Friendly staff. Access to the beach, nice pools and good breakfast buffet.

Notre chambre avec vue sur la mer au premier étage était dispendieuse et la vue était surtout sur un radiateur et le toit du rez-de-chaussée. Il y avait des odeurs dans la chambre. La propreté laissait grandement à désirer. De plus, le personnel de maintenance discutait devant notre chambre à partir de 7h30/8h00, alors que nous étions couchés avec notre jeune bébé, ce qui nous a réveillés. Leurs sacs à poubelles ont été laissés devant notre porte (pour nettoyer l'étage?), durant toute la matinée et nous devions les contourner lorsque nous sortions de la chambre. Le personnel du restaurant était sympathique et serviable, mais la réceptionniste, bien qu'elle ait répondu à nos demandes, n'était pas du tout amicale. Une chance que nous n'y étions que pour une nuit. Nous n'y retournerons pas et ne recommandons pas.

the best thing was the location, next to the sea and glyfada area, I really enjoyed it

Spent a night at this hotel - I was impressed by the staff, who were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and cared for, with a very nice pool area. Excellent breakfast, too. Very handy for the beach. Glyfada centre is about 20 min walk, but you can walk by the beach - so it’s perfect! I will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic rooftop, food & drinks, and great staff 5⭐️. Reception boring/tired. Female staff at breakfast boring tired of their jobs… Rooms ok, very soft bed like a hammock. Very heavy traffic on fronside, choose seaview even thats noise…busstop and tramstation within 50-100 mtrs.👍Walking distance to Glifada City centre!

Our stay at the hotel was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty, as was the food from pool bar and the rooftop bar/restaurant. Location is perfect - sea just outside of the hotel. Pool - great! We were very sad to leave!

The Bathroom was Dirty, we found hair and stuff from people before. Room 606 have many Noise from the machines next to Room. No water inclusive and a Hard pillow. The pool and the restaurant looks nice. Parking is next to the hotel on the street.

Tout était parfait, de l'accueil, au buffet déjeuner, les employés, la piscine ouverte, propreté, emplacement face à la mer... Seul petit bémol, la disposition de notre douche avec le lavabo dans un seul espace...

The walls might have been sound dampened, but not the door to the hallway that I would here things from the restaurant area on the 6th floor, even after closing I could here staff and dishes.

Very clean, geeat food, great drinks, and great location.

The staff was professional and well trained for their jobs. However, the bathroom was not what was promised from the pictures it was ver small and uncomfortable. They also said we would have two bed but the second bed was just a pull out chair. Overall everyone was friendly and the whole hotel was very clean. The food was very good as well like the breakfast buffet.

It was a good stay, close to the beach. Room was good but place to sleep for the third person was a little bit small it was not a full bad it was a chair. Breakfast was very good. Price is ok too.

Good location near the beach with plenty of parking on the street behind the property. Not so friendly from desk staff ! The fellow with the beard seemed put out when asked for assistance ! The buffet breakfast is just average quality with average choices could use some improvement! Being on the main drive it’s a bit noisy from the traffic !

Staff was great!

This is a fantastic facility. The rooms are VERY spacious and clean; and quiet. The location of the hotel is excellent. But most of all - the Entire Staff and Personnel are INCREDIBLE. They go out of their way to assist you and SUPERB at what they do. I have been traveling around the world for 50 years - this is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. Dr. Gionis

House keeping Staff not very friendly

The property looks very nice from the outside and is also in an extremely convenient location, with a tram straight into Glyfada city centre and also few buses into city in front of it. Both transport stops were within 5 minutes walking distance, with 24 hour convenience shops also nearby. Getting to the rooms is manageable, there are 2 lifts that aren't big and could each only take 1 suitcase and 2 people - including a baby in a travel pram - before being full. The rooms are a decent size with enough space for a double bed and a baby cot, whilst also being able to move around with no issues. The wardrobes were pretty big and could take our suitcase / bags but there was also a little balcony, in case you wanted to store them there instead. The bathroom was pretty small, which is to be expected for the room size selected but it did the job. Only big issue with the bathrom, which doesn't apply to everyone, was how incredibly sharp and protruding the sink and shower space corners were. Bathing our 1 year old was anxiety-inducing as one misstep from them could be very problematic. The people were the best part of the hotel, they were absolutely lovely to us and went above and beyond with most of our requests, the only thing we think they could have done better was the cleaning of the rooms. Our bathroom bin was fully of soiled nappies for the 4 days duration of our trip, despite our room being cleaned once or twice. The bed sheets weren't renewed after the room was cleaned.
