The hotel was clean, staff amazing, and vibe relaxed. Highly recommended!!!!!

Breakfast was some of the best i have ever had. It was so good! The property itself is located in a great location across the beach! You cannot beat this location.

We stayed in one of the beautiful villa suites and had the most amazing experience! The room and private pool were stunning. The entire hotel was gorgeous and the access to the private beach/loungers was key to having an amazing relaxing time. The breakfast was incredibly gourmet and delicious. However, the best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was so incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy working/helping us out. We would happily stay here again!

Amazing beachfront property. New boutique hotel with only seven rooms all facing the beach. There was an absolute attention to detail and the staff was extraordinary. The beach was the best on the island and the restaurant one of the best. We had room number one which you could dive straight into the pool!

The owners and entire staff are so warm, friendly, helpful and accommodating! The property is designed beautifully. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. The restaurant has the best chef and food options and quality. The beach chairs, umbrella and service were great. We would highly recommend this high-end boutique hotel and look forward to our return.

We have been fortunate to visit many amazing places around the world, but this one is truly special. Every detail was perfect for us. In particular, the staff members were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We truly felt like they were family by the time we left.

Superbe petit hôtel au bord de la plage. Le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute des voyageurs. Le Lieu est parfait pour visiter Naxos en étant dans un lieu calme et paradisique.

Hotel Virtu staff was excellent. The breakfast was amazing and the service was top notch . I will stay here again on my next trip .

Gostei muito do hotel. Limpeza, localização1 , atendimento. O cafe da manha por nao ser Buffet demora um pouco o pedido, mas é muito bom. Praia ótima! e nosso quarto era incrível com varanda e hidro vista mar!

The hotel was even better in person. The staff were equally as impressive. The location is the BEST in the area. Sandy beach with great hotel provided lounge chairs and umbrellas. The room was exceptional. If your looking for a 5 star beach front hotel this is the place. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Nicely appointed and maintained property. Our room was spacious and stylish. The beach was perfect with comfortable loungers and umbrellas for shade. The breakfast and lunch at the restaurant was delicious. The staff were friendly, particularly Michael at the beach.

Das Boutique Hotel und die Zimmer sind wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir hatten die Panoramic Suite mit wundervollem Meerblick gebucht. Unsere Intension war hier einen ruhigen und exklusiven Urlaub zu verbringen, dies stellte sich aber als schwierig heraus. Dass es sich bei dem Hotel um kein Adults only Hotel handelt wussten wir bereits bei der Buchung, doch was uns erwartet hat war mit einem Kids Club in der Türkei zu vergleichen….die Hoteleigentümer haben während unseres Aufenthalts ca. 3 befreundete Großfamilien an den Hotelstrand eingeladen inkl. unzähliger aufblasbarer Wassertiere, Spielzeug, Sonnenzelte für die Kinder. An Ruhe war hier in keiner Minute mehr zu denken, es war ein Kindervergnügungspark. Der eigentlich wunderschöne Flair am Beach durch den Boho Style der Liegen und Schirme wurde komplett zu Nichte gemacht. Wir mussten an 3 Tagen nach kürzester Zeit einen anderen Strand aufsuchen um Ruhe und Erholung zu finden und das obwohl wir viel Geld bezahlt haben um in diesem Hotel Exklusivität/Privatsphäre und Erholung zu haben. Dazu mussten wir täglich zum Restaurant um nach einem Stift zu fragen um das Frühstücksformular auszufüllen, es kam wirklich niemand auf die Idee einen Stift auf dem Zimmer zu platzieren. In der Preisklasse hätten wir uns einen Sundowner Service auf dem Zimmer gewünscht und erwartet. Das Hotel ist wunderschön es hat aber noch seeeehr viel Potential nach oben….

El hotel recién inaugurado en julio con habitaciones amplias, cómodas, con un buen diseño y amenities. Tiene hamacas privadas en la playa Justo en frente del hotel. El desayuno es fantástico, a la carta, con zumos naturales y todo recién hecho. En contraposición a todo esto y para ser un hotel tan Caro y de 5 estrellas hay errores garrafales que no se pueden tener. - La ducha no la limpiaron en las 4 noches que estuvimos, no retiraron los pelos del desagüe. - No facilitaron información alguna sobre el hotel al llegar, llegas y punto. - Quisimos reservar una noche más y nos dijeron en recepción que no tenían disponibilidad, reservamos en otro sitio y después preguntamos a la dueña y nos dijo muy extrañada que claro que tenían, no están coordinados. He de decir que después tuvieron el detalle de no cobrarnos las hamacas del último día. Que aunque son del hotel hay que pagarlas. Mi sensación es que es un súper hotel de 5 estrellas pero no está bien gestionado por profesionales hosteleros, pero si cobran la habitación como si lo fuera. Una pena con lo que podría ser si tuviera un buen servicio.

The property is beautiful and brand-new. Family ownership dynamic at the hotel made the stay kind of weird, they were rude and always around. Couldn’t get away from them.

The rooms are big and completely new . With an ocean view that is a few steps from your room the breakfast prepared every morning up to what you want.All the staff is amazing ready to help you in whatever you need The owners Flora and Niki made us feel part of their family. Best vacation ever .
