La chambre aurait grand besoin d’être rénovée, le personnel est très courtois

Wollten Urlaub in Griechenland machen, sind allerdings in Frankreich gelandet. Das Animationsteam spricht fast nur französisch, angebotene Ausflüge nur für Franzosen. Für deutsche Gäste leider nichts. Das Personal war wirklich freundlich, besonders die Reinigungskräfte, Service und der Restaurant-Manager Paris. Dafür ein großes Lob. Leider war das Hotel insgesamt nicht so, wie wir es erwartet hatten: Die Zimmer sind klein, beim Duschen setzt man das Badezimmer unter Wasser und die Nähe zur Schnellstraße sorgt für ständigen Lärm, auch nachts. Das Essen war gut, zum Frühstück gab es immer das gleiche, Mittag- und Abendessen variierte jeden Tag zwischen verschiedenen Restaurant-Themen (französisch, griechisch, international usw.) Auch die Lage ist nicht ideal: Ohne Auto ist man ziemlich eingeschränkt, da das nächste Dorf weit entfernt ist und keine sicheren Gehwege existieren. Es gibt zwar einen kleinen Souvenirladen direkt am Hotel, aber ist eben nicht dasselbe. Fazit: Wer entspannen möchte, braucht hier Geduld – das freundliche Personal reißt einiges raus, aber es gibt viel Verbesserungspotenzial.

The food and the restaurant was fantastic

Personal war super nett und freundlich. Frühstück okay Mittagessen und Abendessen super. Bier gut .Softdrinks okay,cocktails nicht okay

Great value overall, but expectations should be managed. Dinner buffet was GREAT! Breakfast buffet was just ok - pancakes were delicious, but we didn’t like the watery eggs, and the coffee was disgustingly bitter. Overall, had a good selection of breakfast offerings. Cocktails were delightful and they didn’t cheap out on liquor pours. White wine was ‘on tap’ but came out warm. The beer was good. Lobby area was nice. Rooms were awful, especially the bathrooms - painted stucco was meant to look like marble…(😜) and the toilet area had an awful yellow stain that I avoided examining closer! The linens were clean however, and extra pillows were provided. But the beds were super hard. The sandy beach and pool area were GREAT! Staff was AMAZING - very friendly and accommodating, especially Angela at the pool snack bar, who found fruit for our vegan. Overall, it was good value with the buffet but the property was in need of a refresh and update.

Hotellet var så fint ,rent, fresh och personalen var mycket trevlig. Jag rekommenderar hotellet för familjen.

Séjour très sympathique avec une équipe d'animateurs au top. Nous avons eu la chance d'être peu nombreux sur cette période donc c'était très agréable. Hôtel majoritairement francophone ce qui a été agréable pour nous française. Bravo Youssef pour ton humour Bravo Ugo pour ta souplesse au yoga Bravo David pour ton déhanché de fou Bravo Paul, Rachel, Hélène Petit buffet mais changement de thème tous les soirs ce qui donne de la variété.

Lage und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Die Unterkunft war eher nicht so das gelbe vom Ei. Badezimmer sah aus wie frisch verputzt und Mitbewohner waren Ameisen (nach Rücksprache mit Rezeption wurde sich um die Ameisen jedoch gekümmert). Die Programmgestaltung war nahezu nur für französische Gäste ausgelegt und somit nicht wirklich verständlich. Zudem war aufgrund der überfüllten Anlage das suchen einer freien Strandliege sowie ein Platz am Pool jeden Tag eine Herausforderung die nur mit Mühen gemeistert werden konnte.

