Good overall

Great service and amazing location

Hotel ist neu mit moderner Einrichtung. Rezeption ist etwas speziell (Ein Tisch mitten im Eingang). Ansonsten sauber & sehr freundliches Personal. Lage ist auch ziemlich zentral, viele Bars & Restaurants im der Umgebung. Einziger Nachteil: in der gleichen Strasse gibt es wohl auch einen Club oder so, den in der ersten Nacht (Freitag) war es sehr laut in unserem Zimmer. Man fühlte beinahe den Beat im Bett. In der zweiten Nacht (Samstag) war es etwas leiser und wir haben an der Rezeption Ohrstöpsel bekommen, dadurch konnte man gut schlafen.

Lovely, modern , clean, and close to the metro. Do yourself a favor and get the breakfast. Wide selection, fresh and tasty, and the price was extremely reasonable. I would happily return!

I love the layout and the friendly staff

hotel staff is very friendly, lovely place and it is very clean. Unfortunately I could not sleep till very late AMs,due to the noise outside coming from a club. They play music so loud that I had to put ear plugs but it still did not help me. This was over the weekend.

L’hotel è molto carino, in ottima posizione e con camere ampie. Il personale sempre gentile. Ci sono peró alcuni aspetti che non possono essere trascurati e che non hanno reso il soggiorno piacevole. Prima di tutto, la mancanza dell’acqua calda in molti momenti della giornata: per tutto il soggiorno abbiamo avuto molta difficoltà a fare docce calde e nonostante le segnalazioni il problema non è stato risolto. La pulizia della stanza era fatta in modo un po’ sbrigativo e non ci erano neppure stati ricaricati i prodotti da bagno, tanto da dover chiamare per farceli dare. In un hotel boutique a 4 stelle questi due aspetti non sono trascurabili. La colazione è buona, ma è a la carte con un selezione di tre piatti e una bevanda calda. Purtroppo non mi ero informato prima, altrimenti avrei preferito non includerla e farla fuori in città. In hotel per mio gusto preferisco sempre il buffet.

Excellent séjour dans ce boutique hotel qui a l'air tout neuf ou fraichement rénové. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables et le personnel accueillant. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées et on n'entends ni l'extérieur, ni le couloir, ni les voisins de chambre. Literie d'excellente qualité. Enfin, idéalement situé à Athènes, proche de tout.

Hospitable staff and nice rooms, in particular, their adjoining rooms as we had booked 2 rooms. Very generous breakfast menu.

Hotellet er godt placeret på kanten af et stort område med gågader og hyggelige restauranter. Gå afstand til Akropolis. Personalet var alle super søde og imødekommende. Morgenmaden var god og frisklavet da det ikke er en buffet men ala cart. To ting har dog gjort at vi ikke kan give den sidste stjerne : 1) lige ved siden af hotellet ligger en natklub og det kan man høre det meste af natten 2) toilettets vægge er lavet af frostet glas, men det giver ikke det privatliv vi kunne ønske.

The hotel was amazing. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food options and wuality was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Incredibly friendly and welcoming people. They run the hotel more like B&B. Super central, super clean, elegant, relaxed, great coffee in your room. Excellent value. I won't even look at another place when in Athens.

Eşimle son derece güzel bir konaklama yaşadık. Odalar gayet konforlu ve temizdi. Resepsiyonda güler yüzlü bir servis vardı. Kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel.

Very friendly and welcoming staff the hotel offers a great breakfast and dinner option. The service in the restaurant was excellent. This hotel is in a good location and would definitely recommend this.

This should have been a great experience but unfortunately was completely ruined by the hotel being next door to a nightclub. I understand it is a new business that only opened a month ago and the hotel is trying to get some changes made but it was awful. Our room was on the adjoining wall to the nightclub and the music went on until as late as 3am, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. On the final night, the hotel was able to move us to a room at the other side of the hotel and it was very peaceful, although I believe the nightclub was also closed that evening. I understand that it is out of the hotel's control and it is a new situation. However, I feel that I could have been warned before arriving so we had a choice about still keeping the room. We were tired for the majority of our trip as a result and the hotel was not willing to offer any compensation (I asked for some money off my prepaid room). Otherwise, the hotel was nice and well located for exploring Athens. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and a real plus point. The only other point to note it that the bathroom design is quite unusual and does not allow for any privacy (the toilet and shower are being frosted glass doors and there is no enclosed area for dressing) so guests may like to reconsider if this is an issue for them.

Customer Service 5 Star. Very welcoming. The room is big and the bed very comfortable.
