Radisson Blu Zaffron Resort, Santorini

It is bit pricey but very appreciated for the free upgrade and really loved the room and services while staying here.

Comfortable & tasteful. Since it was off-season, facing the pool was very quiet. The design is soothing & the room is laid out in a practical & pleasant manner with a good setup for drinks & snacks. Negatives: bedside table was too small & suspended light was in the way, and parking was difficult. Wonderful breakfast! Lovely staff, esp. Theodora at reception.

Un peu déçu de la chambre en arrivant qui se voyait sur nos visages, Chara est revenu moins de 5 mn après notre arrivée pour nous changer de chambre. Du coup cela a changé notre séjour et nous étions très content. Merci Chara ! L’hôtel est situé à moins d’une mn à pied des rues piétonne où se trouvent les magasins , bars et restaurants et moins de 2 mn de la plage. L’hôtel est super et franchement l’eau chauffée de la piscine extérieure est un vrai plus pour profiter au maximum du moment. Merci au reste de l’équipe Margarita Théodore et le bagagiste Alex ! Outstanding in all areas. The pools, bedrooms and hotel is beautiful. The food has a good variety, specials each evening. Staff are always happy to help.

Staff was very accommodating I had a two night stay for m th bday at first the room I booked on e pedia was sold out but they did everything they can do to correct the situation. Next day I was able to get my room and they even left a birthday surprise I do want to say the girls who work at the pool bar were amazing!! I appreciate tjem making me feel welcome ajdbturnjng around my trip.

No help to transfer our luggage on departure date , poor lighting and cooling system in the unit we stayed .

Room was upgraded to very nice Room with Plunge Pool. Very friendly staff also with late check-out and shower opportunities. All in all, our stay was perfect.

The ultimate luxurious experience in a truly adults only hotel, that may bear an international chain signature but the Greek hospitality is obvious in every aspect, along with politeness and a cordial smile. Apart from everything shown in the pictures, which is totally true to life, the dining experience here is truly five star! Thank you Smaragda, Theodora, Nikos, Vassilis, Fatma and everyone else. Hope to return soon!

The hotel was beautiful everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough

Overall very pretty hotel with a lot of potential. However, personnel is a bit rude and entitled for a five star hotel. Furthermore, there was an every day war to get a space in the pool due to to little chairs - people went out to block their beds early morning. The receptionists and cleaning staff was, however, amazing and helpful. For the price we paid, you can get much better service and comfort.

Tout était parfait, Du choix au petit déjeuner, des produits de qualité. La proximité des chambres avec la piscine. La propriété des chambres et leur confort. Le bar de la piscine ouvert jusqu’à minuit. L’accueil et l’hospitalité du personnel. L’hôtel en général est fabuleux. Il y a moins de choix pour le dîner mais c’est amplement suffisant et la nourriture y est excellente. Même le service en chambre est soignée et le personnel fait tout pour ne pas déranger. Un endroit calme et reposant où l’ont peut profiter pleinement de son séjour, en couple, en famille, ou même entre amis. Un commentaire particulier pour Margarita à l’accueil pour sa sympathie et ces recommandations et Enisa pour son service au bar exceptionnel. Je recommande vivement.

A mixed review for this hotel. Very convenient, has a great vibe, great pool and very friendly staff. However there are problems with this hotel…. Firstly the “hot” food at breakfast was ice cold every morning. 7 mornings it was ice cold so it’s not a mistake, it’s done my design. Secondly there are some very strange policies. We got married and my nice needed her friends to help her. The reception ran after our friends and would not let them in the hotel without paying €40 each. Incredible!! To add to this on checkout when I was paying my bill the receptionist asked if I would give the reception team a tip!!! I said I left a tip for the room cleaning staff and that I would not leave the reception team a tip. She was not at all happy. In the hundreds of hotels I have stayed in this is the first time I was asked this. Completely unprofessional. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Für mich definitiv keine 5 Sterne verdient! Im Zimmer war viel defekt und überall Ameisen. Im Badezimmer stank es durchgehend extrem nach Kanal. Das Essen im Restaurant war für uns MC Donalds Niveau, wenn nicht sogar Mc Donalds noch besser ist. Tomaten im griechischen Salat waren alt und von extrem schlechter Qualität.

Great service with warm Greek hospitality and welcoming staff. The swimming pool is also very good for daily exercise.

The service is wonderful (especially the concierge) and the hotel/pool is beautiful. Parking is horrific - basically find your own parking spot and no valet. We also experienced issues with our HVAC shutting off in the late evenings (possibly related to power surges) but overall this hotel is a great value.

Lovely, relaxing stay in this top hotel, I’d highly recommend staying here! Staff are incredibly helpful, the property is squeaky clean and the breakfasts are tasty
