Overall experience was good. I would reconsider the background music by the pool and beach bar. 1) Change playlists more regularly. 2) Allows for some "silent" hours with no music. 3) The area with the blue sofas should NOT have music at all during the day. Allowing people to have nice and quiet rest, with only the sound of the water features. 4) cheese cake should be provided after lunch/dinner and during snack time, not just for breakfast. :P 5) On the website there is mention about water activities BUT we couldn't find any info on the premises and the staff didn't know.

We had a pleasant stay at Potidea Palace hotel. Room was nice and big enough for 4 of us. Food was good and there was always enough space at the pool or the sea side. Thanks for your service.

Evrething was smonth from the checking all the way of the rest of vacation. We travel with the family of 4 and everyone had a great time. The roms where amazing and the beach nice and clean . Food very delicious and fresh cold drinks . Thank you Nea Potidea Palace .

Sehr schönes Hotel in einer unglaublich schönen Gegend. Alles sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr große Essens- und Getränkeauswahl. Pool sauber und großzügig. Durch den direkten Zugang zum Meer konnte man die immer entscheiden ob man Liegen am Pool oder Meer nutzt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in der Nebensaison reisen, absolute Empfehlung für dieses Hotel.

Très bel hôtel en bord de plage. Tout était propre et soigné. La nourriture était variée et de bonne qualité. Les couchers de soleil sur la piscine étaient magiques, dignes d’une carte postale. Très bon séjour. 5*

Die Lautstärke beim Essen kst manchmal nicht zu ertragen. Es wird auf den Teller gestappelt was geht um dann wieder alles wegzuschmeissen.

Came from USA with family.We choose this place for our vacation.Everything was excellent,very clean,very helpful and friendly everyone.

Safe and kids friendly area. Wonderful beach and nice pool for plenty on seating plus bars with tables.

Fantastic little gem! Very clean and up to date with good service! Friendly staff, great food and all the amenities! Beach was great! Lots of families with young kids, but the kids club was packed because it was so good!

I enjoyed my stay at Potidea Palace as this was my second year. Compare to the prior year this time I was not as impressed with the service. I called multiple times for our mini fridge that was not working and had my kids medication that needed refrigerated but no one stopped by to check it. The room sheets were not changed for the whole stay but the room was fixed everyday. Also, we scheduled an appointment for our complimentary spa but the first appointment their pool was not ready and had to reschedule for the next day which was no problem for us but we had the same issue the pool was half full and was dirty. We decided to cancel it and did not go back. The thing that we enjoyed the most more than the prior year was the night entertainment and the many activities that they had for the kids of different ages. My boys participated in many of the activities such as water polo, basketball, soccer (football) and their activity team this year was the best and will definitely miss them. They made our stay wonderful and my kids can’t stop talking of how much fun they had.

Really fancy hotel,amazing service from cleaning ladles to bar and Beach staff clear sea,be ready to walk a lot from /to room huge hotel complex,family hotel mostly,staff knows basic English,food is same every day tasty but should work on variety for 5* hotel, love their desserts,but dinning area has bad AC,kids disco is every night 8:30pm after that hotel should or find some entertainment for family or adults in general, its boring,if you like to stay up late night and the last kids club is on side not in central area by pools or bars so you have to be all the time with little ones :( over all 4* for me and would like to come again in future Enjoy people greece is relaxing
