Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – mitten im Zentrum, die Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut. Das Zimmer selbst war zwar deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber groß und sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend.

Bel hotel, comfortable, dejeuner complet

The good - good breakfast, comfortable bed, quiet, clean room. The not so good - only street parking even though it says free offsite parking (suggests that there is a spot available offsite). Street parking gets filled up in certain times so hard to find a spot close to hotel. Also, asked for late check out (noon instead of 11) given we had 2 young kids with us and was an automatic no. While I understand it’s only a request and they need to prepare the room for the next guests, they didn’t make an effort to accommodate in any way. And, even though our room was non smoking, the hallways smelled like smoke.

The hotel is on the other side of Nafplio away from the center and water front. The hotel is old and has a weird smell. It needs to be renovated. There are no amenities at the hotel and parking is difficult to find. Our kids tried the free breakfast and they didn’t care for it. The beds were not comfortable at all. The furniture is old and non functional. What we paid for the hotel was too much!

One night stay - room good, bathroom tired needs upgrades. Breakfast excellent, staff excellent. Position good, plenty of on street parking

Good location. Easy to find parking on 1st week of June. You can swim at beach with 10 min walk.

Miserable experience. This was the 5th hotel in 10 day break in Greece and by far the worst. The staff were all miserable and most things were too much bother. The first room we had was not clean so we had to tell the receptionist to call the manager as she refused to move us saying there was nothing she could do. Funnily enough after speaking with the manager she was able to move us to a more appropriate room…. Then on the second night a coach load of obnoxious Americans checked in who chose to run around the lounge/reception area banging, screaming and shouting until the early hours of the morning all drunk and unable to hold their alcohol… bear in mind these people were in their 40’s and 50’s and should know better… Nothing was done about this and on complaining we were told by reception in no uncertain terms that their money was more important than mine and I have to accept their behaviour. No apology, no offer of recompense, just basically it’s tough. If you like this sort of behaviour by your fellow guests and means you can’t sleep then book this hotel, otherwise book elsewhere, it will be far better

Das Hotel war gut zu finden und Parkplatzsuche war trotz vielem Verkehr ok. Der Aufenthalt war ok, leider kühlte die Klimaanlage trotz 26 1/2 Grad nicht… der Hinweis, lass doch die Balkontür auf, fand ich nicht so toll. Über Nacht hatten wir dann nur noch 25 Grad. Frühstück war gut

Preisgünstig und in Ordnung.

άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο για δύο ενήλικες και δύο μικρά παιδιά. Πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί οι υπάλληλοι.

Arrivée le soir assez tard l'aspect extérieur de l'hôtel faisait un peu barre HLM Mais passer cette impression l'accueil du personnel c'est très bien passé un petit ascenseur opéré de monter dans les étages la chambre était simple mais très bien achalandé un grand avantage de cet hôtel c'est d'être quasiment en centre-ville pour le petit-déjeuner il n'y a pas à se plaindre il y a pratiquement tout ce qu'il faut y compris pour ceux qui sont assez exigeant. Un petit plus que l'on trouve de moins en moins dans les réceptions d'hôtel c'est un ordinateur permettant par exemple de faire des transferts de photos de l'appareil sur des clés USB par exemple

The Rrx was within easy walking distance to the waterfront and fortress. Roomy lobby with a well-stocked breakfast buffet. Easy parking on the street right outside.

Good location and outside main touristy area. Was walkable to restaurants & port area. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Plenty of parking outside the hotel. Good breakfast.

Very nice property in a nice area. Not far from the main town of Patras.

The Rex hotel is in a good location to the old town. Easy walk to everything. We were always able to find parking on the street in front of the hotel so we didn’t have to park in the marina, which looked very crowded. This is an older hotel, but is well kept up and clean. Classy. The check-in staff and the breakfast staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was good. Beds are comfortable and we had a quiet sleep even though we had a room facing the main street. We would stay here again.
