Très bien placé et très propre.

It’s the second time I stayed there and it’s always perfect! Anthi is great, always ready to help. Restaurant/bar staff also super friendly. They always make me feel welcome there (: on the last day of the stay, we had an early flight and we couldn’t get breakfast so Anthi prepared a few things for us and left everything in our room on the evening before so we could get some food before going to the airport. Highly recommended! Will definitely be back

Un très bon séjour en général. Chambre renovée et bien aménagée. La dame à l'accueil était arrangeante. À 2 pas de la plage et avec une petite piscine. Le petit déjeuner à volonté était assez complet. Le seul bémol c'est les gars du restau de l'hôtel qui sont plutôt insistants.

Amazing stay! The staff were all wonderful and our room was even better than expected. Tons of space, immaculate, great AC and shower, and a beautiful balcony. Can't recommend this property enough. They will take care of everything you need!

Unkompliziertes, umgängliches, sehr hilfsbereites Personal; sauberes, nettes Zimmer für einen kleinen Preis; Silikon im Bad könnte erneuert werden, Frühstück könnte mehr Abwechslung vertragen.

Situato in posizione molto comoda alla fine della spiaggia di Perissa, prima dell'ingresso in Perivolos, l'hotel si compone di piccoli edifici con camere al piano terra ed al primo piano. Il confort è senz'altro accettabile, buona la pulizia, interni di recente ammodernamento. Servizio cortese da parte del personale, molto buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Hôtel au bord de la plage. Personnel au top , serviable et disponible. Par contre attention la literie n'est pas terrible, pas d'eau douce au robinet et a la douche , c'est de l'eau salée. Les draps ne sont pas changé chaque jour , le wifi et la télévision fonctionne mal. Petit déjeuner pas terrible mais le basique est présent.

Good location and organised late check in.

Bien situé sur un littoral doté en offres de restauration, bar et complexe en bord de mer. Chambre confortable et rénovée récemment, petit déjeuner type buffet complet, piscine agréable, possibilité d'utiliser les transats et parasols face à la mer. Les villes de Fira et Oia sont situées à une quarantaine de minutes de voiture. L'aéroport est à une vingtaine de minutes.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always available and thus working long hours. Good coffee. Aircon worked, always hot water (which is not always the case in Greece), rooms very clean. Ask/book a room higher up, the ground floor rooms are basement level and have a view of a wall. The pool is nice but not enough sunloungers, there is space for more even with social distancing. The beachfront location is perfect, good, attentive service always with a smile. We booked a hire car through the hotel, and it was awful, old, full of dents, central locking didnt work, filthy inside and out, dodgy clutch. Do not get a car from fast and furious! Not the hotels fault but it was their recommendation. Enjoyable stay with lovely staff

Niko the owner and the staff were great! Very helpful and nice to me. They made sure I got into my room even I checked in 7 hours after check in time ended.

Nice place near to the Beach, many restaurants, staff very good

Right across the road from beach. Hotel was just a part of a bigger business, where beach service and restaurant seemed to be the most important business for the workers. It was hard to get in touch with the hotel beforehand, no email-adress and, we couldnt reach the hotel on phone, but we understood why when we came there. The hotelworker also worked in the restaurant, leaving the reseption without anyone answering the phone. The beach service was the same all over Perissa. Even better other places. Daily cleaning, but it was a little chalk on the sink and in the shower that wasnt removed. The room seemed/smelled(?) a bit old, but it wasnt a problem. Ok wi-fi, like the rest of the island I guess. Not WiFi in the room. The hotel had a nice pool, but we never tried it.

Awesome place with amazing staff!

Perissa Bay is extremely accommodating! Our flight was getting in past check in time around midnight, then our flight got delayed & we didn’t end up getting in until 3AM. was nervous we weren’t going to have a place to sleep but was extremely relieved when we arrived to our room ready for us. They’re friendly, have good food, great facility, & across the street from black sand beach. We ended up staying for a whole week!

Non vorrei penalizzare la struttura nel dare un giudizio negativo che tutto sommato e' anche carina , pero' non si possono dare stanze in un sottoscala dove fa piu' caldo del solito con un climatizzatore rotto . A salvare il mio giudizio e' la cortesia degli albergatori in particolare di nicolaus . Nel fittare le stanze specificate bene dove sono ubicate e svecchiate un po il mobilio

Even tho we had a down stairs room we thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. Beach across the road with sun lounges, great bar and food with friendly service, nice pool and pool area, and ok breakfast. Room for parking. Booked sunset dinner cruise for us. Lots of beachside tavernas of good quality.

My stay at Perissa Bay was really nice. It’s a small and pops hotel on a black sand beach. The staff is awesome and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hotel is not far from a bus stop that can take you all over the island. There are 2 scooter and atv rental shops near by also. There are a ton of great restaurants and shops about a block down the road. I would definitely stay here again. They also offer a good breakfast in the morning from 8-10 that’s included for free. The rooms are good size and are in good conditions. The pictures on the site are accurate. The only CON of this place is the internet connection and cell phone reception is weak in the rooms and you will need to step outside in order to use them.
