Fueron muy agradables a la entrada, después de ahí el servicio no fue bueno la gente desinteresada en ayudar, sobre toda a la salida en la gestión del check Out, la sensación fue casi de que no estaban echando a patadas. Para nada, la misma sensación que en el checking.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Hotelanlage wirkt sehr gepflegt und bietet viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Perfekte Lage, in 10 Minuten im Oia Zentrum und trotzdem an ruhiger Lage.

The price is expensive for the amenities they provided. Their towels are old, bed is not comfortable and the sheet is rough. The receptionist are not nice and they are not good English speaking. Not impress with the stay in this property. You can get something much better with the price you pay here.

From too top to bottom resort was amazing, staff were so great. Only complaint was the hot tubs are not “hot” like in America. More like somewhat warm tub so if you go in the spring and it’s cold out the hot tubs are not very relaxing to use. Other than that this place is amazing

What is there say about Santo Pure, the super friendly and knowledgeable staff, the amazing breakfast buffet, the views, cleanliness of the hotel areas, and rooms! Melina from concierge was unbelievable and super reliable! Antonis taking our luggage and driving us everywhere! Also, the location to Ammoudi Bay was unreal, 10 min walk! You have to request a hotter temp for the hot tub! Unreal experience and unique Hotel!

Great, quiet location. Staff is great. Don’t bother renting a room with pool as they are not heated. Main pool not heated either so we never used pools. Breakfast was great! Need to maintain lights along wall way to Oia. They are out and path was dark. Turn down service was a bit excessive. Coming at odd times like 5 pm while we were napping or getting ready to go out. Quiet and peaceful.

The staff were amazing and all of them spoke English as well!

Le stanze erano sempre ordinate, ci hanno fatto trovare ogni sera un bigliettino col meteo per il prossimo giorno e a volte qualche delizia, sempre tante bottigliette d'acqua, da consigliare a chiunque. La posizione dell'albergo è vicina al porto e al centro quindi prefetta

Perfect resort! We enjoyed every part of our stay. The staff was wonderful; courteous, helpful and pleasant. The views were amazing. We really enjoyed the food as well.

The property is nestled between the sea and the main walkway into Oia. Stunning views from every direction. The room was well appointed with an outdoor whirlpool above a shared pool (we pretty much had the pool to ourselves as it was the last week the resort was open). The temperature was perfect in the whirlpool and the pool was very brisk depending on the time of day, but refreshing! The hotel gave us pool/beach towels and we liked that the cleaning team left a couple extra to have on the loungers. The room had a great view out to the sea and points of interest like the lighthouse and small chapel. The sunset was a daily ritual! The rest of the property was beautiful with amazing vistas and sweeping views to the sea and peaks of Oia along the rocky slopes. Very close to Ammoudi Bay we had a wonderful sunset dinner looking out at the bay. The restaurants at the property were all delicious. The stand out every morning was the breakfast buffet that had so many options it was difficult to choose! Cappuccinos and every style of egg imaginable! We also had lunch by the main pool at the bar. The deconstructed spinach “pie” as a salad was inventive without being too dressed up. Good wine selection too. Everyone was very friendly and seemed to always enjoy a little conversation without being too intrusive. Pauline did our nightly turndown service and had a little treat for us whether it be tea, chocolate truffles, a welcome bottle of wine or a lavender sachet for a departure gift!

From the moment I arrived at Santo Pure, the reception team was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful and well-designed, though I did notice a bit of drainage noise during the night. Closing the bathroom door helped, but it was still somewhat noticeable. Other than that, everything else was outstanding — the pool, jacuzzi, and overall setup were perfect. The staff checked in during my stay, which I really appreciated, and the breakfast offered a great variety with excellent service throughout. Overall, the experience and service were excellent, and I would definitely return.