Τριημερη διαμονη σούπερ Ενα πολυ φιλικο ξενοδοχείο με πολλές ανέσεις για τα χρήματα που κοστίζει. Καθαριότητα 5 αστέρων. Μπανιο στη θαλασσα με ωραίες ξαπλώστρες που παντα ευρίσκετο εαν πήγαινες το πρωί. Τα παιδια στα μπαρ εκπληκτικά. Οι ανέσεις του οπως χρειαζονταν. Παμε τωρα στα βασικά που εμείς νομίζουμε οτι είναι. Το φαγητο. Ενας τρομερός μπουφες με πεντανοστημα φαγητά. Γλυκά τρομερά. Το φαγητο ηταν καλομαγειρεμενο. Μπράβο στους μάγειρες. Ειδική μνεία στον μετρ του εστιατοριου τον Παυλο που ήταν τρομερός στη δουλειά του. Μπραβο του αψογος. Στα αρνητικά ηταν οι πολυ χαμηλού επιπέδου τουρίστες απο τις βαλκανικες χωρες (Ρουμανοι Αλβανοί Σέρβοι) Πολυ φασαρία και βρομιαρηδες στο εστιατόριο.. Ξεχώριζαν οι Γάλλοι απο μακριά. Κρίμα γιατί έδινε αγωνα ο τίμιος μετρ Παύλος. (εισαι για αλλού ρε Παύλο) Τίμια επιλογή για κάποιες μέρες. Αξίζει τα λεφτά του....

Ολα υπεροχα ακριβως οπως στις περιγραφές το μονο μειον πρεπει επειγόντως να γινει συντήρηση a/c ειχε μουχλα μεσα δεν το ανοιξαμε καθόλου ....

Great staff, great value for money. The beach is literally at the door step and there's also a pool.

Lovely staff, always smiling and ready to help. Great location, close to the nice town of Eretria. A clean pool and very nice beach on the property. Good food too. A very restful holiday, ideal for families!!

Καθαριότητα μηδέν, πέντε μέρες δεν βγαλαν ούτε τα σκουπίδια από τα καλαθάκια ούτε άλλαξαν πετσέτες και σεντόνια. Το δωμάτιο ετοιμόρροπο, χρίζει ανακαίνισης. Internet σχεδόν ανύπαρκτο, το φαγητό ήταν σε ποικιλία και σχετικά καλό. Πισίνα μικρών διαστάσεων για το μέγεθος του ξενοδοχείου. Εξωτερική καθαριότητα μηδέν

The room and the location was great!! On the other hand families with babies and disabled people was not allowed to reach the pool area (there was a locked door and no one had the key)!

When we arrived, due to a hotel's mistake, we were placed in a very different room than what we had arranged.Hotel's staff was quite kind to rearrange that and relocate us to the correct room ASAP, 1,5h later. The room was very thorough cleaned, even if it was cleaned at the last minute, as the re-arrangement was taking place. It was, also, spacious enough, with a nice and spacious WC, a big closet and great view to the sea (photo). On the downsides, I have to mention that there was not any in room mini-bar, as it was mentioned in the reservation; only a small fridge. As we had selected the all-inclusive option we were entitled with a series of all-day free snacks and drinks, as well as three free meals. The free snacks (mainly, ice cream) and drinks were nice, despite the very small variety (no cold coffees except the Greek "Frappé", no bottled water, only a few specific alcoholic cocktails). The food was not so good. Most of the food was OK, the front-face baked meat was really good, but there was many options on the buffet that ware badly cooked, probably not so well maintained, or not tasty at all. The beach was amazing, but its inadequate supervision has resulted to the quite rude and unfair habit of most visitors to reserve an umbrella/beach chair for the rest of the day by just leaving a towel in the morning. In general, the hotel has great premises and many options for activities. But it is obviously understaffed, which results to less than the optimum experience.

Très déçu ! L'hôtel est vieillot, mal insonorisé, la salle de bain pas fonctionnelle (douche a refaire, parfois pas d'eau chaude). L'hôtel devait être très bien avant les confinement mais cette année c'est une catastrophe. Niveau nourriture, peu varié, pas très bon. Le personnel est sympathique, malgré leurs conditions de travail. Nous avons été choqués par le gaspillage fait par les locaux. Des assiettes surchargées jetées. Nous n'avons pas l'habitude des hôtels clubs, ça ne nous encourage pas a y retourner.
