We’ve just returned from a week at this resort and overall had a fantastic time. The standout for us was the excellent service – staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and eager to help. The atmosphere throughout the resort is quiet and very relaxing, which made it the perfect place to unwind. One of the real perks was the variety of dining options available for suite guests. Having access to several à la carte restaurants added a nice level of variety and quality to our stay. Our favourite by far was Milonges, the Greek restaurant, which offered delicious dishes in a lovely setting. However, it’s worth noting that if you’re not staying in a suite, dining in an à la carte restaurant is limited to once per stay leaving you with the buffet only on all other days, which might get repetitive. On the downside, the drinks were underwhelming for a 5-star resort. Cocktails were mostly pre-made with a limited selection, which was a bit disappointing. Another minor issue was the cleanliness of the pools. Even the private pools had a visible build-up of sunscreen around the edges, which could be improved. That said, these were small issues in what was otherwise a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We’d definitely recommend this resort to others – especially suite guests – and would happily return in the future!

Excellent location, short shuttle bus ride to Rhodes Old Town, or a 15 minute taxi ride. Beautiful hotel, and amazing staff. 2 staff members in particular really made our stay more enjoyable. Eugene in the restaurant, who regularly served us, was very friendly and great to have a bit of a chat with. Razvan, who was regularly bringing us drinks to the beach was also brilliant. Always seemed very happy and also great to have a chat with when he had a spare minute. Both of these guys deserve full recognition of the great service they were providing. They really helped making our holiday that much better.

We had an amazing stay here. Everything from the food to the beauty to the service was perfect. Would definitely recommend to others coming to Greece.

Fantastic hotel - staff are exceptional, particularly Sophia on reception desk, extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful . The whole resort being spotlessly clean and surrounded by beautiful gardens. I would recommend this 100%.

This was by far the worse holiday experience I have ever encountered, the hotel was very tired and certainly not a 5star nor the luxury experience I was hoping for, the hotel has limited entertainment, is located in a dire, poorly lit, dirty area where access with taxi is limited as the hotel does not provide a service for ordering a taxi home, the food was repetitive and sub standard, the food choice for a vegetarian was pizza or chips each day, the all inclusive drinks package was served in plastic cups and the choice was non branded and extremely limited, the wine choice was a colour! The queue for food and drinks was unacceptable often taking 20-30 minutes for service, the hotel and rooms were tired, leaks in bathrooms and rooms poorly lit/on the border of being extremely dangerous, the whole experience was completely awful to the point we booked flights home 48 hours before our original departure date. Would not recommend and usually do not provide a negative review but felt it was that poor I should express my opinions.

We had an amazing time in April. The experience started with the luxury complimentary airport transfer to the hotel. We were welcomed by reception and atarted are all inclusive experience straight away. The rooms were excellent and the in-room hot tub with sea view was awesome. The Spa was nice. A lovely experience overall and look forward to booking again in the future!!!!

We loved our time at the Ixian Grand Hotel. We had all inclusive which provided great food at the buffet. One thing to note that wasn’t too obvious is that you only get to eat in one A La Carte restaurant once per stay with all inclusive, it has to be the buffet every other time. There’s not a lot around the hotel, but it’s only a short taxi trip into Rhodes which was great with lots to see. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and it’s nice to see some entertainment on a few nights! Would love to come back!

Only one bar in the evening so queues all the time. No info on entertainment or spa. Having the dedicated suite restaurant was fabulous as it is not easy to get into the bookable restaurants and the buffet is pretty busy. On a plus note, the bookable greek restaurant is fabulous, even if we could only get in at lunch time.

None of the pools heated, if open this early in season this should be available so the facility can be fully utilised. Paid for the best ocean view swim up Room and could not swim once as too cold. Same for the indoor pool at the spa

Fantastic hotel with everything you need at the resort. Travel into Rhodes was very simple and organised by the hotel. It was a great little getaway!

The staff were amazing. The hotel is kept very clean. Very relaxing. Plenty of sunbeds to go round and not fight for them.

Location is great for the sea but hotel itself could do with some renovations. We came here in 2018 and in the last 6 years, the hotel has lost its sparks. The corridors could do with freshen up; walls behind bed etc the hotel looks a bit tired now.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer (163) lag leider neben einer stark befahrenen Straße, weshalb es recht laut war. Das Buffet Restaurant hat mir grundsätzlich gut gefallen, ich hätte mir ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Die Poolanlage ist sehr sauber und man findet immer eine freie Liege. Der direkte Strandzugang hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Rund um die Hotelanlage gibt es nicht viel zu sehen, allerdings ist man mit dem Taxi innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Rhodos Stadt.

It was perfect, the staff were amazing. My only issue was the reserving of sun beds and the fact other guests think it is their right to sit where they wanted and turned aggressive when challenged!! This should be monitored by management as rules are rules! Otherwise great holiday!

C’était notre 3ème séjour à l’IXIAN GRAND, à Rhodes. Nous sommes ravis d’y être retournés. Le service est toujours excellent ; le personnel fort amical, disponible et efficace. La restauration est tout à fait convenable compte tenu du prix du séjour très attractif. Le cadre est magnifique, tout est propre et bien entretenu. Les chambres confortables et de bon gout, le parc de toute beauté, soigné à la « LE NOTRE ». Une amélioration a été portée sur les emplacements (2 transats 1parassol), beau plus nombreux et plus maniables que les anciens en bois ; Pas besoin de se presser le matin, il en reste toujours de disponibles. De belles excursions sont possibles pour peu que l’on aime la Grèce antique. Une bonne note pour le vol TRANSAVIA, impeccable.
