamme juste incroyable grand, moderne, tout équipé, avec une terrasse vue mer sublime, jacuzzi privé, douche extérieure, transats et salon de jardin. Grande et large plage avec transats et serviettes à disposition inclus. Petit déjeuner complet servi au restaurant de l’hôtel.

Everything about Ostrakon was great. Maria was amazing and was able to accommodate everything for us seamlessly. There was little to no effort needed to get what we needed or get where we wanted to go. We rented cars through her, booked taxis, booked dinner reservations, and more. Rooms were modern and nice - also cleaned everyday. Would definitely recommend Ostrakon to anyone

Maria at the Ostrakon Suites service was impeccable, whether that be the arrangement of our airport transfers, to the welcome we received on arrival, the bookings of restaurants and the general advice for the area, she simply could not have done more. The standard of the sea front apartment, including the quality of the fixtures and fittings was perfect. Eleni, our host and owner of the Suites could not have been more obliging. Surrounded by a good standard of local restaurants and tavernas, with a hot tub on the balcony and a beautiful sandy beach on our doorstep was all anyone could ask for. The added benefit of a good quality restaurant, Ma Gusta, with beach sunbeds given at no cost to the Ostrakon guests, combined with the friendliness of the staff just rounded it all off. Thanks for a great July 2023 family stay.

I stayed here for 12 nights and was very happy. It had all mod cons including a kitchenette to make your own meals when I felt like it and it was cleaned daily. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and included a balcony so you could watch the sun go down. It was also very close to the beach (with complimentary access to your own sunbed) and restaurant. The manageress Maria was also very helpful. Any issues I had were resolved as soon as possible. When it came to recommendations for sight seeing I was also given a map of the area for reference which was great.
